Midge gives All About the Paw 5 stars and 2 paws way up high. She looks spiffy and loves spending time with the Paw Pack. When our previous senior dog could no longer stand due to disk disease and suffered from anxiety due to hearing a vision loss, Jennifer would meet us before opening so that I could hold her for her groom and it was quiet and calm. I will forever be grateful for her kindness.

We have been with Jennifer and her staff since she opened in Ball Ground! She took such sweet and loving care of our 14 year old dachshund for grooming and boarding right after we moved to Ball Ground 8 1/2 years ago!! Weston and Leia both get so excited when they go for grooming or doggie daycare - the staff does an excellent job in taking care of their needs. As for boarding, you couldn’t ask for a better place!! I do not have one thing to worry about when we leave them in her care! Jennifer loves them as her own and we can enjoy our vacation without worrying about the care of our fur babies!!

Jennifer and All About the Paw are AMAZING! My dog loves getting groomed because she really cares for and loves the animals like her own. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and the best at her job. I could not recommend a better groomer and more reliable, honest business than All About the Paw. My daughter loves going to the groomer to get Ollie because Jennifer and her staff love her as much as their animals. She gets a sticker each time and it is part of her favorite routine. We love you guys!

We have been using All About The Paw for at least six years now and they are the best place around. I haven’t gone anywhere else since we started using them. The grooming is a great price and my dogs always smell great for weeks after. They are super accommodating to changes and are more than willing to go above and beyond.

I've taken one or both of my dogs to All About the Paw once or twice a month for 6 years. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, cost, and friendliness of this shop and the employees. I count each of the employees as friends and my dogs adore them. Jennifer has gone over and beyond in caring for my doods and offering assistance and suggestions when I need them. I wouldn't trust my doodles with anyone else.

We booked boarding for our 2 dogs and confirmed the the time. We showed up at the time confirmed and no one was there. We called, texted and knocked on the door but no answer. We love the grooming but are done since the no show on boarding.

How blessed are we to have found “All About the Paw” in Ballground, GA. I walked into Jennifer’s salon several years ago to inquire on grooming for my border collie (Jack) and found an amazing artist whom has a passion and an abundance amount of love for animals . All About the Paw provides the BEST CARE and LOVE for your pet that creates a relationship that will last the lifetime of your pet. My sweet Jack has grown old and is coming to the end of his life cycle and has been treated with gentleness and love by Jennifer and her staff. All about the Paw became Jack’s family too and they are far more than just a grooming salon. They are people who understand our pets with the upmost love and respect .

My cat of 22 years old was I believe somewhat of a crossbreed considered partially angora and partially blue Russian. He was the best feline I have ever had. He and I were very close and he always trusted me to give him a lion cut but I decided that I would take him to get this professionally done because he was so old. I will never take one of my pets to another clinic. They were very professional and understanding and caring. My Mr. stinker died a few days days before I was going to take him to the clinic from old age. If you love your fur baby take them to it’s all about the paw!

I’ve been taking my dogs there for a long time. At first they did a good job and I could tell they appreciated my business; however, that’s no longer the case. The business has grown and they are now booked 18 months unless you are already a part of their recurring appointment program. We were taking our dogs every 8 - 10 weeks but apparently that doesn’t matter. I wasn’t able to set a schedule based on their availability so I made appointments after each visit. I had to make the date work with MY schedule too! Now I can’t get an appointment for the next year and a half! It’s ok because they weren’t doing everything I asked anyway (e.g. trimming paws, getting knots out, etc). They also came across as indifferent to whether I brought our dogs there or not … so I won’t anymore! I wouldn’t recommend this place to those who want some say it the schedule or how their dogs are groomed.The response from the owner listed many requests I made regarding the grooming … some true and some incorrect. ALL of my request were made to make it easier on them since we have dogs with thick, long coats. We didn’t want our dogs to be stressed any more than necessary. I guess my communication wasn’t clear enough.
