I went into the Blakely Georgia store located at 12246 Columbia St Blakely , Georgia 39823 just after Christmas to get a refund for a Tracfone that had NOT been opened there wasn't anything wrong with it the "Cashier" told me that they don't take anything back unless it's damaged/broken and I told her that there wasn't anything wrong with it . She then reapeaded herself , so I just walked out very DISSATISFIED having to keep the phone that I didn't need . Just Saturday March 9 , 2024 I went in there to return a pair of headphones that were coming apart I laid them down on the counter in front of the cashier and she just reached up on a pole near the cash register to push a button and then the store manager came up and the cashier told me that "SHE" didn't call a name just pointing to the store manager would take me down there and I carried the headphones her . I actually laid them down on the counter in front of the manager she picks them up I then said and pointed to the place where they were coming apart she looked at it also flipped them over several times as though there wasn't anything wrong with them then decided to look at my receipt and said it's been over 30 days . I told her after she told me that she was just looking for an excuse . So I started towards the door and she was hollering something out towards me but I don't know what she said but I just kept going back to my truck and got the original paper that came with the headphones and read where it says 90 days workmanship
