I would never trust my pet my baby in the hands of someone who's focus is more on money than providing medical care. They charge a $30 fee just to book an appointment, a fee that does not go towards appointment cost. Do better people. Be better people. Money is the root of all evil. Neither money nor evil have no business in healthcare.

Always amazing when emergency issues come up. Our cat had a urinary blockage and the vet very quickly saw him, gave him a catheter and fluids to immediately get him ready to drive up to Columbia for surgery - something they could have done but they aren't open 24hours so he needed more supervision than was possible. But seriously, so much care and thought went into preparing him for the hour drive and incredible compassion during follow up visits. I cannot recommend them enough for how great they are with cats!

This was a visit that was going to be very hard since I had to put my 14 year old cat asleep last year and now I was bringing a new one to get a checkup through the same door that I took my other cat in for a very bad end result. Walking in I felt very comfortable and knew I could make it through this and needed to for my new cat. Everyone from the front door to vet support team greeted us warmly and that was just what I needed to survive the visit. Losing your pet no matter how old, is like losing a family member. The new cat is going to help me heal but will never replace the other one. It was hard to go back but I knew they were caring and I decided to just call and make that appointment and I went. Glad I am back and feeling good about it. I didn't want to change vets but was emotional about the lost cat and memories, but also knew my new cat needed the expertise and care the other one received. So I didn't change vets. I put on a brave face and it all worked out.

I have been very impressed with this clinic. They have taken very good care of my kitties and preformed a neuter on my youngest cat. The staff is wonderful and handles my babies with care! The best and most affordable vet clinic I have been to in Augusta yet.

These people charged TWENTY SIX DOLLARS FOR A NAIL TRIM. Never in my 10+ years of going to the vet have I ever been charged for a nail trim during an annual visit. If it’d been something reasonable or if it was the only thing I came in for, maybe five to ten dollars id bite my tongue. But this is just greedy and price gouging. I recommend going elsewhere.IF YOU ARE DOING ANYTHING AT ALL THAT WILL INCUR A CHARGE, YOU SHOULD TELL THE CUSTOMER IMMEDIATELY. If I’d been TOLD there would be a charge I would have just done it myself. The fact they were not transparent at all is the problem here.

Very pleased. I got to see Mrs. Jennifer this time when I haven't been able to because of the vivid break out. My dog loves her and he met a good buddy lol name Mr. Charlie. I rescued my dog from being abused and usually he does not like any man but with Charlie it was so different. He walked up to him and let Charlie pet him and he gave Charlie kisses and a hand shake. Thank you everyone for being good to my baby and thank you everyone for helping and being so kind. I give everyone an A plus.

I’ve taken my two cats here for the last few years and have had nothing but a positive experience. My one cat is quite difficult at the vet, and the techs and vet have always made an effort to make sure she feels comfortable. Great service, friendly staff!

As a military family, we move quite a bit and occasionally use an off base vet. Our experiences have been positive so I was looking forward to trying this clinic. While the vet techs & assistants were very sweet, they had a difficult time securing previous records for my pup. We’ve never had issues securing previous records like we had here. I had to physically bring records as I was told she was unable to get a hold of my records even though I was able to call my previous vet and get a digital copy within 15 mins. I also do not like the fact that they are not as straightforward with costs. Their visit and follow up costs are pretty high compared to other places and I would have preferred if they were upfront about it. They’ve only seen one of our dogs but I think we’ll have both seen on base so we won’t have paperwork issues and have to pay for overpriced visits.

THE BEST VET OFFICE IV EVER BEEN TO! moving here from new york iv had a really bad experience at a different office when i first moved here after coming here iv been nothing but satisfying and completely involved at each visit on educated on any problems or medications. i suggest everyone start coming to this office! my parents and my brother and sister in law are also switching over!

Made an appointment for my 16 yr old dog on July 1st. Was told because I was a first time patient they would require a $30 deposit which would be applied to my services. My appointment was on July 5. On July 4th someone called and said they would not be able to take my dog because of a vet emergency. Didn’t know when the vet would be back in but would call and reschedule. I called another vet on the 5th and they took us right in. I have called Walton Way twice and they still haVe not refunded my $30, today is 41 days!

My little girl had an infection in her eye. She and I both have terrible anxiety but due to COVID I had to stay in my car. The staff were so kind and compassionate and let me know how she was doing every step of the way. The vet was very clear in her suggestions and recommendations.

My son has been taking his canine Cambria there and they always are in high standing with us because they treat her wonderfully. This is the best place to bring your pets too. Cambria has been coming here since she was like 2 weeks old and they continued to be awesome!

The Walton Way Vet Clinic is full of amazing vet techs, receptionists, veterinarians ETC! Every time I come by for a service or call in a panic because my cat did something she wasn’t supposed to, the people at WWVC are always so kind, patient, and understanding. I’m never made to feel weird for treating my cat like she’s my baby or for worrying over small hiccups because they understand that pets are our littlest family members. There’s so much empathy and care radiating from the people here. I wouldn’t choose any other clinic to take care of my cat now that I know how much this clinic prioritizes its patients and the family that loves them. Thanks for everything y’all do, ESPECIALLY in these times!!

Walton Way Veterinary Clinic completely saved the day today!! I called with a request for them to see my pug who had gotten a cut just beneath her eye. Dr. McMillen was able to see her almost immediately, even though she had a full schedule. The reassurance that the staff was able to provide, along with the excellent care makes this the best veterinary clinic around. I could never thank them enough for what they did for my furry family today!!

I called Walton Way Veterinary Clinic in a near panic over my sick dog Monday morning. I was a first time customer and I didn't have any records for my pup. They were awesome! They had me and my dog in the clinic a half hour later, the staff was friendly and kind and even got in touch with my old veterinarian to retrieve records for me. Dr.Vann and the vet tech, Pamela, handled my 80 pound pitbull with care and genuinely listened to me when I described symptoms and history. Thanks to them my fur-baby is feeling much better and I know where I can find dependable care! So glad I found them!
