The store is outstanding was quality and have some of the coolest brands you will never find anywhere else. I’m not a paid advertiser. The staff is unbelievably helpful super friendly and probably are the owners. There’s a downstairs so don’t miss that

Such a cute store, lots to look at and buy! Prices are very reasonable. Every time we visit this location the staff is friendly and helpful. Always one of our first stops downtown!

Not only am I an artist represented within the walls of Blue Ridge Cotton Company, I am a loyal customer. They protect the authenticity of my own original work (and that of other designers and artists) by posting a sign on the door, asking customers to not take photographs of their merchandise, designs and original art. They masterfully curate the goods they present: remarkable, fun, elegant and practical. The prices are incredibly reasonable. I find the staff exceptionally helpful, and the ownership does a great deal of good philanthropically within the region.My Blue Ridge blanket is used every day, the jewelry pieces are my favorites and I reach often for the cardigan I got there. Candles, books, journals, shirts, bags, baby gifts, stuff for my dog! All that and ( as they say in the south) a biscuit!

Nice gift shop in the heart of Blue Ridge shops. Quite a large selection of small gift items as well as clothes. Two story building with an entrance on both levels. Right by the train track.

One of our favorite places to visit in Blue Ridge, it has become tradition to visit during our annual visit to the area. Always leave feeling like we were more than just a dollar to be made and valued. Today, the cashier made 9 years old day by complimenting his shirt. Thank you, see you soon.

Have shopped here multiple times on multiple trips. Yesterday was the first time we (my 6yr) dropped and broke. Something. Not sure if it was Joshua or Gary. But he was understanding and forgiving. So I bought something unbreakable instead. Decided to look for more to purchase on their website.

Wonderful store and even better atmosphere. As you enter you see plenty of quotes about love and their friendly staff backs that up. The owner checked us out a few days ago on our trip and I commended him about the love quotes and positivity found there. He told me that’s their mission in all things and it shows! Great job guys, keep up the good work of spreading the love and hope in your store. It matters!

We each bought some items in this great shop. There were no political items at all, and the store was simply about love and family and it reflected in their selections for of items sale. We were turned off at other stores that had political items in the windows. You can’t mix business with pleasure and you can’t mix business with politics. And Blue Ridge Cotton company knows that and shows that.

Perfect for thoughtful gifts when you just aren't sure exactly what to get someone on your list. My personal favorite are the hats they sell! Great quality. This store is wonderful, but what makes it so wonderful are the people who own it. Josh and Gary are two of the most caring individuals I have ever met. They pour their heart and soul into every aspect of giving back and helping others. I have truly never met two people with a more beautiful soul. Love this store in beautiful downtown Blue Ridge. Great selection of shirts and things, nice quality, and great prices. Not your typical "tourist" store. The shirts are a great soft material. Also, absolutely fantastic customer service. They really appreciate their customers.

A great shop with a little bit of everything. The lady working was extremely nice and offered lots of advice on good restaurants in the area. I bought some super comfy - and cute- clothes, as well as souvenirs for my kids at home. Good prices, too! I'll go back next time I'm in Blue Ridge! AND they are open Monday-Wednesday(as well as other days), when a lot of the businesses in Blue Ridge are closed those days in January.

Love love love this place. I can't imagine a trip to Blue Ridge without spending some time here. Gary/Josh are absolutely wonderful and they have the greatest selection of home goods and wearables. Best part is a portion of your purchase always benefits a charity (see their Instagram page for current charities as it changes regularly).

I received a thoughtful housewarming gift, which was unfortunately not quite my style. Since I had the receipt I decided to exchange it for something that might match my decor better. The shop manager declared that he would not accept a return, even though I had the receipt (which clearly showed that the item had been purchased at full price), because the gift giver was a real estate agent! He eventually backed off, but insisted that he would need to inform the gift giver about the trade in. I thought he had to be joking! In fact, sure enough, he did inform our realtor, who contacted me about it, creating an awkward situation for everyone. While she was very sweet, even apologetic, about the whole thing I will definitely never set foot in this store again and sadly can't recommend it to anybody in fear that they might be treated with equal disrespect. I view this to be extremely unprofessional and self defeating business manners, in particular for a gift shop owner!
