Not surprised 8:20 and the store is still not open. Just disrespectful to the entire world of people whom work on punctual schedules.Please hire people that will take care of your business and not be so inconsiderate of others time.And last time I was in this store your staff rudely talks on their personal phones FaceTime vs doing their job. This is a poorly run establishment.

Friendly staff and a good selection of products in most categories throughout the store. This location seems to be a little bit off the beaten path. But, overall this location is very consistent with every other Dollar General.

How is it that you guys just did a remodel (since before Christmas) and remain closed. Even though you've already opened to the public? Maybe reopening was a bit premature. Plus an exterminator on sight damn near every day I pass by. Oh well...big inconvenience.

Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a cashier. Usually the people are so friendly, but this guy was rude, mean, and frankly a little unhinged. While making a purchase my card was declined – it happens – I apologized profusely and offered to come back later when he wasn’t so busy. The very exasperated man said “no they won’t let us do it that way and I am busy I’ve been busy since yesterday working 14 hours and I’m not gonna put up with much more.” Then announced to the entire store that it was going to take him a looooong time. The line had grown considerably. A woman at the back of the line said she was going to call corporate and walked out of the store and he said, “well good for you! “. This man has no business being in customer service. I use this store very frequently as it is close to my house, but if he continues to work there I will avoid shopping there.*update*I called and spoke with the store manager. She was pleasant and accommodating, and apologized for his unacceptable behavior. Her attitude is what it takes to be successful in customer service. I changed my 1 star to 3 stars.

All employees were very nice and helpful the restroom was slacking. Aisles we're wide and store clean and neat thank you. Maybe you can show st. Joseph, mo how to clean up their stores.

The place is always dirty and cluttered! They need a good GM to take the lead, bit the company will not pay enough. They need to pay a GM at least 60k a year. I'm a GM of a restaurant and I pay my assistant more than they pay their GM. Some of the women that work there are nice. As much money as Dollar General profits every year, there isn't any reason they shouldn't pay at least 60 a yr.

This location is always in a complete mess. You can never get down aisles because they are either blocked or partially blocked. Anupa, an employee there, is rude and argumentative and has never been accommodating whatsoever when asking questions or needing resolution to a customer service issue. More than once I have had issues with her and let upper management know of the attitude issues, however, NOTHING has been done to alleviate her attitude towards customers. I live close to this store, however, I do business elsewhere now. I used to enjoy Dollar general.. this store ruined it for me and my family.

I am fully aware that you are an employee at dollar general but my most recent visit was ridiculous. The woman, Anupa, behind the counter ignored me so she could answer her video chat on her phone. Scanned a couple of my items then stopped because she dropped the call and attempted to call the person back all while I'm standing there. She never even looked u . A transaction that should have taken 2 minutes took almost 1 .

Unfriendly just leaving now I was at the check out maybe 4 minutes before anybody came to check out . Stocking shelves , she just looked at me like what you want . Told her I wanted to reload card held hand out did her thing and told her to have a great day she didn’t say anything . No hey how you doing or bye have a good day . I’m just use to deferent customer service at the DG near my house

typical dollar store where a lot of inventory is no longer a dollar. but the quality is also a notch up. biggest plus is the employees who are great. super friendly making it worth the visit.

There is a sign on the front door saying they will close at 6pm each night this week. I am here at 4:36pm. No one is here!!!! Very disappointed!!

As always, Dollar General is a miserable shopping experience. They do not have enough employees so the aisles are constantly blocked with merchandise. Stores are crowded And dirty. My last resort.

Dollar General Statham is an Essential part of Statham. This store has helped many people who otherwise can't get into Athens or Winder for Shopping. Elderly, those without transportation. It carries most everything a large store has just a smaller more convenient shopping experience. I am glad they are a part of Statham business.

It's the dollar store . Despite its name some items here can actually be more expensive than the grocery store or Walmart. But then there are some things if you catch them on sale are actually cheaper. I do recommend their digital coupons.

This store needs new management, new systems, new employees, new everything. Every time I have shopped here something has gone wrong at the register! It crashes. Literally every time. I spent more time checking out than I did actually shopping!

This place is disgusting. And all of the staff are rude, unhelpful and say "If you didnt find it we dont have it"Ny opinion, it needs to be shut down. So unorganized and rediculously filthy. I hate going. Here But sometimes i dont have a choice due to convenience

My favorite store. Some of everything. Food, clothes, toys, household items, etc. I go in for a loaf of bread and milk, then leave with 40 dollars worth of stuff.
