Our pup Bree is not at all food driven. She will not eat most treats, and never eats any with enthusiasm. Our local fancy store offered her a pumpkin treat recently; one sniff and it was left on the floor. While visiting Blue Ridge in October, we purchased some of your pumpkin treats (the ones sold in clear ziplock bags). Bree sniffs your treats to ensure it’s the real thing and eats it right up! You have changed Bree’s world! Thank you!

Great pet store. We adopted a puppy at paws in the park while in town on vacation. We stopped in for a leash, collar and some treats. They had a great selection and the gentleman running the counter was very nice.

Bought a $20 toy for our dog while we were there along with a couple other things. We shop here every year when we come in for vacation. After not even 24 hours, the toy started coming apart at all the seams. Took the toy back to get it replaced but he wouldn't allow it. Said all sales are final. Unfortunately it wasn't a cheap toy and we think the toy was dry rotted, or poorly stitched. That will be our last time we support them. It would be different if our dog would have just ripped it up from play. Very upset with their decision

Great shop! The shop keeps were very friendly and pleasant. Pets are welcome. They have lots a fun chews for our fur babies. The beef sticks were a huge hit with our Bassett Hounds. I loved how they turned a fuel station of times past into a modern store. The prices are good as well as the selection.

Love this place! I've been in here twice since I moved to the area and the staff is just awesome! My first time in I had a list of all my 1 dogs allergies and needed to find him and 4 other dogs quality food. The girl working that day was super helpful and helped me find exactly what I needed and my dogs love the new food! 2nd time I'm a very nice lady and gentleman were working and they were so nice and helpful that I determined this is my go to store for all my pet needs. Its a 25 mile drive that I have no problem doing for a place that has all my pet needs and a great staff!

What a wonderful store! The owner is so kind and helpful. We were traveling from Florida and discovered our nine month pup was carsick. She recommended a calming oil that you roll on her head and instant calm! We also bought some incredible treats too! I highly recommend this store!

Lots of treats, chew, collars, and leashes for dogs. I didn't look at the cat things, but they had them. The pet store is nice, nut the best thing about our visit was the woman working. She was so nice, and very helpful in recommending a good chew stick for our 4 month old Weimaraner. She even gave a suggestion for where to eat lunch, and her recommendation was great(serenity garden cafe). We will visit again next time we're in Blue Ridge!

Mary is always very nice & helpful. I stop in every month or two, especially to refill on the homemade dog treats. She is also knowledgeable about puppy stuff. Store is in a great location (easy in/out). Very clean. If she don't have an item you are looking for, she can get it.

Everyone here really does love dogs and cats, and people too. They carry a good variety of choices in healthy foods, treats and toys, and the staff has knowledge about the things they sell. Especially helpful in finding foods and treats for dogs with different allergies, like my Shepherd. Great place to research and order raw foods as they really know the topic and will order many good brands for you.

We visited in August last year and I passed up the opportunity to buy a cute little baseball cap for our dog, Lulu...well I really wanted it and ended up reaching out to them last week. Ross was so helpful and they arranged to ship it to us! It's exactly what I remembered. Great customer service.

I have visited this pet supply shoppe on 3 different occasions while visiting Blue Ridge.It's always fun to see their products for pets and pet lovers too! My little terrier mix loves the box of bakery treats I bring home for her. The staff is always helpful.

Wife and I were on a road trip with our pup, and needed some dog treats. The girl working there was helpful and friendly. They had a great selection of items. I could’ve gone to a chain, but I like to support small businesses, and they were definitely worth it. Stop by, you’ll be glad you did.

This is one wonderful place! Mary treats you as a first class customer but also as a friend. I have learned alot from Mary about natural products that I have tried and they have worked. I buy all my food from her, have tried some raw food mixers which I felt so good about adding to my dog's food. I am so happy to have such a special place here in BR for my dog, Kele and I.

Stopped by here on a daycation to Blue Ridge. Owner was so helpful when I found something I wanted but not in the right color she offered to order and ship it to me. Arrived today and I love it. Great quality products and customer service!

The freshly baked treats they sell here are the only ones my frenchie loves and tolerates. They smell good, have no preservatives and they are cheap! I could not recommend them enough!!

Cute little shop with some homemade goodies to pick and choose from for your dog or cat. Also has a room of pet needs like leashes, outfits and grooming supplies. They also carry a little miracle in a bottle from Blue Ridge Botanicals called Calm My Dog - an essential oil blend that can be applied to your dog to produce a natural calming effect. For our ever-nervous GSD, this is a necessity, especially on road trips to foreign (to him) places! The staff was so nice, very friendly and helpful. Definitely adding this little gem to my visits to Blue Ridge!

I have always loved this store. The employees are very friendly and sweet, but we probably won't be back for awhile. Our dog loves the treats there, but they continually raise the prices for a box. Went from 5, to 5.50, 6.50, and now they are 7.50 a box. No thank you.

Mary was so sweet and helpful when we showed up on a Sunday with our standard poodle Brigitte who had opened a wound by licking it too much! She fitted her with a Sun shield tee with UPF 50 to cover her back and gave us bandage ideas!! Lovely place and owner🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Went in to get a water bowl for my dog Charlie. The woman inside was so sweet and everything was very affordable. Outside there was a man playing piano and singing and he was great. Will go back!
