Don't shop here for convenience! Drive further if necessary. I was disrespected, humiliated and treated terrible. I've been there a handful of times since moving here and will not return. my livelihood is based on tips and how I interact with people and never in 20 years have I displayed such bitter disrespect. Perhaps staffing is difficult so job security leaves room for such treatment. I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere and highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

Went in 3-28 @ 5:30 pm. Lady at register was being rude and snappy at customers. In her defense, there was a super long line at the register and she looked overwhelmed. There was another employee slowly walking around. She didn’t seem like much help. There’s a long line every time I go in there.

There's a rude old lady running the register.Never again.Was waiting in line with one person behind me,and she got rude with the people in front for needing to change their form of payment.Said: "I can just cancel the transaction.Theres a line." Don't suggest this location at all..

This store is an absolute joke of a store. Between either extremely rude management, whose either berating other employees, or beyond rude to customers. I would avoid it like it has the plague running through it. Watched a manager absolutely lose her mind on a customer and employee just because they were having a conversation during checkout about how the employee needed another part time job, and the customer offered to help by giving him one, because he wasn't getting the hours he needed there.I hope the old Karen manager was fired, because the way she acted was completely out of line, and anyone decent was humiliated right along with the customer and employee for her behavior. Absolutely appalling the way she screamed at both of them.

This is by far the worst store I've ever been in. Management is awful. The manager does what ever she can to not have to run a register. They keep out of order signs on the bathroom so they don't have to clean them. They would rather have 5 people waiting at self check out then open the actual register. This store should be closed down!

Good selection, but too crowded with products stacked everywhere and narrow aisles. Dairy and baked goods are usually fresh. Very convenient and well-lit. Ample parking and easily noticed from traffic. Some items come in smaller packages than what is found at a grocery store to have a lower or equal price. Usually stop in once a week for something.

Staff is awesome and helpful. I love self checkout but manager is always outside smoking leaving a single cashier when there is a line to the rear of the store. Too many other well run, better stocked, professionally run dgs in the area to visit this one

I generally stop by Dollar General almost every day for last minute, gotta get it products. They usually are busy, but take the time to greet you if possible and are very helpful in finding items quickly and easily. I also shop there regularly for beauty and hygiene such as makeup, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc as they carry a wide selection of more things than you might think. I love it when they mark down prices and try to always check out the clearance sections... never know what you might find, at a very fair price. The staff is friendly and try to get you checked out speedily without rushing you. If the line gets long, they will almost certainly open another register. More often than not you will bump into your family, friends, and likely meet new people while shopping or waiting in line. Positive experience most of the time.

The ladies that are always working there are so friendly and helpful. They keep this store running for sure! I always see the same three women there every time I stop in. They keep the store clean and stocked. And once they get to know you as a "regular", lol they will let you know what is on sale and they remind you about the online app! I say that because I am always forgetting that you can put items in your cart online and go to the store and use them as a coupon to save more money on top of the $5 off you get on your receipt! Be a smart shopper! Ha ha.

This is a pretty nice store and a great option if you don't want to go to the Walmart a few miles away. The location makes it easy to get in, out, and back on the road. The store was well organized and fairly clean throughout. The staff was nice and helpful. Would go again.

One day, I walked into this store and one of the employees saw me and jumped on the opportunity to announce to the entire store that the last time I was there, I neglected to take the bag of ice cream bars that I had paid for. She also illustrated that I was an A-hole for leaving that there and that it had melted everywhere. Can you believe she had to clean that up? Do I feel badly about it? No. I feel badly that i didn't go get another box of ice cream bars and throw it at her face to shut her up.

This is close enough to make a quick trip to town and back. Having one register open can be a problem and having the machine down that takes cards and EBT is definitely a problem especially when it goes on for 3 days. They have mostly what you need or a substitute product. The help is friendly and knowledgeable.

Great employees and always well stocked. Great coupons via the Dollar General App, just add them all in the app, then put your phone number in at the register and it instantly applies them. Also most Saturdays you can get 5 dollars off your purchase of 20 dollars or more.

Staff is friendly. Expect a wait. There is rarely more than 1 register open. Theres usually atleast 2 or 3 isles with stock carts in them, making it difficult to shop with a cart, especially 2 customers with carts on same isle. I only shop this store when I absolutely have to.

I just went to this dollar store. An employee named Pamela immediately accosted me about my service animal telling me she was not allowed before even knowing she is a service animal. Then she essentially interrogated me about my dog and whether or not she was trained etc. I am currently trying to train her for an additional service beyond pulling my wheelchair when it is necessary, so she is experiencing some confusion with the new task. I will be filing a complaint with the ADA and I will make sure NO person I know EVER shops at dollar General again, if this is the way you treat disabled veterans.

Easy To Get Too, It's Off The Main Highway. It Has Wheelchair Accessibilities & Always Kept Up, Always Clean. Just 1 Thing Is There Is Quite A Long Line When Checking Out! Once My Sister Stood For About 45 Mins To Be Checked Out!! So, That Is 1 Draw Back When Going To This Store!

Dollar General has a app to clip coupons to use each week. You can really save a lot of money when you combine the coupons with weekly sales. Sometimes the clipped coupons don't always attach as they should. Also, the clearance sales are great but a hassle because they mostly have to be manually entered and so they are never right.. Do not shoo Keith street location next to Becky's shoes. Very rude managers and they will not acknowledge their customers even if they wait until the line to register clears out. Especially the young blond one. I felt very disrespected and ignored by her even when spoken to her directly she wouldn't even acknowledge my request to check a price with her price checker phone. If she would have she would see that the product was included in the clearance sale.

Staff is nice (although there seems to be a high turnover) and the store is usually clean and manageable. Parking, however, can be very atrocious depending on how buy the shopping area is.

If your going to mandate masks then you should make people wear them. The cashier didn’t even have one on. Girl fri Wmart didn’t have one on and Wmart mandates masks. COVID isn’t over yet.

Not the largest, but it definitely comes in handy in a pinch. You can almost always find seasonal stuff and easier to get in and out of than Walmart
