Very unorganized store. Carts of merchandise are everywhere and you have to push stuff out of the way to get what you need. Half the time, shelves are empty and you can never get what you need here. Very disappointing!

I went to this store to get mountain dew on their sale 3 for 10.00 but they didn't have enough to fill the request. I would have to have a really good experience at one of the dollar general stores to rate higher. I do not like the quality of the items nor do I appreciate their prices for such quality.

Staff at this Dollar General are kind, courteous, and helpful everytime I shop. The only reason this DG did not get 5 stars is the shelves sometimes are bare, as they are everywhere. Top notch DG store.

Joyce McAbeeI really love shopping at the Lance Lane Dollar General. The store is very clean, products are easy to find and the shelves are always stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful, remembering most of their regular customers, like myself, by name. Kudos to this Dollar General, the manager, Jeff, and the employees, like Matt and the others whom I don't, due to my lack of memory, remember their names.

Little better than the rest.. But I try to avoid any dollar store cause, they don't change the prices on tags, where before Brandon say 25 dollars it's now a shady tactic costs me an extra 8 bucks cause they like being sneaky with the prices..

A friend of ours that is an older lady, she needed a ride here. Soni picked her up and took her. She got a few groceries. They had a big sale going on. There were containers on the side walk and buggies inside full of all kinds of merchandise all marked down 50-75% off. I got a few laundry detergents for only $1.25! What a steal!

Chose to forego big box stores and grab a few things from my local DG. It was morning and they seemed to be going through a change of adding cold grocery coolers or something. There were a lot of people working and running around doing things... I'm pretty new here and have been in few times but usually come in afternoon so didn't see familiar workers faces but from the time I walked in and until I left not one person spoke to me... There may have been one or two other customers if that in the store so it wasn't like they were busy with them. Even had two workers step into the isle I was coming down blocking it and the one finally moved over...never said anything to me...the other stood in middle of aisle intersection and did not move and I went by her and politely said excuse me and she did not speak OR move?! I couldn't find what I was looking for and not one person asked me if I needed help or anything! I then thought about Ace being closer to my house so I just left and went to Ace where I was greeted and asked for help finding things a few times... I will now go there and Walmart which I dread before I come back to this DG. Too much competition to be so rude to your customers that secure your jobs by shopping there!

This store is quite possibly the worse store for the corporation. Floor is very dirty like it hasn't been mopped in a long time. Unorganized shelves, merchandise is out of place. Almost unshoppable in some isles for merchandise. Empty shelves, a tote full of coloring books is located in the cleaning section. One employee and he is resting on the register.A District Manager needs to fix this problem.

Walked in the store around 815pm and had a small $5 item to return which was faulty.....was immediately told by associates that they wont do any returns after 8pm even though they are open until 9pm and nothing is posted saying no returns after 8. Poorly done Dollar General....poorly done.

I have tried to correct the address for the Dollar General Store. It is NOT 3 Lance Lane, this address is left at light in a development called Blue Ridge Village. The Correct Street Address is 3 Lance STREET, at intersection turn right on Orvin Lance Connector. The Dollar General Store is on the right past CVS Pharmacy

Small store ,but it seemed to have the things one would need in a pinch,,they have a good can goods grocery area,nice pharmacy type goods,(colds,bandaids,benadryl,etc,)chips and snacks ,home goods,recommend,,,,
