Publix pastries are wonderful, but the staff really makes this location great!I have to order large, full sheet cakes for my office, and there's no small amount of pressure to have a delicious cake for everyone.The staff is always friendly, takes time to ensure my orders are correct, and delivers a quality product.Kudos to the bakery staff!

Hot counter at lunch is a disaster. Half of your roaster chicken sales are people who can't wait the 45 minutes for a meal. Today I was behind a person who was allowed to pick each wing individually. The store is dirty and has lots of empty shelves. One of the checkout dudes put is card in my wife's groceries. I guess he thinks girls are looking to bang hourly checkout clerks. Anyway, just a ghetto as Kroger so don't go out of your way.

The service here is absolutely abysmal! The Deli workers are extremely slow and have zero customer service training/skills. Why are there four deli workers helping one customer when six people are waiting?! Why are customers standing at the deli without anyone saying “sorry for the wait we’ll be right with you” for 20 mins? This entire department needs to be trained or fired! This is an everyday occurrence. As much as I love Publix this store makes me never want to spend my hard earned money here again!

I love Publix's bakery. I get all our birthday cakes there. Last week I ordered a sheet cake for my granddaughter's birthday. I showed up to collect my cake and the lady in the bakery told me there's no cake in my name. Luckily, I brought the pink slip with me. The lady apologized half-heartedly and said the cake decorator left at 10. How am I supposed to show up to the party with no cake!!! I had to get one of the generic frozen cakes. What a disappointment for my 6 year-old.

Yea 5 years since interviewed this place and it still not that impressive. How can even Publix be out of watermelons. But they do have a goodn unch bar. The fried chicken is the best around town.

I recently moved to Bonaire from Texas and I have to say I have never experienced a grocery store / super market anything like Publix. I normally don’t do the shopping but because of my wife’s work schedule I was recruited as the grocery shopper “if I want to eat.”My first trip to the store I asked an employee where an item was and she walked me straight to it. I asked where the next item was. THEN she blew me away! She wanted my list and promised to have me out of there in 5 minutes by taking me to each item. Yeah, I’m not used to that kind of customer service from a grocery store.I’ve made Publix my go to for everything. Every time I need help finding something they always walk me to it.The store is always clean and the employees always happy. I always leave totally blown away because I’ve never experienced such a happy retail shopping experience.Thank you Publix!

I am from FL and Publix is a staple in my heart. The guys in the meat department were very nice and even waited for me at closing to pick up my chicken. Excellent customer service.

This Publix is convenient, but it really could use a better deli. Horrible deli. They are always out of items and if you do want a sub sandwich, you have to wait forever because there is only one person making them. I've seen some other Publix's with amazing deli's. This one is just not it, unfortunately.

Very clean store- clean restrooms- high & tight security- had someone help me out to my car while I had my 1 year old baby at night unloaded all my groceries & also not a employee but just a nice friendly polite person unload my buggy since they scene I was holding a baby & also that I was overloaded- I ordered my child’s bday cake- you get a free cake for your child’s 1st bday! A special mini one for your 1 year old to tear up & eat all by his little self! Butter cream icing is the best Publix has the best cakes in the industry! They also have great cream cheese icing as well- yes I’m definitely going back to this Publix

Always friendly staff and very clean. This is the opposite of Walmart! Their subs and sandwiches, at the deli, are cheap but popular. Love that they still use mostly cashiers and not self-checkout. Very convenient to other shops. Prices are high but you pay for the experience.

The store is well stocked, maintained, and clean. If there is ever an issue I speak to management or customer service and it's resolved. We love shopping here and the staff within the store and pharmacy are amazing.
