Happened upon this shop while visiting an establishment next-door. I am a nerd for birds, though admittedly, I am not a subject matter expert. I browsed for a few minutes, and honestly didn't have any intention of buying because I am a cheapskate that prefers to compare prices (or diy). But Jennifer, the associate who greeted me, was SO knowledgeable, and eager to give me a quick education about some helpful tech hints in bird identification, free of cost. It's a cute shop, clean, well-organized. But the real gem in there is Jennifer, who was willing to explain and teach me a few things without any expectation of a sale. Because of that, I will return and buy in the future!

I was greeted when entering the clean and well organized store. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable helping me with my questions on finding the correct pole and adapter for my newly acquired camera bird feeder. I've gotten cheaper birdseed from other stores but the bags were full of dust and filler the birds just toss. Not here though, their bird seed has always been clean and high quality.I definitely recommend this store for anyone wanting to attract birds to their yard.

I had a return to make of a product that was damaged and the store manager was amazing. Completly helped resolve the concern and made me feel like my business was valuable ...I will be returning because they back their products and make it easy to do business. We like to get bird food here, and it is nice to support a locally owned business.

Marcia has been extremely helpful every time I've visited the store. I'm a novice at this and she has been very helpful and supportive of my attempt to learn! I like that they remember me when I come in the store. The fact that it's a locally owned franchise is another reason I shop there. I try to support small businesses and the store is the only "bird" store in my area. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Super nice people, who know A LOT about birds. It's a bit pricey, but worth it to get nice bird things verses somewhere like Lowe's where your seed mix is mainly just stuff your bird won't eat. They have a build your own bird feeder stand section that is amazing! It has things you would have never thought of to hold bird food that makes so much sense once they point it out.

The employees are super friendly and helpful. They have lots of bird and wildlife feeding and housing products as well as gifts and yard decor. They also help local adoptable pets with donations and fosters.

Today was my first and last time visiting this store with my two daughters, who love birds and are enthusiastic explorers. Towards the end of our visit, my youngest made the windchimes "sing," and was glared at by a sales associate. When I set my daughter down to collect change from my purchase and my daughter went to get her stuffed animal friend as we prepared to leave, the sales associate raised her voice extremely sternly: "NO! DON'T TOUCH the windchimes." I was as startled as my daughter (who was already past the windchimes). The sales associate made a remark about how sometimes children "respond better when the correction comes from her," which made me uncomfortable - she had made a decision to not bother engaging the parent to parent their own child and took the liberty of doing so herself. We left quickly and I called back after I regained my composure and let her know that her tone and actions were unappreciated and inappropriate - instead of speaking unkindly and sternly to my young daughter, she should have asked me to correct her. She was dismissive on the phone, and I did not get a sense that me or my children's exposure to the joys of birding through the WBU shop was anywhere as important as her making her point, or keeping children's hands off the windchimes. Not a child friendly store, or a respectful employee.

I love Wild Birds Unlimited! Everyone is so helpful and they don't mind taking the time to answer all your questions. Very nice folks. If you're into feeding birds or bird watching I would highly recommend WBU!

This place was great they had everything I needed but it's a bit high on there stuff I don't know why they want to charge so much when you can get it a little cheaper else where but I like the place
