My favorite bird feed shop! Located in downtown Blueridge. They are by far the best birdseed around. You will NOT find this quality elsewhere. Great choice of products to enhance your love of our feathered friends and most of all you will meet the friendliest staff ever who are knowledgeable and helpful in making the right selection! Trust me, I have the best selection of birds now than ever before!!

Love this store! Whether I just need bird supplies or I need help with an identification or question, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I'm a local and I've heard time & time again from visitors that this is one of the places they always visit when they come to town. I bring my own containers and buy seed in bulk at a discount. They are always quick to answer when I send birding questions to their Facebook page. Their Saturday morning seminars are very informative; I've attended sessions on black bears, hummingbirds and ducks. I always learn something new. They're a true Blue Ridge institution!

The staff is knowledgeable and fun to talk to. They know good local birding spots. The store has all sorts of lovely gifts in addition to having premium wild bird seed,feeders, and houses. Great place to browse!

Needed bird seed and this store is very nice and locally owned. Unfortunately they propagate Television show / CDC propaganda and require mouth diapers. Went to Black Rock / China owned Walmart instead. At least they don't push bolshevik slave masks.Sad.

The workers at this store answer all the questions I had. Help me with all my bird seed and bird feeders. Plus know what I should do to keep bears from getting my feeders. When in Blue Ridge stop in and see them at Blue Ridge Bird Seed Company.... A big Thank you to Jaime for all her help today..

Very friendly, large selection inventory, Tom has a passion and knowledge of birds unlike anyone you'll meet. Birdmans Best bird seed is his mixture and from personal use at my house where we never saw birds, within a week we had all sorts of little birds going crazy.

My husband and I received some of the worst customer service we have ever before experienced, in this store yesterday. The woman working was at a desk when we walked in. She gave me a brief, angry glance and then ignored the fact that we were there. There was no greeting, not even a smile. My husband said she actually looked around him to speak to another customer, still ignoring him.Despite the rude behavior, I found some bookmarkers that I wanted to purchase. At first, she seemed hesitant to even ring me up. When she did proceed to take my money, it was still with an air of reticence and dismay and she continued not speaking to me. Now, if I was local, I would have assumed she knew me and held some type of grudge...but we were out of towners! Why this woman would chose to single us out and act this way, is beyond me. She basically tossed both my change and my bag at me and stomped off. My husband and I just looked at each other in disbelief.I always take the time to leave good reviews when I visit places with exceptional customer service, but service this terrible, needs to be remarked upon as well.
