I have never actually bought a car from here, but I was there just looking and was greeted every time by very polite and professional salespeople. Even though I told them I couldn’t buy right now they took the time to still tell me about the vehicles I was interested in looking at. They have the best looking cars I’ve ever seen in any used car lot.Reading the reviews I saw a lot of upset people. The key word you have to understand is “used”. Used cars will develop problems, it’s a fact of life. Used car lots check the cars out before selling them, but they can’t predict what will happen a month or a year down the road. I’ve purchased many used cars from different dealers, and eventually something is going to stop working on it. If you want a perfect car, then buy a new one. Before you buy a used car, test drive it, check the fluids, look underneath for possible leaks, raise the hood and listen to the engine to see if it tapping, check the hoses and belts, etc.This is what most used car dealers do before they sell the car. If you don’t check out the car front to back before you purchase it, then don’t complain when something goes wrong.When I get my credit straightened out I will go to Competitive Auto to purchase a car.And no, I’ve never sold cars, I managed retail for 43 years, I just don’t think people should be bashed for something out of their control.

I was looking at Nissan 2015 Rouge Select S. Upon looking, I told my grandmother I should do CARFAX search and he said “no need, I have it”. So he tells me this vehicle only has 1 owner he also told me this vehicle doesn’t have any recalls, no accidents or anything. Lies! Upon doing my own research on CARFAX reports there are 9 recalls on this make and model, this vehicle had 3 owners and has had an accident. He up lied. Please do your research before making a purchase. Especially here.

Place is a scammed went and put 3000 down and drove the car two weeks and after the first payment the motor need to be replaced and said i had to cover it because it was my fault .... a car i had a month and it had problems already is so called my fault smh this place needs to be shut down asap

Blaine is the man! Very considerate and very detailed on information on the vehicles they have for sale. He goes over everything about the vehicles and don't hide nothing. Great shave so cars about his customers. I highly recommend this dealership and Blaine as your salesman.

The staff was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. They always have new vehicles on the lot. When financing they make it really easy to get approved online and make payments online. I've purchased 3 vehicles here in the last 5 years and still have all of 3. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought 3 cars, 1 truck, and a dog from these people and they always bent over backwards for me. As long as it’s not deer season or tax time the owner always answers or returns my phone calls promptly. The owner also showed me how to buff and wax on his own time. The real hero behind the scenes is the owners wife who keeps everything running!

I will NEVER get another vehicle from here again. They sold me a Jeep commander that was literally in the shop the first YEAR. New motor and a new driveshaft, were the most expensive as you can imagine. Then, regular maintenance of new brakes and new oil change because it looked like it was never done before. They lied to me multiple times. The guy would tell me one thing, and do the exact opposite. I was spending so much in getting my jeep fixed, that I couldn't keep up with my pmts. When I tried to get ahold of the lady in charge-it took multiple times of calling her. She was the only one in charge, during certain times that were UNcertain, and couldn't work with me due to Competitive Auto. I'll never recommend these folks, or this business. I ended up taking a loan through First Franklin just so I didn't have to deal with them anymore. Just know-look over vehicle VERY well, and proceed with caution.

My dad sister and uncle all have brought their vehicles from this place and everything has been great. No real problems with the vehicle.of Course certain use vehicles will have an maintenance issue, but it was for the car itself and wasn’t nothing you would have to break the bank about. I string recommended getting a car from here!

I looked up Competitive Auto Sales because they had the type of car I was looking for. I found that people had great things to say about them and that was important to me as I have dealt with a "dealer" before and swore I would never do it again. I mainly dealt with Billy who was friendly, honest and just a wonderful guy - no pressure no sweat. The whole staff was friendly and I was in and out with a great SUV. Thanks guys you're the best!

We took at look at a car here. I like the no hassle approach. They let us stroll around the lot looking at everything without bothering us. We took a car for a test drive. Staff was very easy going and comfortable to talk to. We didn't end up purchasing the car, but the experience overall was a good one.

Those good Christian folks at this car lot sold me a lemon. The first problem was my water pump which was completely rusted because I was sold a car with a blown head gasket smh I asked Billy what needed to be repaired because he couldn't give me the car facts he replied the Ford Taurus needs new fluid . I brought this car in February and I've replaced the alternator, battery, belt, water pump, thermometer..... Basically everything but the engine to only get slapped with engine problems😠😠😠 the staff were nice though until I called and asked for a car fax BILLY fast talked me and hung up in my face poor customer service

purchased a 2010 Mazda3 last December. Couple days after purchasing, noticed a sound coming from the brakes. Took off the tires, there were no pads left, so not only did I have to replace pads, i got to replace the rotors also.also realized at this time the tires needed to be replaced.2nd key + Fob I had to purchase was very expensive, and that was going to a locksmith not the dealer.Now, the AC has stopped working. To fix it right........$2100.00.Now I didn't expect a new car by any means, but for 6k I expected to not have this many headaches so early after buying, my daughter has only put about 2500+ miles on it in the 9 months she's had it.This car has proven to be a money pit, but hey, 'AS IS"This car was priced at the high end of the Kelly Blue Book value, definitely don't feel like I got what I paid forTires: $400Brakes+ Rotors: $300key+Fob: $300Ac: $2100Paid: $6400Awesome***Reply to Owner***Was 6k out the door after you guys added all the taxes and fees, I still have the paper work. So after you add the cost of tires, brakes, rotors I am actually over $6400. As far as the tires/brakes/rotors being safe, I don't think so. You must have not read the part where I said the rotors were tore up because there were no pads left. Tires didn't even come close to passing.As far as the luxury of having a 2nd key. Anybody in their right mind should want a 2nd key, had I known how expensive it was for a fob and a 2nd key, in the very least I'd had stopped looking at that particular car. What you provided me with was a spare key and no fob.I had by no means tried to pin any of this on you. All I was trying to do was let your customers know that they better take a very close look at the vehicle they are interested in. It kind of seemed to me that you were being a little sarcastic in the 2nd part of your response.In the end, as I had stated when I was there, the daughter I was buying this particular car for is a twin and I would be in the market for another car within 60 days. Your remarks have only justified me going elsewhere for the 2nd car. Now my 3rd daughter is ready for a vehicle.

I stopped there last night to look at a vehicle. It had appeared to have been previously in a right front collision and the repairs did not appear professionally done. I spent 5 minutes looking at the car, 2013 Elantra, and seriously questioned whether or not the repairs were done safely because they were, in my opinion, done poorly with corners being cut.I would not buy from them. I suggest that you carefully inspect any vehicle in their lot.

Recently bought a car. Real quick service however they didnt clean out the car for us. I was told "let me get it ready for ya" but literally looked the same when we left! No wiping down the dashboard, or vacuuming the carpet.

i drove 220 miles to get a car. Blaine was great. would absolutely do it again. drove the car i bought 220 miles home without any problems.
