Used CVS pharmacy for many years. I think this location's pharmacy dept is just very overwhelmed. It's understandable that the pharmacy might not run smoothly under these circumstances. Maybe they will get some adequate help soon and the issues will be ironed out. They may have issues within their Corporation that we aren't aware of.Hoping for better days or some positive change:)

I have used CVS because I live in a very rural area, they have consistently messed up our prescriptions, the time they said I could pick it up and they have given my husband a med that had no name or how to take it , it had been put back on the shelf and they just gave him a bottle with no name or how to take it !! They close during lunch when most working people need to pick up their meds! Bainbridge CVS does not care, they are there to make their time and go home.Thcarecareatatatptheysupposed to care about! Money and go home

Don't use this pharmacy. If you want courteous service. Some in a timely manner. Or you want the correct prescriptions filled.

Needed an extremely important prescription to keep an infectious disease away from my pregnant wife. Pharmacy didn't have prescription ready until 4:40. I was in the drive through line with 3 kids by 4:45. I was in line behind another car until 4:59. When I pulled forward, they had covered the window with cardboard and refused to acknowledge my existence. As their pharmacy is now closed I cannot even transfer my prescription to the only other open pharmacy in town, and I have to go to THE HOSPITAL for my needs. Do not do business with CVS. Ever. That was the absolute last time we make this mistake.

The store is good employees friendly but the bathroom was something I never thought I'd see in a cvs! The women's restroom gave me PTSD.. cmon cvs y'all are a dang pharmacy/healthy living store need to do better! If not for that I'd have given 5*s

I live in Florida Panhandle and we came up to visit family here. I had the best experience dealing with the Pharmacist on duty today and tech at the counter.I forgot my BP medicine and needed 3 pills to get me through until I get home on Sunday. I just wanted to a good shout out...Way to go, good customer service and thank you. I'm sorry I didn't have to say my name but on time and she had me pulled up on the computer. It was today 2/26/22 at about 10:30 am shift.

Went to CVS today (Sunday July 24th) at 8:20AM and the door was locked. I waited outside for 5 minutes but left. Their hours on the window and on Google both say they open at 8AM. Tried calling also but of course no one answers. Another customer showed up too and tried knocking on the door and no one even came to the door. Very poor customer service. At least come to the door and explain that they got there late or something and give a time frame.

We went to the pharmacy for our Covid booster and we arrived early, but the pharmacist took us early, got us our shots and was very kind, professional and polite. Great experience also checking out with some in store purchases. Overall, a great experience!

very poor pharmacy service. NO ONE ever answers the phone.... I have waited on HOLD for over an hour. I have even waited on hold for someone to pick up and they hang up on me and had call back. The lines are slow in the drive thru, and I just do not have a great experience with them as I do anywhere else. I hate calling them for anything. It is not hard to pick up the phone and acknowledge your customer... I have been at the counter and listen to the phone ring and all employees ignore it. What if someone has a question about their medicine and has to be taken at a certain time, and time is coming up, but NO one is answering, that customer time is passed on taking it. COME on your job is not that hard... You have three or more people behind the counter and not one of you can pick up and take a phone call, if you can not handle your job find another one, and if you all are to busy well get more employees behind the counter....................................

I haven't bought prescriptions here but they do sell nice goods. They sell clothes, groceries, snacks, toys, and many other things. There is a coffee sold here that is only 80 calories named "kittu super coffee" after the Babylonian god of truth. It's very good coffee. I enjoy the food sold here and the cashiers are kind.

I had a tooth pulled needed my pian meds and antibiotics the pharmacy closed up 10min early on 8/30/22 i was pleading to her about her wrong choice jennifer the manager only said sorry as if that would hold my pain off till the morning drive back for my meds reinstall one register to make it right if i only could get back 13yr$ of money loyalty to them vote with your dollars folks

Awful!! Using the drive thru pharmacy and they don't have any type of urgency at all!! They allow people to hold up the line and wait at the window for their prescription to filled leaving 5+ cars in line for more than 10mins
