I live fairly close to this dollar general & I don't really like going to the store unless I absolutely have to. But the times I have gone Melanie is right there. She's very accommodating. A few times she was already asking me if I need help before I could even ask her for help. I recently went the other day & like clockwork she was all over it. Had me in & out & what she suggested really helped. I was trying to leave a review on the survey but it said I had already did one. Acknowledge her efforts & let her know I left this for her please. Keep up thegood work girl.

Worst Dollar General manager I have ever encountered. Several times I've been here and the price on the shelf did not match the ring price. This lady actually pretended to be there to help and instead turned the screen, hit pay now, and pressed debit and walked away. She is visibly rude and and on one occasion went to the back and refused to come out because there were two or three people there who needed her help. She is obviously in the wrong profession. Customer service is NOT her fortay.

This has been a well stocked and clean store, with friendly, helpful staff...until very recently. Tonight the refrigerated section was in bad shape; roof had obviously been leaking onto the cold food area, yuck. Many carts full of new merchandise blocking the aisles with no one there to stock empty shelves. Regional management needs to do better by this store and its employees, immediately.

I waited 15 minutes to enter because 3 people walked in without masks on. There are signs clearly posted on the door to wear masks. Once they left I hurried got what I needed. More people came in without masks. The cashier didn't have hers on properly as well. We have to do our parts collectively to beat this virus. No one is enforcing the mask rules. It wasn't the first time at this location also.

Need more stuff on the shelves. Store basically empty n food out of date. I've checked personally with a little more management this place can be better there's one down the road a couple miles away totally different everything the way it's supposed to be.

They didn't have toilet paper. Everyone has toilet paper, now. It isn't flying off the shelves like it was. Bad ordering if you ask me. Lots of items were out. Non-essential as well as essential.

The way this store is ran is absolutely atrocious. They haven't had their shelves stocked since BEFORE COVID. You can't even find candles, sugar or aluminum foil. The shelves are empty. Every single day these shelves are bare. This has nothing to do with COVID as the location no more than 3 miles away has their shelves fully stocked.The location I'm reviewing has an employee who is as sweet as can be. Today, she was made to work BY HERSELF at the cash register. There was a line wrapped around the store and almost out the door and no one there willing to help her. She's got to be near 80 years old. This is absolutely unacceptable and I've seen it happen so many times with this location. There's never enough employees available to help customers and to help each other. Every single customer in the store was angry at how this employee was being walked all over by whoever the manager is. The employee said she was not there alone, that there was another employee in the building. They just didn't find it necessary to assist her. I need to be contacted by either a District Manager or someone from corporate because this requires immediate escalation. I can be reached at ayyydavis@gmail.com. No one should be made to work under those conditions, especially not an elderly woman.

Most people over look this store! They have so much product, and coupons! I love digital coupons. Nice when you forget something at the store, to be able to grab it here! And love the holiday outdoor stuff!!

Don't go to this store if you need to split payment because they will tell you they can't then they will proceed to call you dumb and tell you to leave before they call the police on you. Learn to do your job and don't insult or threaten your customers. You two young ladies that did this to my fiancé should be ashamed. I hope you lose your jobs!

Quick and conveinent for certain items. This one is loaded with shop lifters and drug deals right in the parking lot. Use caution. Not the best clientele. Store can on some days be completly trashed and others look like it was freshly stocked. Staff is hit or miss. Some are really great other stand rining you out while talking on the phone.

I came here around 5 i believe this store was the cleanest out of many dg ive seen in a while but that was not the surprising part what amazed me was how sweet and patient the workers were i had question about some items i was looking for and the two young ladies tries to go find it and when they couldnt they offered to call around and see if the other locations had them. Kudos to them because for dollar general customer service is very slim

The old store manager which kept everything clean and stocked left to another location. Now the store is utter chaos nothing is ever stocked it's dirty and they hire sorry employees to run it and they keep going through different management so you never know what you're gonna get. What is for certain though it's gone down hill and not going to get any better.

Nice and clean, it's nothing like the other Dollar General Store's I've walked into. It was nice and had on some damn good music. I was just dancing too the beat!! "Dance" I say!!

I goofed, just going over my reviews and the Dollar General l wrote the bad review was the one in Lavonia, Ga. Sorry guys! The Braselton store is great. When l'm in that area l always stop in. When l was staying with my Aunt l always went there. Great worker's, some of the other Dollar General's could learn from them!

I like Dollar General they keep the store cleaner than most of them I have been in.I feel that the supervisor should get a good pay because she works as hard as everybody else she doesn't just stand behind the counter like a lot of them do

They had a lot of items 50% off. You have to look for that color for but I got some good stuff. I got to use my $5.00 off too. I'm very pleased.

The place is ok. But using the app stinks. No one can ever pull up the apps to see the coupons saved. Unless you go out the store and come back in. But then you have to remember your coupons saved.

I shop here 2-3 times per week. The store is unorganized and messy. There is usually only one employee working, who is always "busy" and not working the register. Sale prices are not updated in the system causing an overcharge during check out.

Sometimes there are no people at the checkout and have to wait but overall it's one of the better stores around because the items are actually on the shelf and not on the aisle floors.

This store is by far the best DG I have ever used! The staff is the most friendly and helpful and have yet to wait in a long line forever they get you out in a timely manner!

I go to this store on a regular basis. The previous manager actually cared about her customers. The current manager will leave her employees drowning with several customers waiting in line while she stands outside to smoke and talk on the phone.
