I placed a order Monday and it was ready early Tuesday. I went to pick it up twice on Tuesday. One person was working returns and no one working customer service. There was 5 plus in line and I waited 20 min before walking out both times. I saw three employees standing around self checkout and one employee putting up returns. I order online to make it quick. The employee at the returns was going as fast as she could and answering phone calls with customers being rang up for returns.

I was looking for something to repair a hole in the wall. The young man that helped me, Desmond in paints, TOOK me to the place where the spakle was located but he went that extra mile to check with someone else to make sure he was giving me the best solution.. He was very polite and concerned about my task.

We went to Home Depot to buy a front, back door & storm doors for both. Great buy and they had guys to deliver them and install them also. They done a outstanding job. They took out the old doors and took off all the trash and old doors for us too.

I have been looking for a particular drain cleaner for my bathtub and every store I've been to didn't have it. They would send me to get Drano and all the other kind of Drano type things and what I was looking for was a kind with the crank. Today I just happened to walk by the kind I was looking for and grabbed it.Y'all please don't judge my pictures as I have been trying to find this item and am in the process of trying to do major cleaning in my house

This is a fairly typical HOME DEPOT.My only negative here;Garden Department Clerk Lacked Knowledge and Sold Man the wrong Plants. An Older man asked for Tomatoes plants so he could plant in buckets in his small back porch.She told him Better Boy Plants. These are Indeterminate plants (vining) and not suitable for small space pots. I stopped her and told her he would be better off with a Determinant (bush) .. she shrugged and said ok. The man heard me and she told him this was the plant he needed. He also said how many did she suggest? She sold him a half dozen.When I checked out I asked if she knew the difference, she said no but knew many people bought Better Boy. I honestly expected the Garden Shop person would be more knowledgeable. I still feel sorry for that old man trying to get on his small porch with this Tomatoes Vines.So 3 STARS HERE. Really when I think about this maybe 2 STARS is better. If the neglect proper informatiin from garden person, then can you trust any employee for correct knowledge anywhere else in the store?

Went inquiring on Electric dryers the appliciance worker ignored my presence if trying to get info on dryer. She was too busy talking to co-worker. When she finally got finished with conv. I didnt get no help. Long story short i went to Lowes got same dryer with no problem.

Overall I had a good experience, but the customer service could be just tad more interested in helping customers. I needed help as I stood in one spot for almost 15 mins when finally a nice woman stopped and asked. From there she really took the time to help me find what I was needing.

Even though I'm sure she was extremely busy, Pamela took the time to answer all my questions and did it in a knowledgeable and courteous way. She's a great asset to Home Depot. Honored a too good too be true clearance item. Reg price $64.00 and clearance price walking out the door $14.00😲. For the most part the staff is friendly, some are helpful, some are knowledgeable, some are clueless, and a few would rather not be bothered and don't mind telling you. Luckily for them there's no direct competition for atleast an hour drive in any direction and luckily for me í know what, where, generally how much everything is, and in the very few times ive needed to ask a question i knew who not to ask! Not a customer service warehouse, but they warehouse almost everything you'd expect a larger towns home depot to have.

Needed sheetrock cut to repair ceiling. They were unable to. Did not give a reason.EDIT : Found out much later they don't cut to size after an honest inquiry.You'll wander around for a bit depending on the hardware you need, but once you find it, you'll have options.

I went last night to buy a 24 pk of soda (I know, weird request from a Home Depot) that the website said they had in stock for my daughter’s upcoming birthday party…turns out they had what I needed, just in a different way than the website described. The associates there still made it happen for me. Each one was rang up individually and they honored the website price. They have the BEST customer service I’ve seen in a quite awhile. Special thanks to Mr. Billy, Ashlei and several others whose names I did not get but were all so nice and helpful.

Now they want you to register as a veteran and make you install their app so they can track everything you purchase. Not happy about that. They gave me the discount this time but said they will no longer do it. I had no problems in Powder Springs last week.

Some good but you can't find people to help you theyld take you and shoe yououple of cause you employees said it was to hot come on now employees were ruled reeb bad. Had to help a veteran load his woodCause he was handclap. He had been out their 23 min.

Visited another named store first, believing they would have better deals on grills, but they did not have the exact style we were searching for. I did a quick search of Home Depot's website and found exactly what were looking for and saw it was available at the nearest store.Came to Home Depot, was greeted by an employee upon walking through the front doors. We quickly found the grill we were looking for, for the same price stated on their website. We found a set of grill utensils for a great price and grabbed those as well. Check out was fast and easy with no issues.

I was once a big fan of the store but that changed today. I placed (and paid) for an order for my contractor to pick up on Friday (we just guessed a day). He tried to pick up that following Monday and all of the cabinets that I paid for were sold, AGAIN! It’s Labor Day, the only day I have off for 2 weeks, and now I have to reschedule my kitchen work for a day that I’m scheduled to work. They offered me $106 dollars off. And for some reason, acted as if I was wrong for being furious! Did I mention that they had to walk the store to get up the rest of the order together? Because no one bothered to even do that!

I'm upset with these people right now. I bought a pitch fork that lasted exactly 2 days before it broke. I haven't had the time to take it back yet. Now I'm going to have to make a special trip just to return it.

Absolutely love going to this location! Bought our flat top stove from there and it works perfectly!! I also love that they have self checkout. The only annoying thing is the employees that congregate around the self checkout and are like "Do you need help?" If I needed or wanted help id ask for it and wouldn't be using the self checkout. 😒 But that's probably just me being antisocial and not liking to be bothered. So overall the store gets 4 stars. And when I do need help the staff almost always knows where everything is.

Asked for help in the electrical dept. Was told someone would be right there. Waited & waited. No one ever came, yet there were associates walking around chatting with each other.Also I did purchase some things and the associate that checked me out, just walked off before I had finished paying.I would be glad to come & teach customer service skills!
