Recently we had to put out kitty of 6 months down, she was diagnosed with FIP. Nottely sent us a card in the mail with in the next few days of her passing. Everyone who worked there signed it. It was so amazing to get this in the mail as an uplifting message to our poor kitties life. We can’t thank you enough for your kind and sweet words. We will forever use this vet as long as we have cats/dogs. Thank you ❤️ Rest easy Skelly Belly.

Dr. Arnold is great. Answered all my questions and concerns. First visit was so thorough. Everything was a better price than my former vet in Murphy. Nice, clean, lobby. Great staff! So happy I switched! They loved Wado and he loved them!

We had a bit of an emergency with our Westi Mr Carson. For some reason our vet was closed and after waiting about an hour I called Nottely Oaks and asked if they could see him on such short notice. The receptionist took the information and said she would talk to the Dr and call me right back. In about 5 or 6 minutes she called and said bring him on. They were very nice and it wasn't long till they had him being taken back to be looked at. Dr Lynn Stevenson and her assistant were awesome! Thanks very much!

We went there for the first time after our veterinarian moved, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The vet tech got in the floor as she put in our dog's information and put herself on his level. They had a bowl of water available in the room for him, and Kash was probably the most relaxed at a vet visit he has ever been. Dr. Arnall has always been amazing, and we appreciate the time and care he takes with our dogs. Thank you!

Our pup Saige was diagnosed with a lung tumor. Nottely Oaks was incredibly compassionate towards us and Saige. Ten days after being diagnosed we had to euthanize Saige because she was struggling to get enough oxygen. We can't say enough positive things about the care we received. One of the most difficult days of our lives and we feel they really cared. Thank you Dr. Stevenson and your entire staff for loving Saige like your own.

We have 5+ years, 7 dogs and 1 cat with Nottely Oaks in Blairsville. $10,000+ spent and more donated toward their "rescue" services. I called veterinarian office today for help. The receptionist answering the phone had trouble hearing or understanding my name, my animal's name and insisted I leave a message with her as no doctors were available. My message contained the following information:- We have previously had 3 dogs put to sleep with them. We understand that with some dogs we waited too long, and there is no knowing when we didn't wait long enough. I was concerned I was currently leaving my dog in pain and I told the receptionist, "I don't know what to do. I need more information."- One of our dogs, a 15 year old, had had a lot of issues in the past for which we came to see them. They did not run any serious diagnostics as we were told this would require scheduling ahead of time (we are rural). I called upset because despite the prescription food they prescribed in the past, she was still sick.- I requested a doctor call back or an appointment be scheduled, but I specified I wanted an ultrasound or other diagnostic to be scheduled because I didn't want the doctor to just look at the dog again.I was told that I would receive a call back shortly. Two hours later I was called and told that if I'm unhappy with how they do things, I can go find another veterinarian.Their callousness and uncaring nature, the unbelievable lack of disregard not only toward the dog but to the people involved is not even my complaint. They have left me with no recourse and no veterinarian in our rural area that can see a sick senior. No animal hospital can see the dog to care for her - they are all months out. Only emergency veterinarians are available for emergency services. The receptionist that called me would not tell me which doctor told her to tell me my dogs were no longer welcome. When I (upset, obviously) was LOUDLY telling the receptionist on the phone, through tears, about how callous they were, she began to yell at me.I know lots of people on these groups complain that vets are too expensive - well I'm here to tell you that no amount of money, no amount of history, no amount professional quality of care was enough to keep me and my dog out of the situation we currently face: at the end of her life, with no professional care. Just because I requested a diagnostic that was apparently recorded as "customer not happy". There are so many other things that could have been done - they could have called to clarify the message, they could have called to hear any concerns, they could have done absolutely anything other than telling me I was on my own. While my message did not contain any regret about prior visits and services, I certainly regret it now. Had I placed my trust in a better individual and practice I would not find myself in this situation. Certainly some businesses adopt a "cut and run" philosophy. A veterinarian should not be one.

