This place. Is. Wonderful. I love them. I literally drive from Sandy Springs to take my dogchild to get check ups and whatever else she needs. Unbelievably helpful, honest, fair, and caring. 400 stars out of 10. Hands down the best vet we’ve ever been to ever ever in the history of dogchildren or vets or people.

Dr. Cleary and her passionate and kind team always listen and help me through the challenges of puppy parenting to elderly dog care. They make me feel like their friend and my fur baby’s friend from the front desk to the pet lodge. I am so thankful I found a Veterinary office I can trust. .

Everyone that was in the office on 12/30/23 were absolutely incredible! I had to bring my best friend Moose to be monitored after being hit by a car the night before and staying at the hospital down the road. I’m so grateful for the care and love we received from the staff during our difficult time! He’s doing well and getting better daily. We look forward to seeing everyone there again soon so yall can meet the real Moosie boy!

We used Best Friend for years. Before we moved to FL, our dog hurt his right back leg. We were told that a knee surgery was needed and the cost was over 3k. We decided to wait and check out the video of him. I’m so glad we did not go thru with their recommendation. Always get a second opinion!

Took my furry baby Rocky into this vet. He was having issues breathing. The vet took his condition very serious and had him in the back immediately. They cared for him and he got the best doctor and she figured out what was wrong with him. She gave him his medications and he's doing better. I'm from. Vancouver island British Columbia Canada 🇨🇦. I highly recommend this vet.

We are very happy with the staff at Best Friends. They have gone above and beyond in caring for our two dogs, offering alternative suggestions, always keeping in mind what is best for our pets. Not only do they take care with their medical needs, but we leave our pets in their facility when we have to board them. They have always been well cared for upon our return. The care, attention, and compassion of the doctors and staff is something we truly appreciate.

Best Friend Vets fills the meds for my two best friends in a timely manner and makes the approval process for their veterinary diet orders so easy with their online pharmacy. I never have to worry about running out of their food with auto-ship and can easily change ship dates for when supplies need to be replenished.Staff at Best Friend are always helpful and easy to work with.Recently we had to put one of our family members to sleep. She apparently had had a stroke following a few weeks of declining health. We especially appreciate the kindness and consideration of the Best Friend Vets staff as we arrived at that difficult decision.

I could write an essay about how great this place is! I had been using the same vet for years and after 1 emergency situation I have switched over! If you are looking for a caring and knowledgeable vet that has your babies wellness top priority, this is DEFINITELY the place to be! I have been here a couple of times with my baby and I don’t have 1 bad thing at all to say. I would totally give more than 5 stars if I could!

We love bringing our dog into your clinic.. it’s clear that she’s well cared for and loved while there.You guys have always been so great to our Bailey and my daughter’s dog, Genie!!If I had to say one negative it would be the amount you charge to administer meds when Bailey is boarding with you.In my opinion it’s quite a bitextra tacked on the bill!

My first visit to Best friend was truly positive. The staff was welcoming, and the veterinarian showed genuine care for my pet. The facility was clean, well-equipped, and they took the time to answer all my questions. It's reassuring to know my pet is in good hands here.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the receptionists to the doctor! I'm terrible with names, but both the the tech and doctor I had were really awesome. The technician let me hold during the exam, but stepped in during the vaccine to make me not be the bad guy which I was glad for. The doctor especially, showed general concern for my cat in her post visit recommendations with monitoring him post vaccine and being wary to notate and report even small potential reaction symptoms. It showed caring beyond what many doctors would have dismissed. Also, extremely appreciated her doing the vaccine low down of the front arm as I've been unfortunate enough to losing a cat to vaccine related cancer where it was done too high up and ending up on the body instead of a limb, so limb removal wouldn't have been helpful and it cane back even after having 2 mass removals at two different specialists. Cannot say enough how much this meant to me and impressed me given my actually still very recent history losing my previous cat. Keep up the amazing work!

I've just recently started using Best Friends vet. The first time was for boarding, as our usual vet office was full. Everything was great and I used them again for vet services and really liked the doc we saw. I've since boarded my dogs again and used their office for vaccinations as well. My experience thus far, with Best Friends, has been great!

I have two senior chihuahua mixes and our doctor expressed her affection for seniors also. She addressed all of my new concerns and provided a complete assessment of their health and options I had for additional tests. The best part is that all of the docs do not make you feel guilty if you can’t/don’t want to opt for expensive treatments but make sure you feel good about giving them their best quality of life.

Everyone I have interacted with seems to genuinely care about our dogs and us. They are friendly on the phone and helpful in person. The Vets are very knowledgeable and helpful, and they follow up after a sick visit. Love this Vet’s office!

Best vet and the staff is amazing and caring! Always there for you ! If they say they will call you back, they will. If you need a specialist for your fur baby , they will try to find one that charges less. Best friend for sure!

Fletcher is treated so well at Best friend!!! I’ve been coming to Best Friend for over 20 years. I love everyone there. Service is excellent. My only complain is the prices. Last time I took Fletcher in for a “Spa” day his bath cost $60 and to Dre Nell his nails cost $35. I feel the prices are steep.

Tried taking my dogs to a couple of other vets around the area for the last several years, but it seemed like a lot of the time when I needed to get them in for something urgent, they were all too booked up. This place makes time for my pet. They are very knowledgeable very friendly & know their stuff. I will be going there from now on!

All went well with his visit. We were told they couldn’t get a stool sample and yet we got a negative report. We saw a new Vet as Dr Keeling was absent. After 24 years time marches on but we surely do miss Dr Sue.

We were able to be seen as a new patient immediately. After years of struggling to fix the issue our dog was having, you guys fixed it in one visit. Or former vet would have probably carried out the same treatments that didn’t work essentially costing us much more money than we can even afford. Today we have a completely different dog than who we brought in due to the treatment he received. He seems so much better and our big boy is back to himself.

Our 4 year old dog was having severe neck and back pain that had been going on for over 2 weeks. We had been seeing another vet and he was not doing any better. We came here to see if there was anything else that could be done. The vet suggested steroids. He was better the next day. The vet or office member called several times over the next few days to check on him.

Took our puppy in for kennel cough after boarding elsewhere. The vet followed her gut and did a chest X-ray. Found a rock and a Bobby pin also lodged in his stomach! Sent us for surgery that likely saved his life! The whole staff is so sweet and they love their fur-babies!

Best Friend has cared for my Husky since 2019. In the last several months, my boy started to have issues as expected of a nearly 15 year old. In his heyday, he received excellent care from BF, but towards the end, it was Dr. Certusi who showed a tremendous about of compassion and caring for my aging fur baby. At the very end, the care and advice she provided was phenomenal. I couldn't have asked for a kinder soul to care for him in his most critical state. I can't say enough good things about her level of caring and experience. I highly recommend Dr. Certusi and Best Friend.

Not great service. In fact none at all. Checked in and waited in a waiting room with our frightened pet 1 hour. No doctor, not even a courtesy check throughout the first 45 minutes. Stuck it out 20 more minutes then we had to go, the smell of pets past lingered throughout and was too much for us and our pet. It is just rude and disrespectful to treat customers and pets this way. We will not return.
