Management needs to be careful about who they leave alone in store! I just left 75.00 worth of things I actually needed because the GIRL WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! I just got off work! I don't need the attitude from someone because she doesn't want to check me out! ONLY CASH PAYING CUSTOMERS CAN GET CUSTOMER SERVICE? SERIOUSLY? BANK OF AMERICA DONT COUNT! THATS A CARD! CHECK YOURSELF OUT! I'll go down the street!

Since its "upgrade," this store has been HORRIBLE. The shipment is sitting on trollies, in the way of shopping. At checkout, ONE register is CASH ONLY and the only other register in service is "SELF SERVE" except it isn't. The manager on duty stands close by to help with self serve transactions. So the lines are long, the service is bad and all you get are excuses about how the management is supposedly having technicians come to fix the registers. I've heard that for weeks and weeks. The acting manager with the sporty little white car has a child working with him; I doubt the child is old enough to work legally. Very disappointed and not worth going back. I can shop at The Pig down the road and get all I want with great service. It's worth the higher prices to get good service to me. This DG has NEVER been operated well. So unnecessary and bad for business. I probably won't ever go back. There are other DGs down the road with much better conditions. So much for an "upgrade"!!!!

Just got through remodeling.Only one self checkout open that works,card only. The register with cashier is cash only. This makes for a very long wait.

The people were nice. But their carts were in the aisles were they restocked . You couldn't really get down aisles to get your stuff. I know they're trying the best to restock as fast as they can. But not being able to get down an aisle to get my stuff is very irritating. It was a constantly changing managers so that's a big red flag for me!!!

Dollar general has good prices on a lot of products but sometimes the stock is very low, I guess it's because the prices are so reasonable

This branch refused to accept my returns. They are baby shower items that are brand new and I cannot use. (This is why people need to follow the baby registries or just give money)The store claimed they cannot accept returns without receipts. We explained the shower and how they didn’t bring gift receipts.We also asked if we could just get store credit or exchange for items we can use.They wouldn’t allow any of this. Not sure why there's such a high turnover rate at this store. Almost always one cashier checking customers out and it causes a line, usually the cashier needs to yell across the store to get assistance. Sometimes they have multiple people stocking shelves and still allow a line to form instead of helping the cashier. It's a hot mess in there.

They won't stock the drink coolers and dont clean the store to much.. litarally have nothing stocked ever. This location is a bad look for other better kept ones

I have been there for the past 3 days .Trying to shop but there isn't anything hardly on the shelf's . It's all piled up in the ale's . Nothing has been put out .And it has been that way every time I go in there. So if you have a head ach & need something for it . Don't go to Bloomingdale Dollar General .You will die with a head ach waiting for them to stock their shelf's.I'm not going back just a waste of your time.

I love Dollar General in Richmond Hill but the one in Bloomingdale on Hwy 80 west, was Awful! Dirty, aisle are full of boxes and stuff is piled everywhere! Shelves are a disheveled mess! The only employee I saw was the cashier and I asked him if they were doing inventory or something because the store's a mess and he said yeah we're doing something. Even the parking lot and the area between the parking lot and the road was full of trash!

I got what I needed but they just got a shipment of TP in and was gone in minutes. People like the man in front of me had 5 of their largest packs while others buying it only took one. You need to put a limit on it to try and help control the sheer panic people are having.

Called and visited looking for a specific electronic. The young blonde was too busy entertaining her friends within the store to take the time out to actually turn around and see if they had the item I was looking for. She said no WITHOUT looking for it, as I stood at the register. Very rude and not helpful at all.

Clean and tidy! The new manager of this store was transferred from black creek so she's been awesome about getting ones back where they go PLUS she's polite.A word to my penny shoppers.. GOOD LUCK because I barely find anything here anymore lol

I've been going to that store for over 2 year there. But in the pass few months an employee makes me feel uncomfortable going there . Her attitude is very uncomfortable to me. I dont know if it's a race thing ... she need customer training... I still get great service when shes not there.

I usually have no problem when I go here. That being said, the customer service today was lacking drastically. The cashier was very rude and disrespectful. I avoid going to dollar General in Eden because of their poor customer service, I definitely expected better at Bloomingdale.

This store is one of the newer DGs and it was a wreck! We could barelygrt in the front door bevause of so much stuff in the way. Also most aisles were messy or had boxes in the floor. Hoping tgis was just a "bad day" andnot the norm here.

Prices on office or school supplies are very good. Haven't looked all over the store yet. Just stopped by for some office supplies. Checked some clothing. Everything was scattered around, I guess due to it was close to Christmas. I went to the one on Hwy 80 in Bloomingdale.

All the shelves are empty because everything is still in boxes and in the way... It's been like this since it opened... I've complained numerous times but no change... I live right across the street so I only go if I need 1 thing... I normally drive to Pooler... This place is always a mess

I've been to a few Dollar General's in the last few days, but today's visit was the best!! The store was clean...neat...very helpful and friendly!! The OTHER stores...we're rude...dirty...you couldn't shop easily because they had stock all in aisles...stock on the floor...I won't stay long in stores like that

This place is filthy!! Never, ever since it opened has it been stocked. Unopened merchandise all in the aisles. I stated driving 6 more miles just so I don't have to go there. It's sad, I want my tax money to stay in Bloomingdale.

This store is a DISASTER. It looks like a tornado came through and mixed all the merchandise up. There were carts of boxes throughout the Isles where someone started to stock them but didn't finish and just left them there.

Went in there to get dog food, shelf was empty, but it was on the floor on a cart, I still could not get to it. This has been a problem for a while now. I do not understand why the product is not on the shelf.you can sell a lot more items if it was on the shelf and not the floor.

Hard time to find some items. Seems as though the store isn't very organized. The employees were very courteous.
