Refused to give me my Insulin which was already paid for and cannot be transferred (I arrived around 6:05 due to traffic), and laughed when I said I need it to live. Smiling when they told me “sorry”. Shift supervisor wouldn’t even come out herself to explain the situation and did nothing to try to help.I’ve worked at CVS before, there WERE things to be done in emergencies.Do not do business here; I won’t be refilling any more meds at this location. Extremely unprofessional, and a poor woman next to me also needed life-saving medication for her dog, and got the same unprofessional/sarcastic responses.

I am from out of town and needed to get my medication filled at the Barnesville, GA location. I love CVS and always have positive experiences but Parker, the employee in Barnesville, provided the most atrocious customer service I’ve ever experienced. She literally made us pull forward and reverse in 3 minutes because they’re “on a timer.” I’m not sure what that means but that was odd. There were no other cars in line or in the store at all. She didn’t ask how we were or provide any kind of personalized experience. She was rude and hateful and I am so thankful I never have to deal with her again! Sorry Barnesville!

Store is ok but the pharmacy is rude. They tell me my medicine is ready and then when I get to pickup they tell me I have to come inside and then my medicine isn’t ready. I’m not sure if it’s a management issue or if the employees just don’t care. Tired of being greeted with attitude. Will be switching pharmacy’s

Don’t shop here, it’s the worst. Drive thru is closed more often than not, they are understaffed and out of the medications you need quite often. The sign pictured is quite ironic as the drive thru is closed…you just can’t make this stuff up. What a joke…😑🤪😂

Went to get my medicine there was one person in front of me. She got what she needed so I was up next the lady in back started shutting the window I asked what she was doing she started we are closing between 1:30 and 2:00 for lunch really how long would it take to get my medicine.So RUDE

Went to pick up my prescription today (8/15) that was called in last Monday (8/07). The girl at the register said I had to go to the drop off window and talk to the pharmacist. The pharmacist was at her computer, about 15' away, and calls out, "You have a question?". I said, "Apparently.". She asks what's my question and I said, where's my medication? She asks my name, I told her. She asks my last name, and I told her. She asks my birthday, and I replied. The entire conversation took place 15' apart...where's the privacy in that. She gets a bottle off the shelf and I ask her if she thinks it'll be ready by next week. She says she filling it now, and I said I'll pick it up next week. This is a vitamin D supplement. VITAMIN D! And after a week it's not ready?!? It's a once a week pill, took my last one yesterday so I don't need it until next week. I love the commercial where the dad takes his little girl to the doctor and then goes to CVS to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist is there waiting to give them the prescription as they walk in. Everyone is smiling and the little girl is feeling great without even taking her medicine. That's the CVS I want to go to. Where is it? And the sign says prescriptions are filled in the order they are received. Are you saying this store hasn't filled a prescription received since mine was last Monday? The pharmacist didn't have any questions for me. I've been getting my prescriptions here for years. You have my information. My insurance is CareMark. That's YOU! This location sucks.

If Zero stars was an option it would be my choice. Pharmacy is out of meds all of the time which isn't new for pharmacies these days but they don't call or text to let you know your medication is out of stock, you have to show up to find out its not there. The drive thru window is broken and/or just closed approx 80% of the time I've been using them over the past 1.5 years which sucks when you have an infant to haul inside then the line is backed up for 40 minutes. Today I've been trying for 30 minutes just to get someone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. Go to Ingles or literally anywhere else!

Going to pick up a prescription that’s been called in by your Doctor hours or even sometimes days prior? You’re going to have to come back! Prescriptions are never ready when you arrive. Drive thru! Pointless to have at this location, it’s almost always closed. I held for over 40 mins to speak to someone in reference to my prescription. This is the worst CVS I’ve ever experienced!

Came to the pharmacy when everyone was coming back from lunch and the pharmacy was quickly forming a line. Regina was very professional and really patient. Even with the stress over getting slammed she apologized for the wait and did her best to assist as best she could. My 5 stars is just for her and my experience with her service.I heard a pharmacist, Jennifer, being extremely unprofessional and very nasty while working the drive thru. Regina apologized for Jennifer and she was not the one being unprofessional.

We just moved and this is the closest CVS to us so we went through the hassle of transferring all of our Rx to this location. We moved from a very very busy CVS to this location, if I could leave a -5 star I would. They have a drive thru that is NEVER avail or open. When you call the pharmacy they never answer. They claim they are "so busy" but there is hardly ever anyone thereThis place is the worst !

