This was our first time coming to them and it was a fantastic experience! We dropped off our boy at around 9 and got a call that he was ready at around 1pm. We are so happy and pleased with his haircut! He looks so cute and ready for this summer heat! They also did a fantastic job getting rid of all the matting that occurred due to him having a cast, and they were so great working around his cast and making sure that they didn’t get it wet pet vets orders!Our puppy looks and feels great and we will for sure be back for more grooming sessions!

I took our 80 pound goldendoodle here for the first time, who was in desperate need of a summer cut, and they did a fantastic job cutting him down and keeping his face, ears, and tail also trimmed and short. My 11.5 year old boy looks like a puppy again!I called many dog groomers trying to get an appointment, and all of them were either not taking new clients, or were on a multi month wait. Dog Feathers was able to see my dog in 2 weeks. The staff was all very sweet, personable, and helpful, and the price was on par with all other groomers we've used in the past. I'll definitely be going here again for his next cut!

We just moved to Atlanta and had the hardest time finding a groomer that could get our 25lb poodle in a timely manner. However, these guys got her in the next day! The two workers are extremely nice and professional. My dog was so overdue for a haircut, was very matted, and I was expecting her to be completely shaved. Yet, she came out looking amazing! They worked through Tangles that I never thought they’d be able to get out, and cut her in just the style I asked for (teddy bear doodle cut). Thank you guys so much!! We will be back for sure!I also read some reviews saying the customer service was rude and abrasive. What I experienced today was far from that. These guys are very upfront about everything going on, and make their expectations as the groomers known. People sometimes take that the wrong way, but as someone who’s worked in the customer service industry I can tell you the way they deal with customers is exactly how every person should.

Stella (Mae) got her groom back! Al and Warner are absolutely wonderful. Stella started howling in positive anticipation as we drove up (first visit with zero positive framing from me), as if we were approaching the dog park. She left happy, not stressed like she is after visits to a certain big box groomer. Al has groomed for 50 years, is absolutely angelic in his pet care and masterful at his craft. My dog, Aleeza, has been being groomed at DogFeathers for about five years. She began going there when we first adopted her from a rescue group. They were kind with her and very patient.We've been going there since. The staff is knowledgeable, responsive, dependable, and personable. My pet loves being there!

Our regular groomer was unavailable so we tried DogFeathers. Not only is their base price way more than our regular groomer, they ended up including a 20% markup for add-ons. One of the add-ons was a second bath after he urinated in the kennel he was in. Well, they had him for over 6 hours, of course at some point he would need to go. We were told the dogs were walked during their stay. The other add-on was for "extra hands". Every other groomer we've used had only two hands and got the job done for a lot less. We won't return.

First time customer but I'm hooked! To be fair, I've paid the same price at other locations and gotten more services than what's offered here but when I came to pick up my dog, I heard one of the staff talking to the dog he was working on. He was telling the dog what a good boy he was and how good he was going to look with his haircut. 😍😍 So sweet! I'll definitely be back.

I had my dog groomed and was told she needed to come back to finish the grooming. I was told they would call back on Monday to bring her in. The groomer said they were usually off but he would make an acceptance. I never got a call so I waited and called back later in the week. I scheduled for the following week. My son brought her over for the scheduled appointment and was told they couldn’t take her. No apology, no reschedule of appointment.

This establishment set the bars so high that they are second to none! They’re simply the best at what they do and no other pet grooming shop can match them in Atlanta or in the whole the nation for that matter. Al and Mark not only make your dog looks like it supposed to look like which is beautiful work but each pet is well cared and treated with respect and unconditional love. If you are looking for factory setting where you need your pet to just get by, this is not the place for you: they are very attentive to detailand goes an extra mile to make sure your dog is healthy and happy!

Warner was friendly, professionally, and loving towards my aunt's fury baby. She would not let anyone touch her. We have been kicked out of 2 Petsmarts. I guess Warner has the magic puppy touch! We will definitely be back.

I have the sweetest pitbull mix and I called to get an appointment and he said they don’t take pitbulls. In case they act up he said. Dog discrimination! Obviously not true dog lovers.
