We absolutely love this place for our fur babe. We’ve been going here for almost a year and never had a bad experience. My puppy loves everyone here and can’t wait to walk in and get groomed. He always looks great and everyone is very knowledgeable of what we needed to do when he had skin issues. Recommend natural ways to heal his skin and it works. They definitely have great prices and always make my baby boy feel and smell good.

Absolutely love the haircuts my doodle gets at this place! He looks adorable and he is happy when we pick him up.They have consistently gotten his "face" cut correct. Other places have given him really dumb haircuts but here he is cute and fresh and soft.

Summer knows her craft. Lacey went in with scary long hair (I tried y'all) and came out a better, cuter version of herself. With BOWS. Staff is great. New space is delightful. They make you feel right at home, only better.

They are so nice and really care about the dogs. I like the fact that they do the puppy cuts first to get lil puppies used to having their hair cut so they won't be scared. And they do such a great job with the grooming, my puppy looks so cute and happy now.

My vet recommended Woof Gang for grooming my German Shepherd. They were awesome with her! She is reactive to other dogs, and had me to bring her in an hour before opening. I felt very special for them to have made such accommodations! Rebecca did an awesome job with my Storm, and before all was said and done, they were pals! I highly recommend for grooming!

They always take such good care of my two little wiener dogs. They are very gently and listen to any issues our dogs might be having. i.e. one has had back surgery so they are extra gentle and supportive of her spine.

The people are friendly, and they seem dog knowledgeable yet when I made the appointment I DID let them know that my Great Pyrenees IS a Working Livestock Guardian. They could not get him dried (he tried biting the hose to the dryer "not the person" wouldn't have happened if they used a muzzle like I asked), I offered to bring a muzzle they said they had some...but then they would NOT use one once we were there. They did NOT clean his ears at all, and told me that his tail was too matted and needed to be shaved. I was told he also went after another dog, while he is a working dog this dog has gone to pet stores and public parks and more and never once had an issue with another dog. Once I got home and used a shop vac set to "Blow" I got him dried off and brushed out, and with a little Cowboy magic conditioner I got his tail combed out with a REGULAR de-shedding comb/rake with no issues at all, no biting at the hose of the LOUD shop vac or anything. There were literally NO matts in his tail, it was just compacted fur that literally just needed to be combed out like any dog with a double coat needs. I got about a whole dogs worth of fur off of his body, where he clearly was not treated to a de-shed at the groomers. I paid 75$ to have my dog bathed, nails done, ears done, anal glands, and a de-shed. And I got back a clean/bathed dog who had his nails done but that was ALL they did. Even when I suggested muzzles (cause I waited for him there) they didn't wish to and said he was getting too stressed. He is a working dog I told them from the get go that ANY time he is away from his Livestock he's stressed... Thus the offer for bringing muzzles and asking them to use a muzzle. But instead I end up having to do the job my damn self from home...after paying to have so called professionals do it for me. I am not sure I will use them again at all, I used to be a groomer and while yes I CAN do my own dogs, I do not have the correct equipment at my home to do it as easily and have a broken pelvis right now so I tried to make it easier on myself by taking him to a grooming salon...

Will the owner please contact me?? I had a negative experience today. After speaking with Grace, the rude manager, she said she would have the owner call me immediately. That was 3 hours ago. Yet, another LIE! Kelly 06/21/23.Update: In speaking with the owner, now I understand the lack of professionalism is from top down—way down. The staff and management in the Augusta location are clueless teenagers. The owner was unapologetic and defensive. He did not listen to my concerns. He was too busy making excuses. Paws in Paradise is my new spa for my fur baby.

Woofgang is the best! We love taking our pup their to meet new dog friends and say hi to the sweet staff! They really care about dogs here. We used to take our girl to PetSmart to be groomed. Last time I took her, she was terrified when we walked into the grooming portion of the store. But at Woofgang, when I picked her up, she ran to see me then ran straight back to the groomer and followed her to the grooming station! They obviously take good care of their animals. And for a very reasonable price too! The treats are so cute and fun. Woofgang will always be our go-to spot to spoil our little girl!

My doodle was a hot mess when I took him in to be groomed. He’s a rescue and hadn’t been groomed in a year. Hailey did an awesome job getting him looking like a brand new man!

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Long story short, I took my dog on for a full groom. The shaved him down. Exactly the opposite of what I wanted. The owner tried to chop it up to poor communication on her groomers part. So I gave them a second chance. Took him in again today and the first thing they said was they would have to shave his tail. I said no and stormed out of there. His tail is the only fluffy thing left of him! I took him to a local groomer, and we got the small mat brushed out in less than ten minutes and had no discomfort on his end. He laid there the entire time and slept. The are clipper happy. And rude. Don't waste your time.

Very Cute boutique! We stopped in to get some birthday treats with our pup and the staff was super nice. Prices are reasonable and a huge selection. They also offer grooming services, but we didn't go there for that. Maybe next time! We will be going back.

I have been taking my older dog to Woofgang Grooming for almost a year and I absolutely love it!! I’ve gone to 3 different groomers and Summer is by far my favorite. I brought my new puppy in for her first groom yesterday and Summer took such good care of her! She gave me a good run down of my puppy did and made the recommendation I bring her back every 2-3 weeks so she gets more comfortable for future grooms! I can’t recommend this place enough!!

This is the Cutest place!! The dogs had a Blueberry Facial!!!. Even our Ecko who doesnt like bath time had the biggest smile on her face when we received the pictures from the staff. And it cost Less!!! than Petsmart and Petco for 2 dogs

Great place for dogs. They have changed location but their customer service is still amazing. Never had an issue with them. Currently take my dog every 2-3 weeks for his bath, nails, and the usual. I find no place better than here. I would recommend. Great customer service and place is clean.

Customer service is great. The cookies are way too hard, my dog wouldn't eat them as is. I ended up crushing them into smaller pieces for him to even consider eating the cookies.

This is my first time owning a dog that has to maintain a haircut. All of the groomers are great and are very helpful and informative about what you need to work on with your dog in order for your dog to become better with grooming and in general. Kelcie did an AMAZING JOB grooming my Morkie especially since this was his first time getting a full haircut. She definitely exceeded my expectations! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WOOF GANG!!!
