I ordered a custom cake from Publix in Tallahassee 3 weeks before I needed it and it looked God-awful when picked up the day before the event. It was $50 and it looked absolutely horrendous! There was no way I was serving that to my guests. Being on a time crunch due to it is the day before the event AND Easter weekend, my only hope was my local Walmart bakery. So I rushed over there to see if they could get something done by the next day for a kids bday party. Immediately, the answer was no due to being Easter weekend and Trisha already was booked solid for custom items. I was sooo defeated, so I told her I had no idea what I was going to do. Taking pity on me, Trisha said she could help me with some thing and took my order. The cake she made was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! It was everything I was hoping for with the $50 cake and she did it in half the price. The kids loved it, coming back for seconds, even the parents. Trisha nailed this cake and I am so so grateful she was able to do something for me in such short notice and it look 1000x better than the Publix cake. Trisha is who I will consult from now on for custom cakes!!!

Yesterday I went into Walmart in Bainbridge and purchased 5 items, one of which was a 6ft cast net that was $44.24. I opened the plastic container later that night to practice throwing it, only to find out someone swapped the new net out with an old dirty one! I took it back around 10:30 last night just to be told customer service closed at 10:00p.m. So I came back into town to take it back this morning. Guess what customer service said...."We can't take this back because it has been used". Now I'm out $45!!!! I would love to know how the loss from theft at the store landed on my shoulders?!?!?! If I could give ZERO stars I WOULD!!!!

Fedex package drop. Had to wait in customer service over 30min. They allowed a guy to check out at customer service instead of a register which held up the line.Also need to clarify that fedex packages do not need return stickers because it is not being returned to walmart. My mom has bad knees and back. My mom should be compensated for having too stand too long and in pain.

One of the best Walmarts we've ever been to! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable...it was a great experience and I would recommend this Walmart to everyone!!!

Worst Walmart I have EVERtried to shop at. Sloppy empty shelves. Frozen foods very iced covered. (Sign of poor maintenance of freezers and damaged food.)

I thought I was doing alright up until the moment I walked into this Walmart. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a nice greeter, which is usual, but after I was through picking out my produce and all I decided to go through the self checkout, and this is where it all changed. I met Kirk. Kirk was the kindest and most charismatic person I’ve met he was so informative on the lettuce heads I was buying and even put away my cart for me, a true gentle man. This Walmart has found a true gem in their employees and that would be Kirk.Thanks Kirk for all that you have done keep up the great work!

Long checkout lines. Even in self checkout. Often times I can't find certain items due to either out of stock or because the stock is constantly being moved to different locations.

This location is pretty large in the clothing dept so if your shopping for a quick pick up or to browse. This is the place.

The north door was closed at 8:30 way before 9:00 so most people park at the garden i got a manager and she told him why are you closing the doors it's not 9 other manager told him to close it 8:30 all the time daily there no managers up front there were lines everywhere

Signed in to pickup my order after being notified of its arrival. Noticed a big gash in the side of the box. Though everything inside was packed well, the bump that caused that hole in the box (see photo) must have been significant enough to damage the slow cooker.

I am handicapped and needed a few things so I went in Walmart. I looked for an electric buggy but the few there were dead or broke. I got a push buggy for support and went to the other entrance hoping to find one there but no luck. I walked there and back to the other entrance and left. I stopped several times to catch my breathe and let my aching back rest a minute. I felt like I would pass out. I finally got to my car and left. Needless to say I didn't get the things I needed. So I would say my experience was pretty lousy.

I went in got my stuff and while I was on my way out I met Kirk. Now when it comes to Walmart employees they are usually nice and friendly but it’s different with Kirk Kirk went above and beyond with customer service making me feel like a million bucks. Thanks Kirk!

Ivestigate your customer service friendliness ....they are nasty. Real nasty.however Mario the manager is a perfect gentleman with class the pharmacy in my opinion is subliminal they put you on hold and you wait 10 12 minutes hang up because you have a life to live you call back in 20 minutes you're on hold another 10-15 minutes it's constant and watch yourself check out more carefully I watch it myself and I can see people stealing all the time and you do nothing about it because most of you are not even observing you're all chatting with each other and when you need a clerk for assistance at self checkout it's impossible they don't even look over it takes like 7 minutes but to get their attention and no they're not busy they're just in a cloud

I attempted to purchase a monitor in store that was $20 cheaper on the Walmart App so I wouldn't have to wait to do pickup tomorrow. I matched the model number and everything before I went to checkout but when I asked about price matching I was told they don't price match the app. In what way does that make sense?!? I requested a manager and was told it was to generate more digital sales and that if I wanted it today I'd have to spend the extra money. They woman working self checkout was extremely unpleasant rolling her eyes and smacking her teeth as she went to go retrieve a manager. The manager was more professional but didn't care about being accommodating. Shop elsewhere where your money is valued. Validates why I try my hardest to stay out of Walmart and when I do I always vote one star on self checkout.
