We were looking into new insurance and Jeff Brinson-State Farm Insurance did not disappoint. Eric was on top of answering our emails, calls and getting us moved over to State Farm. Eric was able to answer all of our questions and explain other insurance lingo to us. It was such an easy experience. The entire office was customer oriented and polite anytime I called or went by there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company that treats you like a person and not just another policy number. I love this office!!! Mr. Brinson and his team are super friendly and personable. They listen to my needs and help me build a policy to those needs. I love that they are knowledgeable in their field and that they take their time to explain each coverage. I also love that they arrange annual policy reviews to make sure my family and I are getting the best policy/coverage as much as possible. An advisor at this place orders food, the food is delivered hot and in her bag and she does not tip and reports my delivery bill. This woman is crazy she gets hot food from her and she is rude and she reports me. 0 recommended. remove the uncles after bringing her food, she is a thiefSir, money does not matter and if I am a food delivery person I have built my company doing delivery and it is going very well for me. How you qualify you will be qualified. We are going through a difficult economic time. My pregnant wife hasn't been able to work so she helps him deliver food and she drives the car. The food was delivered to her employee sealed, hot and in her hand, by a well-dressed, clean person with decent clothes and smelling of good perfume and the lady reports that she felt in danger and made a report and withdrew the tips. You say you have a company that helps people and those are your salespeople? Allow me, with your respect, to laugh. If they block my food delivery account, will you feed me $5,000 a month?? Think before you act, don't be so miserable.

I was happy with the customer service I received over the phone. Very friendly and helpful. Also good communication via email.
