Went there today and it was closed. 2 signs on the door saying that it was closing, seemingly for the forseeable future. Looked like the shelves were bare. I was just here a few weeks ago.

IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD…….I just came from this place, I bought snacks and household items. I literally stay across the street, and realized one of my candies were expired…it expired 03-28-2023!!! Today is 06-26-2023. I went back to exchange it, this bald head chick with big eyelashes (I think she’s a manager) gonna tell me, “we don’t do exchanges or refunds, once you walk out the store, that’s it” since when?! This ain’t dollar tree. Even the other cashier had to tell her it expired in March…I told her this ish expired in March! So through a series of curse words from me to her and her having a whole attitude, I was able to exchange my candy. Steer clear from this family dollar. Between the boxes on the ground where I seen a guy in the wheelchair couldn’t even get through to the gay dude cashier being snotty, I’d rather drive an extra 2 miles to another family dollar.EDIT: Today is 03-24-24, I went to this family dollar yet again, and they never stay stocked with household essentials. The $5 gain detergent boxes is always out. Also, I noticed they have signs literally everywhere stating “all sales final…no exchanges or refunds” this must be the only family dollar making up their own rules. If I were y’all, I wouldn’t buy ANY food from here with those type of handwritten, typed up rules. Their food is ALWAYS EXPIRED!

I don't know why this store seems to be always so busy with no customers. I call there today and a lady said hello hello hello I can't hear you hello and then hang up in my face. Like this store always have a CASH ONLY OR CARD ONLY ON THEIR DOOR. You will never know what to expect when coming to this store when you want to spend cash or card. It can't never be both. One or the other smh!!!!!

Nasty store. Every aisle I looked at had merchandise all over the place. The cooler area had a huge spill that was not blocked off. Looked like milk. The soda aisle floor was dirty brown and sticky. I see a sign at checkout every time I go that says.."No money back" if you use your debit card. The manager there is as rude as they come. She said her name was Hershey. The employees at this store besides manager are always nice and friendly. Only go there because it is close by. I know it has a high turnover with employees so I will wait to go back after Hershey is either fired or she leaves.

I just had to pick up a few things and head back to work, I was second in line and the other register opened so I went because she asked for card only, took longer I'm noticing her register is not scanning so she's answering everything again by hand the other register everybody is done I'm still waiting but finally she give me my total just very long wait I just wanted to get in and get out plus she had her phone open on the register while she was checking me out kind of fishy because I'm a lot of these people are stealing from customers in these stores I don't want that to happen to me so just saying

Will never visit this location again. Boxes everywhere blocking asiles. Trash outside of store. Customer service from male cashier was unpleasant. No thank you come again. It appeared he was preoccupied. I can overlook him to a degree but not the store appearance. Words can't explain how horrible it looked.

Located off of Covington highway and Memorial Drive in Decatur GA, across from the Shell and the McDonald's. A little crowded with aisles, not stocked up, and they only took cards when I went. The staff was friendly.

This location is great staff amazing and had the items that I was looking for. You can tell we are in a pandemic some of the shelves were empty.

I frequently shop at this location since the 2 closer to me closed, there's a wide variety of inventory however the associates are unpleasant, at least twice i have visited and the same associate is not very friendly and very unwelcoming, seems she even infect the other workers with her unhappy mood and they ignore and dont speak or greet customers, if all the times to be in retail and be a scrooge this is not the season, my opinion she should look for a different line if work if customer service is not for her

There was stock in the way everywhere so you can't really shop like you want to. But other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Twice I've come here early in the morning and the doors have been locked well passed 8am. It is now 8:54 and the door is STILL LOCKED when they're supposed to be open at 8am. 🤷🏽‍♀️
