The drinks are amazing. The food is amazing. The staff is well-mannered and very professional. I'm a regular at this establishment and have never had a bad experience. Frozen mocha and iced vanilla latte are my go to! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Ughhh every time I go it's amazing!!! I love my girls up there!

Been here a few times now and their service and product quality are excellent. There's not a whole lot of unneeded clutter on their menu board, thankfully. They seem to stick to a few good items and they do them well with them being pretty much my breakfast option I appreciate the minimal yet worthy selection. Let me clarify that they're my breakfast choice, but they are open all day and they have the menu to cover your hunger needs throughout the entire day.

This was good. The latte was good and they had breakfast bowls. It was nice to have gluten free options, but the grits weren’t southern style - they had no texture, like eating mashed potatoes. They did taste good enough. But, for a drive through only place, they did good.

We ordered a frozen mocha with an extra espresso shot and a cold brew. Neither drink was as strong as we prefer but the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient which will keep us coming back.

Two stars for the good service and overall good atmosphere, however the coffees were really bad, as well as the smoothies. My wife ordered a Tuscany Toffee and all she tasted was syrup, on top of the fact that the coffee wasn’t hot at all. I ordered what was suppose to be a Pumpkin Spice Latte with an extra shot of espresso, but they used the wrong syrup and forgot the extra shot. Also coffee tasted cold.For the kids, we got them 2 strawberry smoothies that tasted like pure sugar. It’s a shame because we were really excited after seeing the aesthetics of the cafe and the utilization of a double drive thru. It also didn’t help that we searched for a coffee place and this was the only one that popped up within 20 miles, which means they have no competition and no real need to improve their product. We should also add we are from out of town.

I have been wanting to try Ellianos coffee for sometime now but there were never any locations close to me. Oh my goodness- some of the best iced coffee I've ever had! I had the iced Carmella (I believe that was the name) with a blueberry muffin. Delicious! The staff was also very friendly as well despite how busy they were! I do recommend making sure you have some time to spare before you pull into the drive-thru. Slightly longer wait time, but definitely worth the wait!

I originally went on opening weekend and ordered a bacon/egg croissant. I was specific that I did not want cheese. Pulled away as I didn’t want to hold up the line and sure enough, got cheese. Did not get my receipt as I thought to check to see how it was rung up.Went today and was specific about my coffee. Asked for extra/extra Splenda and Cream as I like my coffee sweet and light. I just heated it up as it was only warm when I got it and it’s terrible. It tastes old and is not sweet at all.Was excited to have an Ellianos as I am a Dunkin’ girl and thought this would be an acceptable substitution as I’m not a fan of Starbucks. BTW my friend ordered a Freezer and the straw she was given won’t even reach the top of the lid!The girl was nice but I would have liked to have enjoyed what I ordered. I may give you guys one more, just not sure.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They need to train their employees on how to be professional at all times. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I knew the cashier's name because I would definitely shout her out. Terrible, terrible terrible!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Lately, my experiences with receiving my orders have been horrible. I just left from ordering and my coffee is cold along with my bagel having a weird taste and the strawberry cream cheese taste horrible.

A little expensive, but good coffee. Make sure you tell them whether or not you want cranberries in your chicken salad!! 🤣🤣Some of us Ole southerners DON'T, luckily the girl asked. Thank you sweet baby Jesus.