Drive thrus are for drive thru pick up leave they are for quick pick ups!!! They Are NOT TO DRIVE UP and wait for SCRIPTS TO BE FILLED OR TO GET THEM TRANSFERRED THEN FILLED WHILE U SIT THERE HOLDING UP EVERYONE ELSE. We actually sat for 45 mins while this happened at CVS in Barnesville Ga. Come on folks drive thru please!!!!

I've been using this location mainly for the pharmacy for about the last year. I haven't had any issues but I have noticed that the management has changed which as far as I'm concerned, it hasn't bitten for the better or for the worse.. The pharmacy has been good, no problems. There's a weird vibe in the store but they let my son come in and play with the cars on the floor so I can't really complain LOL

Trying to reach the pharmacy to ask a question on a medication is impossible. They let you hold and then hang up. Nobody appears to have the nerve to pick up the telephone. Spoke to store manager and they hung up too. Time to look for a new pharmacy.

Five stars for Evan. My husband's many, many medications are constantly being changed and dosages agjusted. Evan makes sure we understand any interactions and side effects, answers all my many questions, and handles any issues with getting the prescriptions filled, no problem. He also helps with making sure we get the best prices. He is a Rock Star and is the reason we put up with the sometimes rude service. Thanks, Evan!

1st off, EVAN in the pharmacy is the best in town. No drama no judgement, no weird looks when you ask questions. I say this because I've been to ever pharmacy in town, and he had by far made me the most comfortable (I have social anxiety) and he deserves a better review place the this.Second.I'm also a couponer. And MOST of the cashiers are the most helpful and just all around friendly. And I say MOST, I dont feel the need to call the other one(s)? Out because it's not that bad, just not so great with the help. Anyways kindness goes a LONG way on BOTH sides of the spectrum. And PATIENCE.

I went to an urgent Care in thomaston on Saturday about my eye and my medication was supposed to be ready by the time I got to Barnesville. When I got there a lady told me it would be 2 hours for some eye drops. I came back THREE hours later and they said they didn't get the drops I needed on the truck. The whole pharmacy looked unorganized. They told me to call other local pharmacies to see if they had it. After 3 calls the Walmart in Forsyth finally had it and I had to drive 30 minutes there. Then had to wait another 45-1 hour to have the prescription transferred and filled. All in all a wasted Saturday because CVS is my primary pharmacy with anthem blue cross. I'll just go to Walmart or a local pharmacy from now on.

I have to say, if I need cold medicine this is the place I go to get it. However, any time I have thought to myself "oh maybe CVS will have that item also" I have been disappointed by the results. Certainly not the cleanest looking place in Barnesville, it's a location that is definitely showing it's age, but hey that might not be a bad thing in your pharmacy.

The CVS is the only decent store in Barnesville. Always clean. Good choice of make up and hair product for all kinds. Pharmacy always busy but nice people.Only problem is when that red head Scotti there you can't get a cashier cuz she flirting with all the men come in there. All other ones is good and act like they glad to be there and always ask they can help you find something.

I have had very few issues with this store and I have stuck with them even though family members and friends have left. I am so mad at the lack of customer service I received this week. My medication is on back order and apparently they don't think they should call and tell you this. I rely on this medication every day to. This is terrible customer service and I will be switching to another pharmacy.

My daughter has been on same medicine for years. And every month there's always excuse to why it can't get filled on time or how they gotta order it or even to tell me its ready for me to get there and still have to wait 20-45 min. Im so irratated with this cvs.

PSALet me tell you why you should never use CVS in Barnesville.Tonight I went in to buy bread and a few small things to avoid long grocery lines. I needed $40 cash back ( 10 for my Childs field trip and 30 for her basketball team) after my card was scanned they stated it never went though. I called the bank in front of the manager Mike Wilson and showed him my receipt. He flat out refused to give me the $40 despite the fact I was charged $85.72. He was extremely rude and since it was closing time stated there was nothing he could do. The bank now has to dispute the charges in my name. Now this mom of two and school teacher ( who doesn’t have $85 at the end of the month to spare), is going to have to figure out how to get what I need tonight and how to call my bank and get all the information they need to dispute this while working tomorrow.

They gave me a 30 day supply of my blood pressure medication but charged my insurance for 90 day supply. Now I'm out and will have to go 2 months without the medication. Hope I survive.

This is a great place to go to, they're updated on their products for the store and holidays, they have everything from medicine to groceries to personal hygiene and stuff for pet's, laundry, and school supplies, it's an all in one place to go to.
