This was my 1st visit with our new kitten Mars. We've never had a cat as a pet because we always had dogs. The reason for that is my Mom never liked having pets in house because of flying hair from them. Even now she says that Mars is gonna be an outdoor cat.Payton Animal was very polite and very informative as to what shots and test that 1st time cat owner's needed to have done. They took their time and explained what the shots and tests was for. Mars will be seeing Payton for the rest of his life.

The two vets there are wonderful. So caring and good with your pets. They put a lot of love in caring for your pet. The office staff is also very caring and loving to your pets. They are also very caring to the pets owners. They are the best from front door to back door.

I started using Payton Animal Hospital several years ago, due to an Emergency with one of my Fur-Baby’s. At the time, Dr. Payton was still actively practicing, and it was the first time that I met him. Well, here we are years later, Dr. Payton is now retired, but I’m still going to Payton Animal Hospital because the Doctors that took over are WONDERFUL. I can’t imagine going someplace else, because I KNOW that NO ONE will treat my Fur-Baby’s like family like the Doctors at Payton Animal Hospital does. I HIGHLY recommend Payton Animal Hospital. ❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️

Wonderful experience, They was very quick and, fast. My pet Sky is doing better. Thanks you and, I would like to add that the apartments are always cleaned to perfection, the lawn is also clean and manicured. This is a place you can truly call your home.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Marshall & the staff at Payton Animal Hospital. We used Paytons for 3 years and will use them again in the future. The compassion and support they gave our pet (and us) in her final days was above and beyond, and I will be forever grateful.

After picking up my dog Zoie from Ozark vet on Thursday, New Years eve, her conditioned worsened. I took her to dr Marshall two days later, Saturday Jan 2nd. This vet was closed but dr Marshall did see my baby. She immediately did bloodwork and CXR. Zoies white count was 63,000 and she was in congested heart failure, pancreatitis as well. Dr Marshall ordered 5 different medications for Zoie. Her breathing did improve Saturday evening. Her condition worsened Sunday night. Zoie went to heaven. Dr Marshall is very knowledgeable and compassionate !!!! She did everything possible to save Zoie, my only regrets is not finding this dr sooner. Dr Marshall and staff.... thank you so much for all the care you gave to Zoie. I do have two other babies and I’m just so grateful that I found this Vetanarian

My Dog was admitted march29th and stayed 4 days ...for parvo...I went to see him on 4th my dog was dehydrated his saliva was thick he had no balance and all of his medication that we bought from them the day before was full as if we just purchased...he had dried up fecies on his leg his hair was falling out...his leg was so swollen ...my dog take was tucked in under him went I went to see him...after, I told them who I was there for it took 30 minutes for me to go in the back where he was ...in the backroom where it seems like they keep mop buckets and etc. I broke down in the hospital... I told them I wanted to bring him home...my dog was so weak he could barely stand....after I got him home he went directly to a mudpuddle to drink.......my dog is doing better after the first day home......he's hydrated and can stand without wobbling...he can't run but he is much better home...although they seem overly nice....I wouldn't recommend payton to nobody...when I asked for the bill they couldn't give me specifics of the bill. As for as Wt days a specific care or med was given...it seems as if they just made up something...I'm not sure if they didn't think I could afford it or what... But I can.... My pet is my family and I treat him just,like I treat my kids
