Our groomer at PetSmart, Sammi H. , is a professional, caring person that enjoys her work. Our dog is almost 12, is on medication and probably a little yappy, but Sammi cares for her with a smile, has patience, keeps her safe/calm and makes her beautiful and then checks with us to ensure we are happy. Sammi is always on time and remembers to book our future appointments to ensure our needs are met. We are so lucky to have found someone to trust with our baby.

We got our (very dirty) golden retriever groomed here recently, and we felt they did a great job. I liked the “comment card” we received after, detailing how she did during the services and what they recommend. We’ve used several other groomers in the area and this was our best experience.

I take my dog here for grooming services but this last time my groomer Kayti went above and beyond! My dog looked so cute and clean when he was done. The staff overall was very friendly. I would recommend and will be bringing my dog back.

Was great. Staff is always friendly shelves r always stocked only time I seen bare shelves was during covid but then they were not really bare they just were stocked lightly still could find everything u need for your pet regardless car dog fish or reptile. And love the new look.Just wish they had stairs for x large dogs. Those r hard to find anywhere

Employees are always nice, respectful, and usually smiling! Whenever I have a question, they're able to make a suggestion, and/or point me in the right direction. I'm always greeted when I walk in, and whoever checks me out will say have a great rest of your day.

They cut our Golden retriever wrong. We told them to even her out, they gave us a new groomer (we were not informed that she was new) and that has never done our type of dog. The lady shaved her down so bad that we can see her pink. She will be freezing all winter now!! Never again. They then proceeded to call me and let me know that the groomer left mid-way through because she messed her up so bad. We called the PetSmart in Loganville and they were able to get her in and do somewhat of damage control. The groomer who fixed her is named Angel he did awesome!!

Best pet supply store. They have my dogs veterinary prescription diet always in stock. Great prices and deals. The staff is amazing. Always friendly and helpful. They are all amazing pet parents.

We have the 1 year puppy health plan. This saves us quite a bit on new puppy visits, including all vaccines and deworming meds. They even include the spay/neuter surgery. They carry a nice variety of pet foods and pet essentials. Their prices are a little high for premium dog food but otherwise it's easy to get in and out quickly.

We went on a Sunday afternoon to purchase some fish to add to our tank… there were MANY tanks full of dead fish… I completely understand that fish die easily and it wasn’t so much about the fish being dead it was that they were left in the tanks like this.

I wanted to buy 2 fishes Assorted Oranda Goldfish it said on the tag $9.99 they said on a tag next to where they were on another tank that said Assorted Fancy Goldfish LG for $33.99 the Manager Sidney said that because they was on the $33.99 tank mix with the Assorted Fancy Goldfish LG she had to sell them to me for $33.99 when I was buying 2 Assorted Orandas Goldfish NOT Assorted Fancy Goldfish. I left and couldn't buy the fish I wanted on the tags fo $9.99. That was not fair. She just wanted more money. Plus after I told her I don't want them she started to talk about me with the blond girl that works there and 2 customers and telling them about what she did and laughing about me. I will never go there. And I was always there. I'm going to Petco from now on.😡😡😡😡👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Bad service

We had a long pause in grooming for our coonhound due to a bad experience at Petco. We decided to try Petsmart instead and will absolutely be returning for future visits. Bella was welcoming, reassuring, and so incredibly kind. Luna (my hound), absolutely adored her and we did too! Bella did an amazing job and was able to get everything done that we needed (bath, nail trim & grind). She even kept me updated because I had the worst anxiety over leaving Luna. Petsmart, you have an absolute diamond there. Bella is the reason we will keep coming back. ❤️❤️

So I went to PetSmart today so I could get the proper Terrarium/accessories for Coco “my ball python”. I was assisted by an employee by the name of Jacob. I just want to make it known that he went above and beyond, no doubt. I know I had to of asked a ton of questions.. Not only was Jacob kind and helpful he was definitely knowledgeable with any questions and concerns regarding my ball python. Needless to say I had an amazing experience at the Bethlehem location. If you’re are looking for anything at PetSmart he’s the guy to go to that’s for sure. Thank you so much! I know Coco is enjoying her new home!

I purchase goldfish from PetSmart and this is one of the few stores that will try and catch a particular goldfish when you point it out to them. And I am very appreciative!

I used to go to Petsmart in Loganville GA but I could never find anyone to my liking to fulfill my dog Jaxx bath and brush how I felt it should have been done. So I decided to give Bethlehem Petsmart a chance. This is where Jaxx and I met Sammi the manager of the grooming salon! Sammi is AMAZING! She is the only person who took the time to actually get to know Jaxx's individual personality. I even learned Jaxx can be a handful when around other pets. But Sammi gives me tips from her personal experiences with Jaxx through his visits. Sammi also has build so much of a relationship with Jaxx she is the only person he allows to blow dry him! Pretty impressive if you ask me! 😌 I know Jaxx can sometimes be a lot but Sammi is very patient and understanding when it comes to him. Sammi does NOTHING SHORT OF AN AMAZING JOB with my bull terrier! NO ONE ELSE COMES CLOSE TO COMPARISON! WE LOVE YOU SAMMIE! Jaxx and I will see you soon! ❤️

My wife and I took both of our babies (dogs) here to be groomed. It was their first visit and I forgot their rabies vaccination papers and they needed them. The young lady tried to call our vet but it went to voice mail. It was between 1 and 2 and I didn't realize that was the vet's lunch break. She looked online and found that they were at lunch. She said we could walk around the store and come back in about 10 minutes and she would try again. We came back and she spoke to our vet's office and she confirmed that they were vaccinated. She went well above all expectations. We left the babies. They did a great job. Thank you guys we will be back for sure.

Definitely couldn’t work here because I would be bringing all of the dogs home but I absolutely love coming here! They have the BEST pet hospital with the most amazing doctor! Also the staff is incredible! Wouldn’t take my business anywhere else

This is for the salon. I had brought my dog here many times. In the beginning they did a good job. Then they stopped drying and brushing her out. I received a wet dog. 90.00 for the full furminator package and I get a wet dog. I went back again and got a new girl and my dog looked great. I scheduled with the same girl months later and back to getting a wet dog. Being that I never even said anything to these people I'm confused on why I would have such a hard time with them. I guess the 20.00 tip wasn't enough. It's been a long time since I've been back and I won't be just wanted to put it out there. How sad.
