Amazing store with fresh food options. A butcher, various fresh cheeses and hams. A cute little mini store and gift items. Fresh baked goods, cakes and pies. Amazing friendly staff and very veteran/military friendly.Snacks found like any other convenient store as well.I ate their chicken tenders, mac, and beans for lunch and took home a blue berry pie.All so very delicious.

We were desperate for a cold drink after a hot day at Washington Farms picking strawberries and popped into Stripling's expecting a run of the mill convenience store. Not only is this little gem CLEAN with CLEAN bathrooms you can find all kinds of options for a hot or cold meal and even round out your grocery shopping if you need to. Employees were friendly and it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Great country store. Best place to get steaks, pork and sausage. Why go anywhere else. Restaurants can’t compete with the food quality of product and personal ability to make he best meal.

Visited the location in Tifton. I stopped to get some Souse for my daughter to sample. They carry some of the best I ever tasted. Found out they no longer carry it, was almost heart broken.The butcher behind the counter told me about the Chicken Stir Fry. I was all set to buy some when it said it had Jerk seasoning. Seeing as I don't care for jerk he recommended through Beef Stir Fry. It was marinated in Bourbon.I close by saying get the Bourbon Beef or even the Chicken Stir Fry, but make sure it's marinated in Bourbon.

Great country style store amazing rare fines. Fabulous selection of butcher quality meats, and seafood. Fun pantry items you can't find at big box stores. Plenty of different types of jerky and meat sticks. Speciality jellies, jams, BBQ sauces, candies and baked goods. Household goods cutting boards, aprons, kitchen decor one of a kind items. Amazing fresh hot BBQ with delicious side dishes. Attentive courteous staffing throughout the store.

Great general store with local sweets, jams, sauces etc. They have full line of produce, meats, dry goods as well as a great lunch/snack bar. Very friendly staff but the produce price reflects the unique local selection.

Nothing “homemade.” Franchise operation with shipped in products. Slowest fuel pumps ever. Diesel pumps always covered in fuel and ground around diesel island saturated with fuel. Meat department workers are clueless about where cuts of meat originate or ingredients in “fresh homemade sausage.” I genuinely used to love this place but since I moved close by and started going there a lot I realized it’s one of those don’t meet your heroes type situations. Final straw to write this review is the Lead Cashier that calls men Honey, Babe and other pet names. I spoke with manager and she said the management had been notified about the behavior in the past and weren’t going to resolve the situation. My wife is so uncomfortable that she won’t go in the store anymore. I appreciate the convenience of the local grocery and the prime meats but that’s all. Recent fryer fire shows extreme lack of training and poor management. Do better Stripling’s.

This place is amazing. The staff is friendly, they have a great butcher shop, they have cooked and ready to eat ribs, bbq, Brunswick stew, etc. Sometimes I come by just to look around. I'm so glad they opened at this location.

One of the best butcher shops I’ve been to in a long time. There meat selection is excellent. Picked up some smoked pork chops when I seen there prime NY strip. The best strips I’ve had ever. I live 45 miles away but its worth the trip for that quality of beef. Everything the carry is top notch. There staff is very helpful and friendly.

The meat here is very good as well as the BBQ. A bit of a tourist atmosphere but still friendly people who work there. The only things missing would be some music and a BBQ pit to enjoy.

This is a really unique place! I recommend stopping by here if you’re on your way in or out of Athens. They have a really good selection of meats and local goods. Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gas prices also are competitive with other gas stations around.

Biscuits are delicious!! The butcher will cut marrow bones for you if you want them sliced lengthwise.

Yes I was at the store today really love it every time I go in there but today I was in line waiting on food and there was a young man and he said that I was not next in line he told me I had to go to the back of the line and I've been sitting there waiting for my turn I'm never had this kind of bad service from them before he must have been having a bad day thank you for all you do

Steak sandwich! That's all I should have to say, but I'll say more. The food they serve has been delicious every time I've tried it. The only reason I reserve a star is because of the prices. Two sandwiches and half a cake is $38

My favorite local store and I can't live without their biscuits!I first went to avoid driving all the way to the city after hearing about their great meats for small groceries and now go nearly everyday! - for gas, biscuits, awesome chicken, Brunswick stew, locally baked breads, and sauces like my all time favorite Tiger Sauce!They even started ordering the larger bottles of my favorite sauces for me after finding out that I couldnt find it anywhere else - THAT itself would keep me coming back aloneBut Stripling's has grown to be my gas station, general store, light groceries and take-out restaurant all in one. and that's not even mentioning the great people who work there!sincerely,#BlotterMonkey

I was heading back home after my appointment with a client in Athens and needed to stop for gas. I thought I could pick something up to eat on my way back to Atlanta. I got the collard greens 😋(so good!), macaroni and cheese (made with REAL cheese), and Bourbon chicken.....GOD it was good!!!!!! I was pleasantly surprised! **Better than that other place I was to earlier this week**Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will be back.

Everything is great except the cranky older lady upfront who watches you closely to make sure you don’t get an extra pack of ketchup or condiment. She also catches an attitude if you ask for a plastic bag to put the stuff you just payed for in.

I’ve been going here for 3 years. The ribeyes, mild pan sausage, and bacon. Absolutely delicious. However my last 3 visits in 5 months yielded me pan sausage that had a metal aftertaste which I had to throw out. I call and talked to a manager in meat and that fell on deaf ears. I try again, just mild pan sausage, and it was a terrible disappointment. So today I was there at 12:20 and grabbed a double cheeseburger to go, cold and not appetizing at all. Three strikes your out. The inconsistency and poor quality will not bring me back again. Your loss

I was greeted by polite, friendly staff. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. The decor was country farm, shabby chic, and very nicely done. This store has a lot of items from packaged goods, to clothing, to even a to-go restaurant, with picnic tables outside.

Do yourself a favor if you are ever in the area and stop at Stripling's. I travel thru the area with my job and always stop here. The cooked food is awesome, the meat department has a huge selection, the sauce selection is amazing, and their staff is super friendly and helpful. Wish there was one in southern middle Tennessee!

This was my second visit. First time I bought the hot pan sausage and it was perfect. Today I bought the hot pan sausage. Now I must say I love spicy food extremely spicy is fine by me. Carolina reapers no problem! Holy cow who made this batch of hot pan sausage? Spicy is an understatement. My eyes were watering while I cooked it to make sausage gravy. I even cut it with maple syrup but it was hottest sausage I've ever had! I'm gonna go back to get the mild pan sausage and mix them together should be perfect . They raise their own hogs and the quality is second to none.its a 25 mile drive for me well worth it.highly recommended

We stop at Striplings on our way out of town, to an event or just for a drive. The smell is amazing as they are cooking meats for the day. In the morning, they have biscuits with egg or cheese and sausage, but by 11am they have switched over to meats and veggies. Inside is a market that is bustling. Interesting place and they have gas.

Saw a young Man ask if the Store had a Military discount. The cashier said yes, but I need to see your ID. He presented his ID and she noticed it expires in two months. She pointed this out to him, in front of others. I thought this should have been handled differently. Obviously, the young man was still in the Military. Maybe you should do away w Mil-Discounts if you’re gonna confront Active Military members. Overall it was tacky of the cashier.

Had the best smoked pork chop biscuit, this morning, with a Peach NeHi. Tiffany at the breakfast bar hooked it up, with a great smile and pleasant demeanor. I'll be back for breakfast real soon.
