If you don't know how to use a self checkout, or if you need any assistance whatsoever from a cashier, you're wasting your time even stepping into this establishment. The store is essentially unmanned. I spent 15 minutes shopping here while listening to people yelling and searching for a cashier, eventually used the self checkout while others were asking me to help them use it because they had been waiting for upwards of 15 minutes on a cashier and couldn't find anyone, so I eventually just went and scoured the store for a cashier for these people. I finally find someone who works there, got her to remove her earbuds, and let her know there is a line of people up there who have been waiting to check out. She rolled her eyes, said she doesn't work the front, and put her earbuds back in. She didn't try to find her coworker, she didn't do anything at all. I wasn't able to find any other employee inside or outside of the store. All of those customers ended up leaving. Growing up around this store, you know to expect the worst, but this was horrible. If you need any assistance whatsoever or don't know how to operate a self checkout, go ANYWHERE other than this place. Good luck.

This store in the past was not the greatest, and still isn't, but they have started to keep the aisle clear. Every now and then you will run into a cart of boxes but usually it fine. The customer service really depends on the people you get. Some people are very nice where as others could careless. Other than that it's really just like any other DG.

It is very unorganized and their staff is usually rude (not all). (Edit) Since I wrote this review they have really organize this place. You can now walk easily in the store without running into a box. The staff is better, they are way nicer than before. Definitely will shop here now.

Store is always filthy, stuff always piled up on the floor, reeks of Marijuana store is never swept or mopped. There was blood all over the floor.

I enjoy shopping at Dollar General! They now sale the best throat drops ever (by Luden's, the green apple flavor). Doest taste like a cough drop. Tastes like candy. No menthol taste at all.

I frequently shop at this store and I love the friendly customer service I receive but the store is always in disarray. The disorganization makes me feel unappreciated as a regular customer and my heart goes out to the workers that are trying so hard to fix the problem with minimum time and help.

It's a Dollar General... Kinda what you expect, but a little less because it's SWGA. The front is always cluttered with junk marked down, faded and exposed to the elements, the parking lots sucks terribly and inside is always a 50/50 crapshoot as to whether or not you can get down what aisle you need to. I don't understand why it take DG months to properly mark down seasonal items. In October, 4th of July stuff is 25-50% off? In November, Halloween merchandise is 25%.... It's not a wonder the store is always so cluttered.

I'll always shop at Dollar General it might be a little hard to get through the checkout but it's worth going decent prices the employees will try to help you when they aren't to busy.

This is the most unorganized Dollar General I have ever been in. The most unprofessional staff. If it were in any town but Blakely GA. where there isn't many choices it would be out of business

Shelves bare. VERY hard to manuver through the aisles. U- boats everywhere. Some aisles I couldn't get through.
