I called about a funeral and didnt get the return answer till the following week. But overall experience was good. I was able to get what I requested and a decent price. Arrived on time to the funeral home and was pleased with the results.

I can't figure out how to post a photo but we spent $75 for a bunch of greenery, 3 pink roses and a white one....will never do business here again. Ridiculous.

My husband ordered flowers a week in advance for Valentine’s Day and they didn’t show up! When he tried to get in touch with the people, they don’t answer the phone and then when they did pick up the claim, the flowers were delivered, but can’t provide any proof of that definitely not delivered to me at work! Very poor service. They also claim they don’t give refunds now that we’ve gotten in touch with them.

My friend’s husband ordered flowers for her and was so excited about them and she did not receive them. This place is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. We called back and the lady would not refund the money. They were supposed to be here on Valentine’s Day to her job and they never showed up. Not a happy person. I ABSOLUTELY will NOT order from here !!!!

An excellent shop that has never disappointed me. The owner and staff are very customer oriented and the arrangements are always beautiful and of great quality for the price.This is a great shop for single arrangements or for events that require multiple arrangements. My wife and I were unfortunate to need multiple arrangements for two funerals in 2020 and we were blessed to have Always and Forever there to help in our time of grief.I highly recommend and continue to use.

Walked in Saturday (2/12) and ordered flowers to be delievered on Valentine's Day, flowers were never delivered. Called 2/15 at 11am the lady on the phone asked for order information and said she had to find the paperwork then call me back. I called backed at 3pm and she was very rude saying the lady that takes care of that was not in and she would call me. I stated that I didn't realize I was waiting for someone different to call me back and didn't know if I should dispute the charge (since I hadn't heard back). She told me to dispute the charge. WOW not even an apology that the flowers were never delivered!! Disputed charge with my cc company, will wait and see how this goes! I will NEVER step foot in there again.

Worst customer service and a $107 valentine's arrangement that wasn't even as nice as a cheap one from a grocery store.Several days before Valentines Day, I called and ordered a dozen multi-colored roses to be delivered to my girlfriend before lunch. When they were not delivered before lunch I began calling them to find out a status. The line was continuosly busy for several hours. I send an email and received no response. I was finally able to get through around 5:15 in the afternoon, and they apparently had lost my order, becuae they took all of my info again. There was no explaination or apology and i was told that the flowers would be there shortly.The doorbell finally rings at 8:00 pm that night, and the arrangment left on the porch looked as if my kid made it and wasn't what I ordered. Embarrasing and rediculous to say the least. That was my first and last time ever using them. I would ask for a refund but I am sure they will somehow screw that up as well.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to send flowers to. My friend husband ordered flowers from this place to surprise her, they did not show up. This place is very unprofessional and when they were called about the flowers, the lady lied and said that they were delivered and nothing came. 0-10. This place is a NO GO !!

Friendly service... but not getting what you order after being told it would be there Saturday and to pick up Monday received no call to let me know it wasnt there, then being told it would be delivered to house only not to show up on Valentine's day. I called back 2/15 to find out it still wasn't there. Asked for refund which was graciously given but still no fig tree. Buyer beware

My bestfriend lost her Dad and the funeral was going to be at a later date in another state, so I ordered a plant to send to their home locally. They received the plant within a hour after I placed the order and the plant was beautiful. I would recommend them and definitely will be using them again. Fast, friendly service and good quality plants.

My son is stationed in Alaska and he ordered my Mother’s Day flowers from this florist. The hydrangea was already wilted when delivered and the roses died the next day. I called them to make this right and was told the would deliver the arrangement again. I haven’t seen or heard from the since. Never got the flowers.

We were ELATED when we picked up our arrangements yesterday!! I had forgotten to place an order of flowers for my granddaughter's ballet recital, so I called Any Blooming Thing for the first time ever. I described what I was looking for, and the lady I spoke with was warm and helpful in explaining what she could put together. Even with my 11th-hour request, she pulled together 4 INCREDIBLE presentation arrangements for us. Absolutely beautiful, creative, balanced, PERFECT!!

This was certainly a nice surprise from the sender, but the fruit basket that was delivered though it looked beautiful, was full of hard, unripe, & inedible fruit. Even the grapes were a bit sour. I don't know anything else abut this place except for the quality of what I received. Maybe they should stick to flowers & not fruit:(All in all a pretty disappointing for an otherwise wonderfully kind gesture from the sender.

I called before shop opened leaving a voicemail as to what I wanted. They called a little after opening and was helpful in suggesting what to send.Sent cut flower bouquet to my wife at school. Delivered earlier than promised which was fine. Wife happy, me happy.

They tried hard to please but the off-color, faded color flowers lasted 2 days. There had dry, brown, wilted looking areas on the flowers and greenery when they arrived. They took them back and delivered another vase of equally old flowers. By day 2 in the vase the majority of the flowers were dried and dead looking. These were delivered in response to an out-of-town mail order and were not fresh. Good news - is they called before they attempted to deliver to make sure someone was home to receive the flowers. The arrangement was not like the picture. The delivery lady commented that this is what my son ordered - ugly flowers? They looked as if they were leftovers.

Everything in the shop cost 2x as any other florist. A package bundle seemed to have more items in the gift basket and had a small box of chocolates and a small bear. (8 dollars at dollar general for the same items, marked up over 100%)