LOVE this Vet! Every single person there was incredibly nice, the Dr. was kind and understanding. And no high-pressure upsells on services that has become so common in vet offices in recent years. I will be recommending!

Having just moved to the area recently, I was in need of a new vet for my two dogs. My neighbor suggested Dr. Stevenson, and I’m glad he did. Everyone at Nottely Oaks was fantastic. There are no cold metal examination tables at this place, Dr. Stevenson and her techs get right down on the floor with your babies, to try and make them feel right at home. My 13 year old was extremely nervous and quite the handful, but they handled her with great care and concern. I would recommend Dr. Stevenson highly, she is a gem.

I LOVE this vet. I switched to Nottley Oaks Animal Hospital a few years ago and will never go anywhere else.Dr Lynne Stevenson is the best. My favorite cat wrangler (vet tech) is Hannah, she is a doll. Hannah is a true gem of a human, so compassionate and caring, as though they were her own. She takes great care of all 4 of my cats (Bub, Milo, Otis and Gurl) when they come for a checkup or ER Visit. So many vets never call you back personally when they have done something major to your furbaby. Not Dr Lynne, she actually calls you to explain the situation and let you know how my babies are doing. I love the personal care she gives to all who enter her vet office. The BEST thing is she (or the staff) don't try to up sell you every little thing, she tells you her recommendations and if you furbaby needs it or not.Makes my heart happy to see her practice grow to what it is today.I highly recommend their services.Today's emergency visit again is for Bub aka Baxter. He has a swollen left eye with some bloody discharge. I thought he might have gotten into a fight with one of my other cats but nope. Never that easy. She believes he has a absessed tooth (Bub is almost 17 years old and doesnt have many teeth left), which has made that side of his face swollen and infected. With meds and them being able to squeeze us in on a short notice, we were in and out in less than a hour. Which is amazing in itself. They are always accommodating for emergency. Just give them grace to squeeze you in and they do. All of her staff is incredible. Sorry the photo's are not pretty.

Excellent. Bailey loves it there and gets great care. The staff are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and very accommodating. It has made our transition moving here a care free experience when we need care and boarding.

UPDATE: Now have had my new girl spayed and stitches taken out, and all went well. The staff is quite kind and caring, and I can't complain a bit about anything that has happened here. ORIGINAL: My long-time vet's office closed and I was seeking a new place where I would feel comfortable. I believe I found it. Prompt attention to the appointment. Greeted by a very well educated tech who asked questions about my new dog's history, vaccines and such. I was also able to ask questions about testing and titers, spay, and dental. The tech took the dog for the required blood test and was very caring and enjoyed holding her. Received the blood test results promptly and had all of my other questions answered when the vet came into the room. Again, I felt quite comfortable and happy with the answers. I was told I would receive email estimates for some of the procedures I was considering, and they also arrived very quickly. Overall, this was a great experience, and I am very happy with the prices I have been quoted and what I paid for that first visit.

As in all things in business, you're only as good as the employees allow you to be. Your staff makes or breaks you. We waited 6 months to get in for a new patient appointment with this vet due to their stellar reputation in the community. We arrived to be told by her staff they have absolutely no idea of any appointment. Well, there goes your REPUTATION. Whomever I spoke to didn't even enter me into their computer. Please consider this before you try and bring your sick pet to this Vet, you probably be turned away. Very poor service !!!

We have been clients of NOAH since right after they opened. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Stevenson is kind and it is easy to tell she cares about the animals. All the staff are great, and I feel like they care, plus you will always see one of the staffs pets behind the counter to greet you. NOAH does a lot for this county. Great place

Look Dr. Nichols she was so caring and kind and gentle with my 10 year old dog she listens to what you are telling her and does not rush a visit also very pleased with the staff and business. My vet is 2 hrs from where I usually go and I needed to find a vet close to home and work and I found this vet and fell in love on the first visit when I seen how loving amd gentle they were as for my baby only weighs 3.3 lbs. I would highly recommend this vet office

I’ve been taking both of my dogs to Nottely Oaks for two years now. Ever since we moved to the area. The love and care that all the staff has exhibited towards my four legged children has been exceptional. I highly recommend them!

