The girl is good at what she does, that's for sure, but charging an extra $10.00 to smooth a small dog's nails after cutting them, was too much. I could see an extra $5.00 maybe, but not $10.00. Still, I would recommend this place.

they were very rough with my dog. i understand having to hold his face but they looked like they were GRIPPING on top of his neck and below. but overall they did pretty good, he looks a little funny but i might try another place before i go back.

After our regular groomer couldn't do nails or glands for 2 months, I called Smooch Pooch and she got my fur baby in same day and did full wash, glands and nails!! Her prices were way better than the place I usually go, my fur baby will now be a regular customer!!!

If you’re looking to get your cat groomed, don’t go here. I called and they said “I don’t know the price I just trim nails”. There are plenty of other options that are better.

They were asked to trim her hair and they shaved her, cut off her eyelashes and her ear hair almost is to the skin. I wouldn't bring her back for any reason.

Great experience. Fast and friendly to the doggies. Loved the haircut being done in the window so I could watch from the car. It was adorable. Great quality and very time efficient.

I contacted Smooch Pooch yesterday about getting my two pups in for grooming. I was late to my appointment today due to other late running appointments and they were able to accommodate. My two pups came out beautiful, and one of mine normally is terrified of getting nails trimmed. They were able to take great care of both of them. I can't wait to take my pups back!!

Absolutely amazing. We had an angorian long haired bunny dropped in our laps one night that was severely matted (to the point it couldn't/didn't want to move) and someone (before it was brought to us) had already tried to cut the matt's out but wound up hacking the bunny up instead. The next morning my daughter and I spent all day on the phone trying to find a vet and/or groomer to get her shaved and to treat her wounds. Going down the list we called EVERYONE and then we got to Smooch Pooch and she told us she didn't groom bunnys anymore but when she heard about the condition of the bunny she made an exception. It took 3 hrs and 3 people to shave the bunny then she helped us with the wounds and said she would take the bunny on as a client to prevent this from happening again. We Kept treating her at home, with advise from the groomer, and 5 weeks later the bunny is completely healed and a much happier, hoppier bunny and will be a client for life! Thanks for everything!!!!

Teena and her staff were amazing! We brought our 4 dogs here for a last minute grooming. She spent so much time with each one and they look so good. We highly recommend Smooch Pooch Dog Wash! We will be back again!

DANGER Dog in HOSPITAL due to their NEGLIGENCE! I was visiting from out of town and took my dog to be groomed due to the reviews, however if you notice most of the reviews are for self wash not for grooming. My dog came back traumatized, with a burn from the clippers and a DEEP CUT that required EMERGENCY ROOM attention. I am beyond furious and my dog won’t trust another human again, and shakes and when she sees any humans besides our family. If you love your pet, avoid this place at all costs, they should be shut down. My son also heard that they had cut another dogs tongue while we were leaving.

Answered the phone and was able to see the dog for a last minute wash. And had him ready within 30 min. Costumer service isn't really there. But I guess thats how the native local shops are around here.
