The staff here are some of the best professionals I’ve ever encountered! They were extremely welcoming to & patient with my anxious cats, and very open with their knowledge and expertise. I didn’t feel pressured to get treatments or preventative care they didn’t need, and they made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and how it helped my babies before administering it. These people truly prioritize your pets health and care over their own gains and for that I am forever grateful. My cats have never come home so calm after an appointment! I will hopefully never have to go to another vet.

I have been thru 4 different vets/hospitals in the past year and my mom referred me to this Chateau hospital and it’s the best by far!!!! The doctors communication and knowledge and just caring is absolutely above and beyond!! Very hard to find this around!!! Got my dog surgery and the results was amazing !!!!!!!!

This was an accidental gem mine for me! I was heading to the pediatrician next door for my kids and on the way there I saw a little baby kitten crossing the road who was almost lifeless. I knew this vet was next door so I took her there hoping they could help her out. The staff was amazing and gave me updates daily on Katinka. I couldn’t have asked for a better vet that I stumbled on! I now bring my dog here also! If I could give 10 stars I would! They have great doctors and the pricing is decent and fair! My old vet they stopped allowing the owners to come in the office (during and after Covid) so knowing I could be in the room with my pet was huge for me. Picture is bringing home my unexpected new kitty from the vet after they basically brought her back to life!

Fabulous Experience on 12/30/23, our current vet could not fit us in, called Chateau Animal Hospital and they were able to fit us in. Radar was having difficulty walking. Was really pleased with the care Radar received. They will be our new Vet!!

We love bringing our fur babies here. The doctors are kind and knowledgeable. The techs have been fantastic as well. We have had pets go from adoption to seniors and we are thankful to have such a wonderful place to go to. This was my first time using the new online appointment scheduler and I loved it!

Love this place! They have been our vet for several years. They helped us through diabetes with our elderly cat until her passing. They also treated our other cat for asthma. The doctor was great and they followed up multiple times to make sure she was getting better. They are now treating our newest kitten who was a little worse for wear when we got him underweight and too young. They have been attentive and caring. You can tell these people actually love animals. All the staff like to come hug the kitten Mr. Toast when we see them. It’s a great place with great staff. I wish vet care cost less but it’s costly everywhere. They do what they can to make it affordable- like suggesting online resources for prescription drugs or samples when they can.

Friendly staff and clean. Vet techs were super sweet to my cat. Admin was kind and helpful.However, I was disappointed when their computer system crashed when applying for a international pet health certificate. I asked if they could reattempt to refile the paperwork tomorrow or when it’s fixed and was told no, which I thought was odd.The staff tried to be helpful and direct me to their sister hospital. However, I had previously called their sister hospital while researching vets and was disappointed by the sister hospital’s lack of communication, which is a red flag for me. A refund is being given.I would recommend going elsewhere for a travel pet certificate, but routine services may be fine.

Long time satisfied customer - since 2004. Chateau Animal Hospital has cared for three of our dogs during that time. Everything from check ups to herniated discs. The care we receive couldn't be better. All the staff are friendly and sincerely care about us and our pets. And our little babies Taylor and Libby love staying in their VIP boarding room whenever we're out of town. When a dog is excited to go to the vet, that should tell you something!

I like this place. The only thing I dislike is that they will tell you one price at the time of drop off and/or over the phone but when you pick up the price usually doubles or triples stating that something was required. Other than that the staff is very friendly and welcoming!

The staff is nice. However, after spending $300 I feel like I walked out with my dogs having a nail trim. Disgusted and ripped off is really how I feel. I definitely will not be going back and neither will my friends or family members. Let’s please put the animals first and take into consideration actually doing something when we spend a fortune on these precious babies we love so much.

We had a wonderful experience at Chateau Animal Hospital. They were able to see our dog very last minute with almost no wait! Everyone was super friendly, they were upfront about pricing, and the vet addressed all of our concerns. While this was not our regular vet, we will most likely be back because of the amazing level of care!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Chateau Animal Hospital. They’ve taken wonderful care of my pets for many years and are truly some of the nicest people in the world. Not only did they send me pictures and updates on my kitty that had to be hospitalized for a week, but always get us in immediately if any of them are sick. Their prices are extremely fair and they always explain everything to us before they do anything. We will always go here!

Dr. Geddings and the staff there have gone above and beyond for our pets for several years now, including the compassionate treatment of a terminally ill dog (and her owner). Just last week they worked us in for an emergency visit and we realized our girl was due for vaccines so they just went ahead and gave her her annual exam while she was there. As a busy mom I appreciate that courtesy!!

My old vet couldn’t make time for me when my dogs had kennel cough. I called Chateau Animal Hospital and they made time for my babies (even though they weren’t my vet). After that visit they became my vet. They are amazing and caring. They don’t do unnecessary tests and blood work. They just want to help your babies feel better. They are amazing!!!

Taking your pet to the vet is typically pretty inconvenient. Chateau Animal Hospital really knows how to make this experience as pleasant as possible. Initially, they got my dog in for a same day appointment. The service was great, they were great with my dog, and their prices were very affordable compared to other vets in the area. A few days later they called me just to check on my dog which I really appreciated and prior to our follow up appointment, they made sure to reach out and remind me of the appointment. They even sent me a letter in the mail! Great customer service. Chateau Animal Hospital will be our go to vet from now on and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Chateau Animal Hospital has been the best veterinarian office I have ever used. My dog had some dental issues and they got that all fixed up. They did a wonderful job and kept me informed of any changes to the price throughout the procedure. My dog now has no more pain and his attitude has changed immensely since fixing his teeth! After the procedure my husband and I had a medication miscommunication and my dog accidentally got more medicine than prescribed. I called and they told me to bring him in. They got him in immediately without an appointment and did what had to be done to avoid complications. I didn’t care what I had to pay to make sure he was okay for our mistake but I was so surprised when they only charged me for the actual supplies and medications used. I feel their pricing is honest and fair and they really prioritize quality care . Every single staff member and Doctor we have interacted with is awesome. Jeffrey thanks you all!!
