I used to love this store but the prices have gone way up and the quality of what you’re buying isn’t worth it. When an item that is used and in very clearly used condition is $3 that you can get brand new for $4, I’m going to go with the new one. I’ve seen some things that are priced the sameOr even more than what they are at the actual store! Thrift stores used to be about helping the less fortunate. Now it just feels like a cash grab. But no matter what, as long as people are still coming, losing some customers won’t matter. When I said “oh wow! That’s a lot of money for used Childrens pants and two paperback books,” the woman just looked at me like I was ridiculous. Sadly, my kids and I will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. I wish people understood that sometimes lowering prices on stuff they were given for FREE would actually bring in more money to help the animals than upping prices. On the plus side, they have cleaned it up a lot and that’s great but charging outrageous prices on some stuff that is literal junk is going to keep us from coming back.

The manager Ed and his wonderful staff work so hard to provide affordable items for the local community members to purchase. They always have an influx of new items in so you can go weekly if you want. The other customers are always nice and pleasant which makes for a great shopping environment. Don't forget the furniture and big item building beside/below the main building! And if you have donations, please don't hesitate to bring it in to them. Great store!

This is the cleanest, best curated, and most well displayed thrift shop I have EVER been in. The layout and displays are beautiful and tidy. The prices cannot be beat. And it is all for a good cause. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who will listen!

I am always shopping at this thrift store! It's the best one in town! I have found decent, quality furniture at great prices, I have an oversized chair that is comfortable and sturdy that I got at a steal for only $25! Their deal days are amazing as well, but go early because it gets busy! I always leave with with an armful of goodies, they have great item turnover and always something new to see when I go by. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, and they make sure to have all registers running when its busy, so you never have a long wait in line. Highly recommend this friendly local thrift store (which also supports a good cause!)

Best humane thrift! A short drive from our vacation cottage on Lake Nottely GA. Signage for prices may not be the greatest, but the staff was awesome about answering all questions! Customers were cheerful and great about social distancing! Our recent visit on Mother’s Day weekend yielded a working IKEA sewing machine, a metal windmill art piece and lots and lots of other great items! From the admin staff to Lucille & her great pricing team to the two cashiers up front ( Friendly blonde lady and gentleman with handlebar mustache) It was a pleasure to shop here! We will return!

I have bought a lot of items at the thrift store and gotten great bargains. If you don’t like it go somewhere else. They are very good at working with everyone on prices. Ed the manager is great at what he is doing there and has a wonderful staff. Think positive folks and it will go along ways. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!

The staff is very sweet and the merchandise can be good. Go often to hit the occasional jackpot. I know we have donated lots of collectible toys and antiques that will bless that special buyer. What a good cause !

Love this place! Friendly service and will not hesitate to make you a great deal if you ask, or ask for a lower price. All money goes to support our shelter. Such a great cause.

Always a fun experience shopping here. I found so many little treasures when we moved to Blairsville and had so many items we needed - because we had sold everything to go full-time RVing, then changed our mind and bought a house. I still love treasure shopping here!

A nice thrift store with a wide selection and most importantly, they donate to help animals. I've been a cat lover for as long as I can remember and I have lived in North Georgia for half of my life. So, I really like this place. If you live in Blairsville or nearby, you have to come here at least once. :)

I have 3 rapidly growing children. With summertime fully upon us, outside activities are wreaking havoc on the children's clothing. I was able to buy no less than 60 pieces of clothing for under $40!! It's almost a shame that the name brand clothing won't survive what my kids have in store. This is a top notch facility for a fantastic cause. Don't forget to check out the furniture and bigger items downstairs in the donation drop off area!

Dirty, over priced, disorganized, most things don't have priced tags and are scattered around. Rude unhelpful employees.

I donated clothes. While I was shopping I discovered some pills hidden in a bag of jewelry. They appear to be narcotics. What if a child had found them!!! I called this to the attention of the worker. He acted excited. Not the reaction I expected!!!. Also the store ingeneral has a mustiness. I felt dirty when I left.

Great place for a bargain and for a good cause! You never know what you'll find- from an Army pith helmet to a blanket for your dog, so shop here often. Ask about their memberships to support the Mountain Shelter and get discounts for yourself and your family.

The most rediculous prices I have ever seen at a thrift store! $40 for a toy car? $100 for a bag of legos? $50 for a dirty vacuum? Either fire the person who writes these prices or take the word thrift off of your sign. Most of the prices are above full retail and most of the time I’m afraid to bring my son in there in the off chance he accidentally knocks something over and I’m out $100 for something that’s worth $5. You guys seriously need to re-evaluate how you price things.

Great little place, a little crowded with the treasures. I love the great cause and that dogs are often in the store! I spent a lot of time in the book area (my addiction!) and ended up with a boxful.

Ridiculous prices! $100 for legos! $20 for a toy truck! YOUR NOT A RETAIL STORE!!!! And quit putting eBay prices this our price is that. Your not a retail store. That and you look up the highest prices on eBay and not even their sold prices. Lower your prices or take the name thrift off of your store! Get over yourselves!
