Our dogs were desperately in need of grooming and we were having a hard time getting an appointment at home in Kennesaw with our usual groomer. We are here on vacation and thought we might have luck getting an appointment with someone here. We called on Saturday and Tonya was able to get our two babies in on Monday! Both of our pups are typically anxious when being groomed, but they both did well for Tonya. We may have to travel up here for their grooming in the future because they both turned out so cute! Great job!

Groomed was the only place that accepted new clients. We drove from Murphy for an early afternoon appointment. They were so busy! The girl said to come back at 5, kind of a pain. We had to go back home, which was a bummer. What are we supposed to do? It's not Groomed to Perfections fault. There are no groomers and my hat's off to those who do work. The girls did a great job! I star knock for having to come back, but we will definitely go back. God Bless these hard working ladies.

Highly recommend bringing your fur baby here! Destria was so helpful and treated our pup as if he was her own. He even had a great time. He’s a bit skittish of loud noises, but she was patient with him when blowdrying.

This was my and my husband's first time going to a groomer with our husky, and they made it the best 1st experience! They took excellent care of our boy, and he looks and feels amazing! We will definitely be coming back for another appointment!

First appt was great. Tonya did a wonderful job grooming our dog (reason for 2 stars instead of 1). We set up the next appt and when we showed up no one was there. Cars in the lot but lights out and door locked. We called and left a message thinking maybe there was an emergency but we were never called back. It’s so hard to find a groomer in this area taking new clients let alone one that does a good job. Poor business practices have lost them a client that would have scheduled consistently. Very frustrated and disappointed.

I have no idea where people are getting the idea of good service from this place. After my family took my dog here for grooming, the lady there changed the agree upon price to be much higher. When we said that was not the price that they told us beforehand, they told us to our face "then you won't be getting your dog back." So we paid the damn price, but are never going back again. We should have called the cops.

My second visit. The first one was great. This time a different groomer took care of my dog. She wasn’t experienced and had her poor baby in a little toy walker sitting amongst all these dogs in kennels. It seemed very chaotic. The groomer used Dawn dish liquid on my lab. I saw her holding the bottle at the sink, putting it on another dog because she accidently dropped it, so I noticed it. My dog had an allergic reaction and had to go to the vet. She coughed and sneezed for days. I paid $85 + a $15 tip to the groomer, then $144 to the vet. You shouldn’t use Dawn on the dogs. She also cut one of her nails too short and it bled. And my lab should have had her belly shaved. It wasn’t done. I think you hired someone who doesn’t have any experience in dog grooming.

Got our two silver labs groomed here and it was great! The dogs came back smelling great & wearing the cutest bandannas. They only do big dogs 2 weeks out of the month tho, but she does a great job and is worth the wait. Definitely recommend and will be taking the pups back!

Tonya did an awesome job on our Shiranian furball Trixie! She had quite a lot of mats, and Tonya was able to get them all out without leaving any holes! Unfortunately we're moving away from the area, but I would recommend Tonya as a super groomer for anyone in the Blue Ridge area!

Tonya is great! She did a super job with my older dog. I won't ever take my dog to anybody else! She does a great job with my younger one too. They look wonderful and smell so good when I pick them up.

Wow! The owners & emp's here really love on your pet. We have a deaf dog who doesn't trust just anyone and she loved Brian becuz he loved on her! Was amazing to witness. It's small & your pet isn't overwhelmed with a new huge area. Definitely recommend trusting them with your babies
