we only moved here from out of state a couple of months ago and were looking for a groomer, when i saw a fb post on HoCo's humane society page saying that Blossom's had just donated a bunch of food to the humane society, so i figured that was a good enough reason for me!they were so nice and friendly! our husky was blowing out his coat for the winter, and they dealt with all of that floof! he came out looking dapper with his new turkey bandana. it also seemed like they took extra care with our old man's pinched nerves in his back because he was just a happy, pretty guy when i came to pick him up, and they said they had no issues with him.the website was really easy to navigate, made it easy to book an appointment online, and clearly listed all pricing, so there were no surprises.

Very disappointed. If I could leave -5 five stars I would. Since the first time, we didn’t get what we asked for but they did better than Pet Smart so we thought why not take our 5 month puppy miniature schnauzer again. We were charged for every tiny detail. His cut was so patchy and he has bald spots all over him. If anything we should have been discounted on the cost because they did not finish and do what we asked for. Upon arrival to get our dog we were flooded with complaints. We were even charged extra because supposedly 3 people had to hold down a 5 month mini schnauzer. My dog does not even behave like they dramatically complained to us, not even at the vet. My puppy is not aggressive with anyone. You would think the employees have experience and know how to deal with any type of dog.It was so worrying to see how my dog returned home so scared, sad, and stressed.I wish I would have done my research better, don’t bring your fur babies to this place unless you’re okay with them returning to you frightened, they don’t care about your babies, they just want your money.

The first time we took our dog here it was great and five stars all around. This last time they did a horrible job. The dog came back with his left eye irritated and it drained for 2 days. The face was unevenly cut, the legs were cut in a style for a different dog bread, and there were spots missed in several places. On top of that it was extra for the holidays and small mats.

I have taken my Aussie to a handful of groomers but this one takes the cake. As long as they are open and I live here, they will have my business. They take such good care of my fur baby and don’t keep her there for 5+ hours! They even rearranged an appointment for me last minute when I had to suddenly leave town for a funeral. Thank you so much for what y’all do, it’s very much appreciated!

My corgi can be a handful, but she loves her Diva Days at Blossoms! Nessa does a great job with her, and Valor looks fantastic. From booking the appointment, letting me know the cost per service, and keeping me informed until pick up, the process is easy and efficient. My mother used to own a grooming salon, so I know I can be kind of picky, but I also appreciate skill and compassion. What dog mom doesn’t live to see their pup happy and loved on?

I’m so upset about my dogs hair cut. It’s so short on her stomach and all over. When I saw her I said “oh no” to the girl. She knew I was upset. I asked them to express her glands, she’s still scooting around so I know they didn’t do it. Wish I could post her picture.

Upon arrival, Preston was greeted by friendly staff members who were eager to make him feel right at home. The groomer took the time to listen to my specific requests and preferences, and asked thoughtful questions to ensure that they understood exactly what I was looking for.Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received, The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and they clearly love what they do. If you're looking for a top-quality grooming experience for your furry friend, I highly recommend giving Blossom's a try.

My puppy Luca was given his first breed cut, he wasn't new to this place. He got a puppy trim last time, there were no complaints of him then. His haircut was terrible, uneven all over his back, then I was over charged because they said he was combative, and had to be restrained by 3 people, he has never been aggressive to anyone. In addition he was super stressed the rest of the day.I would expect to be charged for services performed, the breed cut wasn't complete. In addition the hair on his head wasn't cut, they claimed he was combative, I expected groomers to know how to deal with animals, Luca is a 5 month mini schnauzer, combative, please....I would have been fine with paying extra if the breed cut was actually performed. We thought we had found a great, professional place to have Luca groomed. I was mistaken...... please becareful choosing a groomer

My dog was going to the location in fort valley at first and everything was fine(~$60 per appointment), but when I took him to Bonaire they started charging all these extra fees. They claimed they needed 3 people to hold him down, but that was never brought to my attention at the Fort Valley location. Plus my dog is only 20lbs so I don’t know why three people would be needed for that. They charged me a $15 convenience fee for not being able to keep him still supposedly, but have no video proof of evidence. I have him listed in the system as a Cavalier Charles Spaniel because Cavapoo wasn’t an available option. (My dog is a mini poodle and cavalier Charles mix). When I went to pay the lady at the desk said, “he doesn’t look like a cavalier to me so we charged him for doodle” without even asking me what his real breed was. When I told her he was a cavapoo she said “oh!”, but still charged me the doodle fee which was an extra $70. Somehow my dogs haircuts went from being ~$60 at the fort valley location to ~$130 at the new Bonaire location with all the extra fees. Haircuts also come out very inconsistent and the groomers aren’t very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Our first time taking our golden doodle there. They listened and did what was asked. They did a good grooming job and payed attention to the details, ears, feet, etc. Overall good job, we'll be returning.

The first couple cuts were ok but not what we wanted. It usually takes a couple cuts to get what we are looking for. The last one was a pretty bad cut and my dog came back traumatized. Save your money and cut your dogs hair yourself. It will look better.Edit: thank you for your thorough response yet missing many details. After your receptionist called me a liar which I left out when I asked you to adjust the cut to be a little shorter and you cut next to nothing because you said “I want to have him cut a little longer”. That makes no sense. If you bring your pet here make sure you spell out what you want exactly or they will do as they feel and say you said that.

Wonderful experience with Blossom’s Grooming Salon-Bonaire! Waffles is a 135lb Newfoundland with some anxiety, so not the easiest, but they were amazing so patient and he looks great! I highly recommend them, plus the location is great for us! Thank you!

This dog mama never knows what to ask for when having my dog groomed ! Blossom's grooming Always fixes my boy up !!! Always super friendly . Not to mention how fast they are grooming him ! He doesn't like the crate . They've always squeezed me in also . Love the bonaire location !!

Close to home and pricing is in line with other groomers. Best part is my dog was done in 1 1/2 hours instead of being there for four hours like most other places! And her grooming was perfect!!!

Blossoms treated our guy well & got him smelling fresh & feeling soft & got his neck mane looking extra floofy. Whiskey is a pretty long (long legs) & big boy at 55ish lbs & can be a little wild & crazy, but they were done w/ him in record time. He got a bath, nails grinded/cut, and teeth brushed. Even though he is a nervous boy, when I got him inside, he seemed happy to be there and was happy when I picked him up. He looked so handsome in his holiday red plaid bandana! Thanks, Blossoms
