Store shelves are empty. One lady working alone trying to stock and run register. Out of the 10 items on my list, I only found 1 ITEM . . . ONE. THAT STORE COULD BE THE MOST PROFITABLE IN THIS AREA.1. Need to hire more people to RESTOCK COMPLETE STORE.2. CLEAN UP store inside and out.3. Remove all of the clutter and stocking carts in the isles.4. Fill all of the POTHOLES in the parking lot.Considering the price you paid for the property (land) alone, your investment has to be a lot. You have a FANTASTIC LOCATION with thousands of cars and CUSTOMERS passing by every single day. FIX YOUR STORE! MAKE IT APPEAL TO THE CUSTOMERS so they will come back. You have the potential to QUADRUPLE your gross sales if you will FIX this store.PLEASE DO THIS. You will be thankful you did.

The selection at this store is nice, the workers are nice but my only gripe is how messy the store is, it was difficult for me and my grandmother to get around, we had to move carts with boxes and creates on them to get to what we wanted. The place is essentially a fire hazard. It took me multiple visits to come to the conclusion this place isn't gonna change much. I'm more worried about the safety of the workers and costumers than anything but the selection of things is nice the store just needs a bit of a fixer upper.

The person working in this store is the laziest person I’ve ever seen, constantly standing looking at her phone, not helpful at all. I’ve visited this store twice in the last few weeks, asked to scan items in the clearance area and she wouldn’t look up from her phone to assist, just said it was the price on sticker, then why is it in clearance area with multiple of same items there. Store is very junky and boxes piled everywhere, can’t get on isles because boxes in the way. If this girl doesn’t want to work there then she needs to leave. Didn’t get her name, was a young very thin African American girl, worst ever attitude.

I bought an eBay card from the dollar general for 75 $ the next day I tried to use my card to get something I needed from eBay and was told I had zero balance on my card the store basically told me to bad for me and eBay didn't try to help at all

This particular store is pretty good about keeping things stocked up. However during the busy times is hard for the employee to keep up with the customer line. I would suggest hiring some more help so that there are two cashiers when there are more than seven people in the store. If you have 7 people in the store and each checkout transaction takes 2 minutes, you will have a 15-minute wait if you are the last in line and that is inconvenient. I didn't give a five star rating because of that reason. However the 3-star rating is because you guys keep the display shelves full with merchandise and typically the staff are very friendly and courteous to the customers

The staff was friendly and customer service was nice. Of course I showed up the day they were stocking so there were boxes everywhere but the stockers would politely move things out-of-the-way and didn’t have a problem with it if you need to get on that isle. The store seems to be well-stocked with plenty of goods. Over all of a good experience for a dollar general.

This is the worst dollar general I’ve ever been to. The people are unprofessional, nothing’s ever stocked and it’s filthy. The store opens at 8am right? So why is it 8:15 and no one was at the store? This is not a small business why was no one there at 8am to open the store? UNPROFESSIONAL!

The cashier was very friendly. For her to be working alone she had her super woman cape on opening up. The prices were good and the store had a great selection. A nice place for a quick trip to grab some last minute items.

It's a Dollar General. This one is convenient, right across the street from a Kroger - if you're in a rush and only need a few items, you might get lucky and beat the Kroger crowd by going to Dollar General instead, but often times the smaller crowd at Dollar General is offset by the fact that there's rarely more than one cashier on hand and they're usually busy doing something else because there's not enough staff at the store. I rarely see more than one person there, but the employees are generally pleasant and quick, they're just obviously understaffed and it certainly isn't their fault.

Fair pricing on household products. The main problem is, depending on what time of day it is, there's not enough cashiers to accommodate "rush hour" customers. But it's still not bad enough for me to stop shopping there.

It's a DG. Great for picking up Windex, chips, and a last minute greeting card. There is always something that somebody was working on putting on the shelves, but abandoned it. The cashiers are friendly. Parking is easy. Nothing fancy no fresh produce - but easy to get in and out of quickly.

This store was well stocked and well staffed. I came looking for some towels that my girlfriend tried that happened to be better than some Jcpenney towels. Everything was easy to find and was neatly stocked on the shelves.

Always cluttered. Store way too small and ways have large carts filled with boxes in the aisles. Like Dollar General but this one is just way too small. Staff is always nice

I like looking at some of the lil seasonal or household decor. Sometimes have really cute pieces they have come along way but dont have mich you either get it soon as it comes out or its gone. Not many pieces are in stock seen maybe 3 frames at a time n then never again stocked. Stillcfind walmart is cheaper when it comes to products like soap deodorants and meds.

It's well organized but I feel like they may be short staffed. There's always merchandise all over the floors and blocking up aisles. The staff that is there are pretty friendly.

Another example of friendly helpful staff, merchandise delivery going on, crowded aisle with merchandise on the floor, and staff very busy trying to get the merchandise off the floor and onto the shelves. DG must help the people working in and managing their stores by building additional storage space for incoming merchandise. This will also make the stores safer for customers, to include the children who often accompany their parents into the stores. Every DG I've been in has the exact same problem. It's not fair to the hard working staff or the customers.

Poor quality and customer service. Nothing is ever in stock and the management has a site hustle going with the products when they do come in. Family and friends are usually the benefactors of much needed items. They never make it to the shelf

The store had a great employee he was multitasking to the most and it was appreciated. He was able to put stock up. Help locate and check folk out in an expeditious way. I did not get his name but his professionalism did not go unnoticed. Thank you mr sir who worked at 4pm feb 5!

The store always has half the isles blocked with carts, the line always takes forever!! And the fat redhead that works there ( I think her name is Ashley) is the rudest and most disrespectful person I've ever ran across in a customer service position. If ya got time find another dollar store. This one sucks!!

We love going in there, on the run I know that they always have stuff everywhere, but what can ya do with only 2 people in the whole store, they always have the little things that our Grandaughter love's and we love too!

Asked the dude behind the counter for sheet protectors because there were none on the shelf. He was like, it's probably some in the back and just shrugged his shoulders as if to say oh well lady! Lol he looked completely clueless. I just said OK and left. Two stars just because it was funny

I was kinda irritated that while xmas remnants were marked 70% off (only the candy was marked 50%) a hat that i really wanted only rang up at 50% off. And no nice lady on the override...

There are lots of good people here who watch out for your safety but watch out if you try to steal from them they got a hawk of a manager and she's also as nice as a peach!~

Great chain, but this location needs help with organization. Everything is everywhere. I almost volunteered to help. However, customer service was awesome!
