This is a nice store. It is fairly well-maintained and clean. The shelves throughout are well maintained and neat and well stocked.The reason for only 4 stars is because of mops and cleaning equipment left out in customer view. This may seem minor but to be a 5 star it just needs to be cleaner in the corners and not have mops or wet floor signs left on long-dried floorsThe employees are nice and food prices are not unreasonable but many of the non-food items are less expensive at Walmart.Overall this is a nice place to shop.

I was using the pharmacy today. Staff was so polite and attentive even though they were down a man. Today, Naomi was my cashier and she remembered me by name. I thought that was very nice. On several occasions, the Pharmacist caught contradicting interactions on new prescriptions. They're so meticulous, which is great for someone like me who is disabled and on a ton of medication. 5⭐️

Rachel in the bakery is THE BEST! She has been doing my kids cupcake cakes for years now! Now she is doing all my friends kids cupcake cakes as well because everyone loves the ones I've been getting! She is extremely kind and always a pleasure to deal with! She has a knack for nailing the job no matter how crazy it sounds when trying to describe it! You can CLEARLY tell that she takes true PRIDE in her work!

Like many grocery stores supply chain issues are keeping a lot of the shelves empty of product (see pictures). Several items like regular bran cereal can be a hit or miss item.This store has a bar for patrons. What a novelity. Have a drink or two while your spouse shops.The store is clean. The meat, dairy and fresh produce departments were well stocked.Today while checking out we were standing in line. The clerk turned off her station light and told a customer to tell us that we would have to get in another line. We were in line well before the light was extiguished. Once you are in line this should never happen, and the clerk should not have directed another customer to give us these instructions, hence the three star rating rather than a five star rating.We will be back simply because Kroger is our go to store.

The night shift manager is extremely rude, with no customer service skills to be found. Every two minutes from 10:30 pm until they could lock the doors, it was nonstop, very loud announcements about the fact that they would be closing at 11 pm; that the registers would turn off at 11 pm; and how I needed to go to the register immediately to scan, bag, and pay for my own items. (Doing their job for them, mind you...). After that, the manager, Lily, approached the couple beside me that were attempting to check out, and very rudely told them that they must take their items to register 12, because they would take too long with what they had, and that they were closed. Snatching items literally from their hands. She then passed them off on another employee while she then walked up and proceeded to analyze the items left in my cart. I told her that I had it handled, and she then proceeded to stand three feet behind my teenage daughter and stare at me while I finished scanning the 3 items I had left, and while I paid my bill, and then glaring hatefully at me as I was placing the bags back into my cart.So I want everyone to know that the registers, do not in fact, "shut off", at 11 pm as they so rudely claim. My receipt clearly states check out occured at 11:06. And no matter what they say, they are more than able to open a register and do their jobs, you arent required to scan your own items and perform their job functions for them.I have worked several different jobs in the same position as Lily, but never would that behavior have been accepted. A little kindness goes a long way, and I know that we are all a little sick of not receiving basic decency towards other humans from so many employees in customer service positions. I hope that my next experience at Kroger is a much better one, or I will have no other option than to make it my very last Kroger experience.

After Walmart cancelled my cake and cupcake order less than 24 hours before my sons 3rd birthday party, I frantically called all around town, trying to find a bakery that would accommodate. I am so thankful Rachel answered my call and saved the day! She was extremely understanding, kind and helpful… she even assured me she could use images if she didn’t have any Spider-Man kits in stock. Her team provided exactly what I needed and the cake and cupcakes were beautiful and delicious! My son loved everything! Thank you for your kindness and amazing customer service!

It's a great shopping experience like the Watson Kroger, however it's a bit too big. It's almost like shopping at a Walmart as they sell clothes, toys, and many other things that aren't normally sold at a grocery store. They also have grocery pickup in the back of the store.

