Renovation worked out well and looks good. However, same management, who might not know they should answer a ringing phone or at least have a recording on saying what the hours are or maybe like we’re back being opened. Phone system hasn’t been set up or maybe it’s never worked.. I dunno.So, whenever I order a blizzard they always seem to not put a lot of the candy mix in the shake. Other places do more. Not to mention they get orders confused and make in wrong priority. Nothing beats watching folks have their order taken after you and served before you. I can’t say I’ve seen this place operate fast, but then again maybe I just hit the lottery with customer no service

The food is kinda overpriced and they gave us spoiled ranch. It smelled like it was weeks old and was all hard together. One of the worst trips there.

I love the blizzards and the flamethrower. They chicken finger meals are great also. Everyone has always been friendly and my order is always handed to me with a smile. Also a special treat for your furbaby, vanilla ice cream free. Yep, I am a happy camper.

The Blizzard was very good. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED THAT A CUSTOMER CAME IN BAREFOOTED, A TEENAGE GIRL AND ALSO A TODDLER. THEY WERE IN A GROUP, AND THEY KNEW ONE OR MORE OF THE EMPLOYEES. NOT SURE WHEN OR IF WE WILL BE BACK!

I have been to DQ 2 times this week and BOTH times ordered the 6 piece chicken strip basket with onion rings instead of fries. In the past the chicken strips have been too crunchy(almost no meat and burnt) HOWEVER.... These days the chicken strips have been a good fat size and the perfect amount of AMAZING crunch. Now onto the onion rings. Oh my goodness!!! They were Perfect!!! Not burnt or super greasy(as they were in the past) these were like eating a deep fried cloud!!!!!

It's dairy queen! Gotta love it.My daughter & I went by on our way to go vote. I didn't realize my wallet wasn't in the car so I had no money. The owner gave me the food ant the receipt and told just pay the next time I came into town. It's a all town but still most restaurants wouldn't do that. I've heard since then that he has helped out a few other people like that as well. I applaud kindness in any shape, form or fashion.

Decent food, generally fast service, friendly staff.Typical small-town DQ, in need of serious renovation, or really a demo and rebuild.Food quality has gone downhill, but the workers likely get paid squat, so what can you expect if that's the case.If that isn't the case, then they need to step their game up.

Dairy Queen has become an almost daily visit for me. Especially since they added those Honey BBQ strips to the menu. From what I have experienced, the customer service here is friendly and fast. This is a nice spot to sit and eat if you would like to.

We went for supper on 5/10/2021. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and large onion rings. The chicken was soooo dry and tough. You could not bite it without tearing it and leaving parts with each bite. Harder than jerky. The onion rings were so hard we couldn’t eat all of them. And I didn’t consider 6 rings (small and normal size slices) a large order. We never leave food uneaten. We have hearty appetites. But we did that night. The onions were cooked beyond being recognizable as an onion slice. Customer service no longer exist.

Was the best dairy queen I ate at. The food has changed. Last week we got double cheese burgers, they were not good. Tonight we went back and got the chili dog, they deep fried them .Yuck. This dairy queen has really gone down. The was used to be delicious and now all we can say is , we won't be back ,unless we're getting ice cream.

Yeah I had the best freshest coleslaw hot 🔥dog. The hot dog seem like a good brand and coleslaw fresh the buns seemed soft and fresh. And had the slushy great! I should have gotten two dogs❤!

Had a snack sz oreo mocha fudge blizzard, it was very good mixed properly. Son had a burger he liked and fries he said weren't terrible lol. The onion rings here are always good though.

Food is always fresh. Employees are friendly and professional. Service is super quick, even when they're busy. I have come here often for the past few years and not once have I ever had a bad experience.

I usually get the number 5 cause that is their best sandwich. This time I ended up getting someone else sandwich that had a boatload of onions on it. Somebody's trying to keep the vampires away. Might be a good idea to mark the different sandwich with a sticker.

This has got to me my favorite DQ I've ever been to. They're always welcoming and rarely (and I do mean rarely, we've been going for ages) have we ever had a problem with an order. The food is always delicious and freshly made, and as someone that loves to experiment, they're amazing at keeping up with diy blizzard flavors.

We went there to get a Chocolate ice cream cone with double dip chocolate covering. Personnel said they don't have chocolate ice cream????? It's time to buy from somebody else. 0n 8-27-2022 DQ has written back wanted me. The Zebulin, GA DQ was the location that DID not have Chocolate ice cream on a cone. We were able to get Chocolate ice cream from other DQ locations in the country but not in Georgia, WHY
