I have been dealing with Mike Burch ford for a few years now and they seem to improve year after year. It’s a great dealership nestled in Blackshear Ga. It is worth the time to go by or call and speak to some of the amazing staff. Dealing with the guys and gals at Mike Burch Ford is a true asset to Ford motor company. Keep up the great work ya’ll.

I set an appointment online for recall maintenance for my car. The appointment I set was for 7:30 AM. The store hours start at 8:30 AM, which I realized after the fact. Why are 7:30 appointments available online when you all open at 8:30?

I pretty much begged to get assistance to buy a vehicle from there I was ready to purchase immediately. Lot of excuses and delays. Asked for manager who could actually reply still received responses next day or later. Luckily, I found a dealership who replied immediately and sold me the vehicle same day.

The folks at Mike Burch Ford were the best! They were easy to speak with about their products, very knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY! I really appreciate Mike Burch Ford not selling me a car, but assisting me find a suitable vehicle. (There IS a difference!). Additionally, the price was right, with no unnecessary add-ons to gouge the customer (As some lesser dealerships will do), and a pleasure to deal with. Hooray for Mike Burch Ford!

I deleted my last review & posting an update. After some miscommunication, I posted my opinion on the customer service, which I originally thought was less than stellar. We then received a call from the service manager who apologized for the miscommunication & wanted to do what he could to rectify the situation. We agreed & I changed my original opinion & WILL recommend & return in the future. Thank you Mike Burch Ford for admitting the miscommunication & apologizing.

My vehicle seems to be fixed as needed, however the loaner I was given to drive was ridiculous. I do appreciate a loaner vehicle was offered, but I feel the shape of the vehicle should have been described to me from the beginning First it’s was old…. Not sure how old but had 155000 miles on it. The valet that dropped it off to me explained that reverse was not reverse…. I need to pull the gearshift diown one more… drive was not drive need to pull the gear shift down one more and the lives de plate is upside down but was told that ok. I should have said no thank you from there. The outside was very anged and run down and the inside even worse…. Dirty, smelled of stale cigarettes, rips in seats, no inside lights, half the instrument panel didn’t light up, parking brake light stayed on all the time. Not that I expected the same vehicle as in drive, but something a little more comparable would have been better. The situation really makes the business look very low class offering this particular truck for. Customers to drive. The worst part is it’s a safety hazard with the gearshift alone. Also, my husband usually talked to the woman who answered the phone, and he said she was always rude to him.

I've ordered Ford F450, took a little while to get it, but wait was definitely worth it. Dealership was extremely easy to deal with, no lengthy wait, most of everything was completed on a phone, came in in person, signed papers. Dealership explained everything in person, all of my options, and I was on my way out within 45 minutes. I couldn't ask for a better experience! In my book it's an A+Because of my experience, 2 of my friends ordered 2 more trucks.I would recommend visiting these guys for sure!

I couldn't be happier with my truck, my dealer Jake Ball or the service I received after the sale from Mike Burch Ford. My favorite part of this whole transaction was 90% of it was done via text message which is how I prefer it. Jake only called me if he had to. I found my 2018 King Ranch on CarGurus and had a buddy that lived over in Blackshear. I asked him to go by and inspect the truck. Jake Ball called me and everything was smooth sailing from there. I told Jake I preferred text over calls. He only called once after that when we got to financing. The truck was bought to me to drive (120 miles each way) and we made the deal. Jake worked hard to get me financed at the best rate. After the sale I noticed the touchscreen was lagging. Turns out it was a module. Jake didn't miss a beat. I sent him a text with a short video and he immediately offered to have the truck picked up and sent a driver with a very nice loaner for me to drive until they got my truck right. Jake personally stayed in touch with me and text me when the truck was on it's way back to tell me he had personally tested the screen himself and it responded instantly to every touch. Jake has earned my trust, my respect and my future business. He is an asset to Mike Burch Ford. If you're in the market for a vehicle I whole heatedly urge you to call Mike Burch Ford and ask for Jake Ball. You can't do better. Burch Ford installed an injection pump on my diesel pickup that failed a few months later. They honored the warranty without any questions or problems and installed the new pump as soon as it arrived.

Best car buying experience! I found my vehicle online and started the process. Bart was great to work with and made the process very smooth. I live 3 hours from the dealership and the fact that they would deliver it to me was another selling point. I'm the happy owner and would highly recommend this dealership on their sales and service!

Went to Woody earlier looked at several vehicles but financing was 8% or higher more like 9% called navy Federal best 5.9% Ford beat both. Mike Jr showed us several and Cheri loved one and we bought it and it was detailed in 30 minutes' drove it home....life is too short not to have something sweet

I have had poor dealings with this dealership before due to their service department, but this was the 1st time ever buying an auto from them. Shop around even for extended warranties. I personnally wanted the Ford extended warranty instead of the off brand that the dealership pushes. After purchasing the auto, I called the dealership in the next town and found out that Mike Burch Ford had charged me an extra one thousand dollars for the Ford extended warranty. Luckily, I was able to cancel it thru Mike Burch Ford and go to the other dealership to save the $1000.Response to the owner: I took delivery of the vehicle on June 30th, 4 days after signing papers. Yes, you did discount the price and Joey did his best to get me good financing, however, I did not know it was going to be at the expense of over charging for the warranty. I was never told that you would "price match" the warranty cost until I called and asked for a refund, at which point I was asked if refunding the difference would satisfy me. Per Ford, your expedited refund that took a week should have been able to be done in a day. The discounted price of the vehicle was appreciated due to all the repairs I have had to make and will have to make to the truck. Your service department could not align the truck to make it quit pulling, the "new" key you made me had a dead battery in it, the windshield washer pump was DOA, and as I have found out, per Ford standards, the rear brakes should have been replaced before the truck sold due to them being below half material left. All of this does not include the cosmetics that you admitted was being sold as it, such as the busted rear tail light and crumpled front bumper with busted fog light housing. With help from Ford and another dealership, I'm sure I'll be pleased with the truck shortly. Thank you, for your time.

I had a great visit with Mike Burch Ford of Blackshear today. I came in for an oil change and rotate. Upon their free inspection they found that I had a broken CV axle and was able to get it take care of at the same time.
