Great store, very dog friendly. Can't wait to visit the new sister store that will include an off leash area. Nice selection of dog toys and treats. I really, really appreciated the clerk who helped me with a walking stick and went out of the way to help me get the right sizing and figure out how to assemble it. The whole store has a great vibe, good products, and reasonable prices

This is a fun store. Mostly clothes. Big selection of Life is Good. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Went in there looking for lightweight waterproof shoes, and a sales girl helped me find a pair on clearance that I love. The store is very well laid out and the perfect stop for Blue Ridge shirts as well as Life Is Good gear. Both girls at the counter were very friendly and welcoming.

We are GRATEFUL for your mask policy. It is consistent with respect for the environment, and for each other. I walked out of other stores that didn't require masks.Great selection of quality outdoors merchandise, with sales and discounts. I shop here whenever I'm in town.

What a horrible experience for my 13 year old! She used her birthday money to purchase what she thought was a 6 dollar bracelet. The total came up to over 18 bucks. She paid and didn't move from register. She looked at me and said 18 dollars? So I proceeded to ask the cashier, Murphy why so much? I said she got a six dollar bracelet? She said no it was 15, I repeated the total twice! I told her we wanted to return it then! She said the store policy is no returns! This place is a rip off! The owner should be ashamed!

Love this place! A good mix of hiking shoes, Life is Good, dog accessories, ect. They also have a small store at far end of Main St that has gear such as back packs hiking sticks, ext.

My wife bought a shirt for me at the mcCaysville location before this Covid nonsense started and it was the wrong size. We went back to try and return and on arrival I noticed the two employees had their masks off and walking around inside the store! As we are walking in the store to exchange they quickly put the masks back on and proceeded to tell us we could not enter unless we have a mask on. If I wanted to be told what to wear or had to have on to shop and spend my money at an establishment I will move to a communist country. If I wanted to wear a mask I would wear one but I choose not too. If you choose to wear one that’s your choice. I will never return to this store and about 5 others that where trying to enter the store and told to leave will probably not return either. All we wanted to do was exchange it for a different size but we could not. We are locals and I know stores like that cater to tourists and probably won’t miss our business but oh well you lost ours..

This town is very odd. This shop was supposed to open at 10am. I was waiting outside and two girls came out to take pictures of each other so I waited to enter. At exactly 10:03am they walked back inside and LOCKED the door in my face. Didn’t say a word. What is wrong with these shops and restaurants in Blue Ridge?!

I used to love this place but they require masks and will not accommodate the handicapped. Will report to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Do not shoo if you can not wear a mask due to underlying health problems.

Pretty expensive but they have alot in the store! Plus the clearance area in the back was really nice. The soy candles smelled so good!

The man at the downtown Blue Ridge location was extremely rude while I was there last weekend. I always loved this store but probably won’t go back if that is how customers are treated.
