Roses is exactly like a Kmart. Sells exactly the same stuff, setup and run exactly the same and has a similar early history. Unlike Kmart, roses still prominently exists in the south and some eastern states. The store was slightly overrun with stock but that was just typical of a store like this. The employees were nice. Prices were low. Was nice to feel like being in a Kmart again.

I had spent an hour with my mother and son to buy a good bit of product. We had seen many signs with prices everywhere and sale discounts.However, when I was being wrung up, I noticed prices weren’t what they said on the racks. When I asked the lady at the register, she rudely ignored me and started looking at their flyer for prices and so I showed her a picture of items that are all over their store and she still didn’t want to change it. So I asked her to void the whole ticket out since they weren’t being customer friendly in the least.The biggest topper was when I called the store for the manager, she then went to say excuses like some one else put clothes on the wrong rack (which does happen) but they weren’t willing to work with me when they’re too understaff to fix the misplaced items.If you’re looking for no help and rude people to be UNHELPFUL at all and the cheapest made products, then this is still the right store for you.Another thing is that refuse to clean the men’s bathroom. There was no paper no soap, paper all over the bathroom. Bowels still in the toilets and clearly had been there for more than just that day.The store just needs to be closed and opened to something else with a better cleanliness and better staff.

Blue Ridge Ga. Store. I have a 5 pound dog. He alerts me when my blood sugar drops too low which has caused me to have seizures in the past. I had just left TJ Max and was walking toward the Roses store when an older female employee yelled at me...."You can't bring that dog in here"!!!! She then yelled it again adding only service dogs are allowed. I said, you didn't even ask me if he was a service dog. She then walked over to a messy hand written sign in marker and pointed to it. She said you have to prove he is a service dog. I told her I would return with his credentials and proof of my medical history at a later date. I have never had anyone behave so rudely before.

Was greeted with a hello when entering the store, which was nice. Store is huge with plenty of selection to choose from. They have an extremely large selection of men's jeans to choose from as well as regular pants. They also have a pretty good selection of luggage. Store was clean an shelves were organized making it easy to find what your looking for. Will definitely return

This is a discount store and their prices on most things are reasonable, although on some things a bit high, but a pair of name brand jeans can be bought for around $10 and their coats are incredibly low compared to other stores. I personally do love this store. The staff is kind and helpful and they accept returns if you are not fully satisfied with some things, but I've never had to return anything so far so I think this is a really great place.

I used to visit this location when I was in the area vacationing with my family. Very shabby looking men and women clothing items. Alot of rude Caucasian customers with bad attitudes that visit this store location, but it is to be expected due to the area. Also the staff are not friendly or welcoming of different races of people shopping here other then Caucasians. FYI...there are other races with money that shop and visit this area. You didn't make the mountains with your bare hands. I will definitely not be returning here...EVER!

When you go into Rose's, it's like stepping back in time. It really reminds me of an old K-Mart. I have found some great deals at this store, and never leave empty-handed. My husband likes to dig for great buys in the large mountain of jeans! Some of the items they have for sale kind of make me chuckle, such as huge, oversized costume jewelry. However, I love shopping here and I can easily spend an hour just walking around browsing their wares.

Awesome store, not the best selection but let's be real I didn't expect much. I give them 4 stars because they seem to have a little of everything... And most importantly.. They are dog lovers... It's not everyday you get to walk through with a pitbull so large he could easily be confused for a baby polar bear and people not start freaking out and acting like you're shopping with Osama Bin Laden.

Love this store! Wide variety of merchandise at the best prices! Last visit, we bought 4 pairs of jeans, 3 shirts and a jacket for $40!! Crazy prices! Would recommend to everyone!

Great discount store.Similar to beaulls or TJMaxx as far as quality goes. Could be designer brands that did not meet quality control guidlines from the manufacturer, or it could be a few seasons ago that are not selling well in full priced stores. Which of those is a gamble.I'm willing to gamble on a 3.99$ pair of wranglers, however.

Great prices, it's a discount store, great for stocking stuffers during the holidays, and a decent place for house hold needs like; cheap sheets, rugs, some tools, pillows, they even have a selection of discount funagure which is pretty nice considering the price.

Local competitor to Walmart but on a smaller scale. Bargains to be found here but these must be searched out in the store. Store is generally crowded with merchandise and store fixtures so movement can be a challenge in certain parts of this store. Best benefit here is Senior Day on Wednesday, getting seniors 10% off everything.

A lot has changed since I worked there in highschool when they first opened, customer service is suffering also, last week I seen they had a regular $19.99 Bluetooth speaker on sale for $9.99, it rang up $19.99 and I explained to the cashier that they were about 10 yards from her register for the sale price and she just looked at me like I had 3 heads and refused to go look or call management, I just had her remove it from my items. I won't be going back for a very long time if ever.

A lot of employees putting out merchandise or doing other things on sales floor. 1 register open with 5 in line. Bathroom was yucky, whole store could use a facelift especially the walls in the restroom. Passed by an old register area by toys that looked forgotten about. Not much in plus size. Only found $10 worth of things I needed. Very disappointed as came to 10 years ago & looked a lot better then.

Lol, they have a ziplock bag over the credit card machine. I made a comment to my wife that it was just as gross as touching the keys and I guess the girl got personally offended and snapped something off about infectacide. She didn't even reply when I said thank you. She also didn't reply when my little girl said thank you 3 times.

It is great to have an alternative to Walmart. They have good products, a great variety, and items you don't find other places for good prices. We are glad to still have roses in Blue Ridge!

I luv Rose's excpecialy the men Wrangler jeans that are only $10 bucks they are cheaper than Walmart but not on everything. I live in Bradley county which is Cleveland TN it's bout 30 miles SE of Chattanooga I wish there was a Rose's here closer.

The store has alot of neat stuff.. I don't like the way the clothing is... You have to dig thru the racks to find sizes.. not organized but the staff is nice and the store is clean..

Has improved in most areas over the years. Price are still low, selections are large... But the bathrooms... Omg.. if you have to to the bathroom I suggest you walk down to Ingles.
