The cashier was very nice. I just went in for treats for my baby after a vet visit. I had no problem finding her a couple of treats she eas chewing on one before we left the store. Lol.

Took my daughter's dog here for a very much needed grooming. The guy (didnt catch his name) did a fantastic job and Maggie loved him. He was professional and I enjoyed talking to him. I will definitely be bringing my dog and Maggie back

We took our pets in for a simple nail trip for one and a pretty difficult grooming for the other, and Bilson was AMAZING!!He was knowledgeable, patient and I was absolutely amazed at how our Goldendoodle looked after Bilson gave him a cut and groom, such a great job, such care and precision. That was a hard cut, all props to Bilson you better hang on to this one Petsense!!!! Great job we will be back!!!

I needed a muzzle for my super sweet pup but he is overprotective of me and to avoid any chances I bought him a muzzle here and the employee was good at helping me find the correct size for his snout. He has snapped at someone before one he isnt very socialized being he was just my support dog for a few years and then covid hit and he hasnt been around many other people but me.Hes generally friendly unless someone gets close to me he growls if someone violates my space so just preventative measures.

Very nice place, clean and organized. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Alexia was the one who took care of me and answered all of my questions. She's such an upbeat , kind person, prices were good and just based on the help I got. I will definitely be back every time I need something for my two pets.

They have what we need and if it's sold out, they order it for me before I even leave the store. They also help me find an alternative to get me through until my order comes in.They price match against many other locations. They a super friendly and extremely helpful. The grooming department is awesome with my dogs, they are patient and kind, especially with the one that are a little more difficult like mine

Always a friendly welcome here when in town and need something for my mom. I wasn’t there to get her dog food for her this time and they brought the big bag of dog food out for my disabled mom. Really appreciate that so much!

Great selections. Many things discounted if you are looking for a bargain. Reasonable prices. I paid $2.00 more for flea and tick than Wallyworld, and I shopped and supported local!! Great owners and great staff. They have pet grooming, and dog tags that are prettier than I've seen.My new go to pet family.

Love love love the employees, how clean & organized the store is every time I go in. Great selection of all your pet needs with reasonable prices on all products. The groomer is absolutely amazing & loves my Bowden, treating him like he was her own. She does that with every animal she grooms. I live in Tallahassee, where there are many good groomers, but she is so good I just wait to visit my family in Bainbridge & take my little fat boy to her. The grooming services are fair & far less than any any other groomer I know.

Love the care they gave in the grooming room for our two pit bulls. The price 😕 was very reasonable. Their store is very well stocked and up to date on the newest trend of foods available for your fur baby. We bought a couple Thunder Shirts for the two of them, treats and new collars.

Very nice store, staff are very friendly and professional. We took our dog in for grooming and Robin did a great job making our baby beautiful! She even took some amazing photos and sent them to us, very nice touch. Highly recommend this business!Update-Took our dog Ginger in today, 4/14/23 for grooming and Bilson did an AMAZING job grooming and de-shedding her. She looks and smells so good and she really liked Bilson which means the world to us. We will be taking her to Bilson from here on out, the man is an outstanding groomer and person! We truly appreciate him!

Got an appointment for the next day and the groomer gave my Opie the best haircut he’s has ever had. It was perfect and when we picked him up he was calm and peaceful. Done in less than 2 hours, just great!

Petsense is the best pet store i have been to as far as customer service. Petsense does not have a large variety of pets to choose from but petsenses employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. I do believe they should expand their variety of pets that they carry. More pets equals more business and more happy customers. But as far as there employees, best customer service from any pet store I have ever been to.

For. The most part i brought dewormer at good price and pet cloths on sale. It was quick checking out and i was in hurry so im happy i got what i needed. Also i felt sure because the Employee said he used on his dog. He was right because its day 5 and she already looking better. No more itching and her stomach isn't bloated anymore. So all and all i will go back just call day of and see if the product in stock before you go. They run out quick very easily but they do get shipments regularly.

Second time I have had a horrible grooming experience. I tried to give them a second chance because I know they are still learning from school. But I can’t return after a second horrible cut. You tell them the specifics of what you want and it turns totally the opposite. I will not be returning. I asked for my Yorkie’s face hair to be trimmed short not completely off. I asked for the hair on top of head to not be touched and it’s choppy now! Totally disappointed! She looks as if she is a different breed now! I will just have to spend the extra money with an experienced groomer from now on! Lesson learned!

This store has gone to trash since the store manager left. The store isn't clean and the staff is always in the office doing whatever among themselves unless the older bald guy is there. Worst mistake you could of made was letting that very intelligent and sweet girl go. She was the only one that ever knew what she was talking about.

Paige is a wonderful groomer. The only certified groomer in Bainbridge,Ga. She is excellent with the fur-babies and goes above and beyond to make my doggie Dexter happy and comfortable. WE definitely recommend Paige and Petsense.
