This store is amazing and so is Steven. Honestly, never wanted anything to do with CBD anything, I was always the one to say "if it's not the real stuff, then why use it". Well, recent events have kinda pushed me into CBD products and I never knew how beneficial these products can be. I've been smoking weed for 10+ years now and it helps with my anxiety and depression, so when I found out I had to stop, I was literally paralyzed from the thought and my anxiety ran way high. I was actually looking online for a place that would ship it to me, didn't except a store so close to me since I live in such a small town and also didn't expect it to have such an amazing selection. Long story short, I can now drive 30 minutes and get what I need. Also, Steven gave me this really cool pin that I put on my cat hat. Too cute and so awesome thanks again.

I read the glowing reviews and was so excited to try the Delta 8 sleep tincture. I suffer from on and off insomnia and so have been looking for something to help, especially during more hormonal times. I bought this tincture because I read that they accepted returns, and I don't have an extra 50.00 to spend if the item does not work. I received the item and tried it, but it seemed to actually make it harder for me to sleep rather than easier. I reached out to the company to let them know. I received a somewhat corporate response, "you're not taking the right dose and we only accept unopened returns" I am very confused to who would return something they ordered without opening it. The response made me feel like if something was wrong it was my fault and if it didn't work, too bad for me. This is not the attitude I like to experience as a customer and consumer. It is also not the attitude of people who truly stand by their product, if its a great product and doesn't work for a customer, refund or partial refund and move on, because you totally believe in your product. I am really happy that so many people are satisfied with this product, but for me it didn't work and the customer service did not indicate care for customer satisfaction, but more dismissive which sucked. Anyway maybe it was an off-batch or an off-day, but it was unpleasant.

I’m new to Copper Mountain also. I placed my order. Was notified the order was shipped and in less than 48 hours it was delivered to my house. Excellent customer service and premium quality products. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Blue Ridge really does have it all! This cute little store is incredible, offering all sorts of cannabinoids from tinctures to flower. The store owner is incredibly knowledgeable on all of their products and will spend time telling you exactly how it's going to help you before you buy. Prices are always fair and there's a nice rewards program to boot. Just the best shop to be in and you'll always leave satisfied!

Love the products here. Stephen the owner and his son are very knowledgeable and their products are top of the line. They are upfront and honest and don't order garbage products just to rip the labels off and put their own name on like another local CBD store does. we also drive a bit further to get their products. Keep it up guys!

Not to happy... I got 3 of the 1g jars. 1 only weighed .87 that's fine though whatever. My bissest thing is when I open them they look nor smell like they are advertised. The monkey pie which looks exotic on the website, looks like basic hempbwhen it arrives. Little false advertisement in my opinion

I absolutely LOVE this store. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I have been using them for a while now. I drive 1 hour to them instead of 15 mins down the road. They have better prices and better service and better products. I always feel welcome when I walk in. OH and the rewards program is ahhhhh-mazing!!☆☆☆☆☆

Honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've been to quite a few within 3 states. I drive an hour from N.C. to come here, because in my opinion, they do it like no other.We're usually the latest, on the weekends.. but they are ALWAYS accommodating. Greeted at the door. They answer their phones in a timely manner, and I've never felt anything but love through the phone.They know their product, well enough to provide recommendations if you're not familiar with it.You may even catch a laugh on the way in, from the signs. ;) [no more balloon rides was the most recent as of this post. ]Thank you 'CMHT' for being honest, and providing an enjoyable experience, every time we arrive.(Other stores, you guys need to take notes!) Love the place. Last time I was there though I was telling the one w the longer beard how I only use his store and he went "anyways" over the top of me and carried on talking to the guy in blueridge superfood Cafe.Seemed a bit rude. A thank you would been better. Found chi online I'll order for a whileResponseAll good. Definitely wasn't hectic lol we were both next door. 😂 but it's okay. I left 4 🌟 as it wasn't meant to be a negative review. Just an experience. 1 guy is always super happy and nice the other is just there.