I'm a regular shoppers at Kroger's on Hwy 96 in Bonaire. I forgot my purse when I went to the store today. I'm so thankful for Toby who helped me with my Samsung Pay to get me checked out. He was helpful, patient, and delivered excellent customer service.

Grocery pick up is never ready the time it’s scheduled to be. Sometimes they are so far behind you have to wait until the next day. I’ve been told “I don’t know when it will be ready” too many times. I used to always use this Kroger for grocery pickup. Now I just go somewhere else because they aren’t reliable anymore.

Jessi, one of the florists, was so professional and helpful when I went to inquire about flowers for my wedding. She took the time to sit with me and go over the style and type of bouquet I wanted. I was surprised at how great of an experience I had and how well the end products turned out as I had been to several florists that either were not very professional or wanted to charge an exorbitant price for half of I wanted. In the end I loved my flowers on my wedding day, it was just what I wanted and for a really great price. Everyone said that my flowers were so beautiful and looked like they came from a floral designer. If you're looking for flowers for a special occasion and don't want to spend a lot, I recommend asking for Jessi. I recommend going to her.

I give y'all 5 stars because this store is way better then the one on Watson. But what I don't like is that you only have 3 lanes open for check out. I don't do self checkout because y'all don't pay me enough to checkout my own groceries.

Clean store. Friendly, helpful and courteous associates. Always well stocked in the mornings and freshest produce available in the morning also. Large selection of products available. Great organic selections with decent prices and the Kroger brand available. Awesome cheese selection too!

I am so disappointed in this kroger because I am a very regular customer. But I am not okay with them having milk out of the coolers on sale. They are warm. You can't do that.

This Kroger location has gone down significantly over the last year. I used to be able to rely on the pickup option however my recent orders placed in the morning for an afternoon pickup have all had issues being fulfilled. They were small orders under $100 scheduled to be picked up at 4. I placed my order at 10:30 and then got a call an hour before my scheduled pickup window and was told my order couldn’t be done until the following day at 4pm. I’ve tried to be understanding but after this has kept happening, it’s a waste of time and I will be shopping at other grocery chains.

We typically like this store. We did an on line order and arrived at 8:07pm on a Sunday. We almost didn’t get the order because they end at 8pm. The online pick up should indicate that. There many cars still coming in. They may have not know either. But the you g man who picked up and young man loading our grocery were gracious. Thank you!

This store has some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed, been shopping here since it opened after the rudeness today from the Pharmacy I will never spend another dollar there usually in the store 4-5 days a week. Especially now they are talking of 100% self checkout.

One star simply because the lines are consistently outrageous here. I’m talking 10-15 people waiting in each line and a minimum 15-20 minute wait, even if you’re using self checkout. Poor scheduling by management during peek hours.

I went into this location on August 5th during this time EBT was having issues with purchases. It's no big deal I understand that but I noticed today that I was charged and I did not receive any of the things I purchased I called the store this morning to let them know that I was charged and because I did not get a receipt they can't help me but how would I receive a receipt if I was telling it was down and my car declined I offered to bring proof of the charge and for them to run the cameras to check but I was told there was nothing they could do I don't care if it is EBT credit or debit my money and my food was still taken...Krogers need to get it together if you want to continue to have shoppers regardless of the payment method!

Convenient location. Better if you shop early in the morning if you are shopping on the weekend. Otherwise, there are tons of people in the store. The Kroger employees that shop for other people with the big rack carts are not all courteous. Some are.Got a wine bar so you can drink while you shop. (Makes it easier to buy more 😉) Then you can get some coffee at Starbucks if you drank too much at the wine bar before you drive home.Kroger has very good prices on most items, the store is stocked well. Produce is fresh. There are clothing and household goods sections. Pretty much anything you could be shopping for is here. I especially like the fuel points.

This is a pile of meat that I was looking at in the store Dec 31st, and it had expired in August, September, and October. This is a regular occurrence here, in many of the food sections. Unacceptable.
