Love, Love, Love Our House Grooming. I work close by and can drop my dog off early and pick her up right after she’s done. They’re always quick and that helps relieve her stress. I’ve never been disappointed with anything they've done to make my baby Luna look precious. Once she’s all done she prances out like a 200 lb dog! Thanks for the great work EVERY TIME!! Lisa & Luna

Our House Braselton takes very good care of my pup. My dog looks forward to going to daycare and she gets very excited when we pull in the driveway! Not only does my dog enjoy Our House, but I really like that I can text them for updates or schedule changes. Overall a great place. 100% recommend.

My golden doodle that has absolutely limitless energy goes here 2 days a week, and she loves it. The staff is super kind and loves Orla. She comes home completely worn out. The grooming services are also fantastic.

Our House Braselton always does such an amazing job grooming Sophie. She is always so happy when I take her there and when I pick her up, in addition to being beautiful and having the perfect haircut, she is so soft, shiny and smells so good. Thank you for always doing a great job!

My dog is high anxiety, high maintenance, usually not friendly to strangers. She has always done well here, the groomer is amazing and stopped me from making bad choices for my dogs specific coat. When I asked how my dog usually does the girl said “she usually likes to be held like a baby” which is true so I knew they must be good with her. If you can’t tell my dog is my life and I highly recommend them for boarding, I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been using them for 7+ years probably.

I can’t say enough good things about Our House Braselton. My Oakley absolutely loves going there and all the helpers are so sweet to her. There was a behavioral issue with her recently and they let me know about it immediately so that we could ALL come up with a plan to fix the problem. I have used Our House for training, grooming, day care and boarding, and couldn’t be happier with the services and prices. If you are looking for someone to treat your pet as if it was their own, Our House is definitely the place!

We have used Our House for a few yrs to board our large dog. She is cared for, played with and comes home exhausted and happy! We usually check in at least once during her boarding time and the feedback and responses are wonderful.

OHB has been nothing but wonderful with our 10 month old doodle pup! She get so excited when we ask her if she is ready to go to "school" in the mornings! My dog is always happy to come here. They take good care of him and that’s very important to me. I am always concerned about his safety and they do a great job with him. It’s important for me that he’s happy during his stay. When he comes home, he’s happy, of course, and there are no changes in him which is very pleasing to know that he was content with his stay. I can not say enough nice things about Our House. My dog has been boarding here for years and I was worried when the previous owner sold, but boy was I wrong. The new owner has done a amazing job and my pup couldnt be happier to go and stay for a visit. he is always under great care and loves to stay. This is saying alot because he usually does not like going to the vet or anything of that nature, but Our House is a favorite. He starts bounding his paws when we pull in. They are always happy to see our pup. They even sent me a heartfelt card when our other pup passed away. Each person took time to write something they loved about my furbaby. It brought me to tears. They are such a Blessing to us to allow us to travel and not worry about my pups. Thank you for all you do and how wonderful you have alwways been to my pups.Thanks

Absolutely wonderful experience! My dog went through a 3 week board and train. The staff were so sweet and the facility is beautiful. The trainer took time to answer all my questions and it really showed how much he enjoyed his job. My dog seemed to love him and he is so well behaved at home. Such a great experience!!! Amazing customer service! So happy that I was able to set up my appointment through email for a Saturday appointment. Even verifying vaccines and all.. it was a seamless process. As not all days at work allow me to be able to pick up the phone and make an actual telephone call! I even blew my appointment time on accident and they still made it happen! The treats in the lobby are the cutest …Top it all off Wankel looked adorable at pick up! Thank you guys so much we will be back again!!!!

I have been using Our House's kennels when they were Pets Inn Suites. Even with the change in management, I have only seen the services and care for my sweet babies become impeccable. At one time I boarded three pups at one time, then over the years, I had to send them on to their daddy in heaven. I now only have Medusa and she is very special. I love her so much but she can be a handful, yet the staff at Our House just smiles and tells me how sweet she is!! The groomer is a miracle worker BTW. Love all the staff, they are a very special squad!!

Our House Braselton employs an incredibly kind, caring and friendly staff…everyone at OHB goes out of their way to ensure a great experience for our four dogs as well as ourselves. We return time after time because we feel our dogs get great care, from boarding and grooming to training, we couldn’t ask for a better environment for our dogs to be in. Not only that, but the staff makes us feel appreciated for entrusting them with our pups.

The staff is very friendly and caring for your dog. They tend to your dogs needs. I left my dog for 1 day and when I picked her up she seemed very relaxed and happy. I have a 10 year old weimaraner shepherd mix that needs joint supplements and liver supplements. I would highly recommend Our House for future boarding. Thanks Our House for being so kind to Abby.

Our House Braselton has been an excellent hotel for our pup. He always comes home happy and well-cared for. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. I love how many play times and extra options they offer during his stays, and there are many great room options for boarding. We've been coming here exclusively for his boarding for years since we've had him, and I would definitely recommend them.

I started taking both my dogs here about a month ago for regular daycare and have been so incredibly impressed with everything.All of the staff members are so kind & welcoming and you can really feel how much they care about your dogs! My pups always come back to me with big smiles and exhausted from all the fun they had during the day. When I had to go out of state for a week, I felt very at ease with boarding them here. I took a tour of the facility beforehand and there are ton of room options available depending on what you're looking for, all very clean and sanitary.I drive a little bit to get here but for the service you get (at an extremely reasonable price), it's well worth it. To all dog owners out there, I would highly recommend giving Our House a try!

We love Our House - Braselton. We recently had to leave our two dogs there for about 10 days. We were able to visit with them and run them in the large fenced area. While the dogs were extremely happy to see us when we picked them up to return home, they were groomed, energetic and seemed happy - and they slept for 3 days. :-)Thank you Our House - Braselton!ouse!

The quality and care the groomer took with my long hair Chihuahua (Grace) was incredible! She had a sore leg and they took such great care of her! She is always nervous going to the groomer, however this time she seemed very calm when I picked her up which made this Mama VERY VERY happy! She looked beautiful and the groomer did EXACTLY what I asked for. I'm so pleased and will for sure be back! This was our first visit here.

Everyone seemed so friendly and patient. Check in and check out was a breeze. All of our dog's items were returned to us including food left over. Izzy seemed happy and healthy when we picked her up after boarding for 10 days. This was our first time using this place and we will definitely be using Our House again! I love that they dont keep dogs in crates like other places. I also love that they have actual running space in a field! Such peace of mind knowing our Izzy was being treated great and truly being cared for! THANK YOU!