The team was amazing! Our Goldendoodle jumped off a wall 2 days before Christmas and had a limp. We arrived early in the morning to see if they could take him and we were in and out so quickly. They did X-rays and got him sorted. Luckily nothing was broken, but the employees were so wonderful that I would have trusted them to love him as their own if we had to leave him overnight. It was a positive spin on a stressful day!

Top notch all the way around! I have a large 80 pound American Staffordshire, who can be a little intimidating by looks. Our last vet totally manhandled him and traumatized the heck out of him. Nottely Oaks was so patient and fantastic with him and made our experience so stress-free! From receptionist to vet techs to the vet herself, everybody went above and beyond in making sure we had a positive experience. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great service! Great people!! Of course, Dr. Arnall will always be #1 in my book! He has treated my animals for around 20 years! Always concerned! Always patient and kind! Goes the 2nd mile every time!! Also, now love Brittany - his sweet, attentive, knowledgeable Tech! Great team! Great place!

I recently had my first visit to NOAH. I was impressed! Their attitude is wonderful, and their love for animals is obvious. I'm particularly excited that my favorite veterinarian, Dr. Arnall, recently joined their staff. Now my Charlie, Tori, and Tabitha can continue to see the vet that has taken care of them forever. Thank you, NOAH, for being such a kind place AND for making Dr. Arnall a part of your family.

I moved my pets over here after having a terrible experience at another local animal hospital, and I'm so happy that I did. The staff is always pleasant, courteous, and genuinely eager to help you. I've dealt with two of the vets so far, and they were both knowledgeable, and confident in their diagnoses of my pets. They both also gave me ample opportunity to ask any questions I had, and answered them as best as they could. I never felt like I was being rushed in and out so that they could get to the next customer. All around, this is the animal hospital I'll use from here on out.

Dr.Stevenson is the kindest vet I've ever had the privilege to meet. She puts me at ease when handling my kitties and I know that she will only ever do the very best for them. She's a genuine, heartfelt person and veterinarian. As a client, I love her and trust her implicitly with my babies. As an employee, she's the easiest and kindest employer I've ever had. Five star worthy in every way. Congrats on making your dream come true Doc!

The staff was awesome. We were here at our vacation home in May when our senior dog required critical care for his on going health issues. They were able to get him in and provided our dog with care so that we could get him back home to Florida safely. They were all so very kind to us.

Great people and they care about the animals. Best part they don't try pushing stuff you don't need just to make a buck. My dog loves going there.

I took my feral cat to Nottely Oaks today, and I can truly say I have never had such a warm, friendly, competent and sensitive experience at a vet. The facility is beautiful, soothing, welcoming, and immaculate. There was a nice quiet room to sit in with my frightened cat. Everyone from the front desk person to the vet tech to the vet herself was completely understanding of my concerns about how my cat would be handled so as not to stress him.(He has never been handled by anyone but me). The vet was obviously very knowledgeable and willing to spend time talking with me about my concerns and addressing them. I am fairly new to this area, and am so glad to have found this place. They will be my vet from now on. I cannot think of a single "con" to give about this place-100 percent good experience.

My kitty is my world and I hate taking him to the vet! We've been here a year and I had some concerns about my baby and NOAH was less than five minutes from my house. I had heard good things so that's where we went. They were so wonderful! When they say low stress they mean it and didn't do anything more than I asked without talking to me first. They took wonderful care of my baby and I've never experienced a vet like this!

I am very new to the area and needed a vet urgently for my elderly dog. They got me in right away even though I was not a"regular" . The staff was awesome. Compassionate knowledgeable and friendly. Doctor ran appropriate tests, and got back to me quickly with several treatment options . My old girl is feeling better and we have found our new vet !
