i just want to say: Mrs. Robin… i love her. she was so kind and very positive towards the customers including me. i asked for a special request on my cake and she kept it simple and got the job done effortlessly. great customer service. her smile can brighten most people’s day. we need more people like her in this world. please any manager or general manager, give Mrs. Robin in the bakery area a raise, she deserves it.

Good store. The employees are friendly and say hello when you enter! I'm not used to that at Walmart Stores! So it's a nice surprise when the nice ladies say hello! Very neat and clean and always have promo items up front! The deli and bakery is good too! Good store management!

Should just have a sign post at what time someone could be available for cake decoration. Being off on a late lunch from 5-6:30 PM would miss the shopping wave.On the bright side, I was able to find someone to inform me on the absence of one and they were polite.

Jewelry section is lacking punctuality and respecting people’s time. I’ve waited for 40 minutes for an associate to come over. Couldn’t literally find the help, moreover they lost 2 customers who were willing to buy stuff.

They make it as hard as possible to get to family planning items. I had to wait in the customer service line for the lady to walk my wife and I over there to unlock the glass. So much for encouraging safe sex, it added 20+ minutes to our shopping trip.

Lots of empty shelves, but friendly staff that'll look for items in the back if you ask. All self check out. Don't get run over by the order pickers in the narrow isles.

I went into this Walmart yesterday, I was in the clearance isle with my daughter and a Walmart worker came and grabbed my child off my buggie and proceeded to throw her up in the air and try to tickle her. I was so scared because 1 I don’t know this person 2 I still have no reason in my head why he should have touched my child. 3 we aren’t the same race and I was worried someone might have thought I was just trying to be extra. I want you to be aware that a man with the name starting with a G and ends with an O is a black man who wears glasses had no right to do that and should be told to NEVER touch anyone’s children without consent. I went back to tell a manager and when I went back to return my item I purchased I seen him was going to tell the manager but you could see she was already visibly mad I wasn’t trying to make the situation worse. I know I should have spoken up when he grabbed my child I was just in complete shock and was just frozen in disbelief. I want every parent who takes their child here to please be careful!

Very unprofessional. No one is never available to answer your questions or take time out to answer their phone. When asked, you are either passed off to someone else or clearly hung up on. This is not how you treat your loyal customers. I will be definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

The majority of the employees are lazy and rude. I cannot tell you how many times I have tried to get assistance before buying something and the person I ask walks away from me, but not before looking at me as if I did something wrong expecting them to help. I have had managers even cross the line, and a loss prevention supervisor accuse me of stealing and embarrassed me in front of several other customers. I should have sued them for public embarrassment and defamation of character. But I will let God deal with the things they do. As a former GM my suggestion would be for them to reevaluate their hiring requirements and hire people who actually have and can demonstrate good customer service skills, instead of discriminating on people with a criminal background. Tighten up Walmart, because regardless how big and successful your brand is, you can go bankrupt like so many other top brands

Ordered something for pickup. No one answers the phone when you get there. Then when you get someone they have no idea what's going on... Literally got told, "I don't about your order. I just deliver groceries."Finally got part of my transaction done at pickup, but I still had to go into the store to finish things up. Not worth ordering online and paying for it because you waste more time trying to get your order and still have to go into the store anyway. How did that save me anything? Costs more time, the way I figure it.

There was a lot of merchandise sitting around in the aisle waiting to be put up. In their aisle where employees were stocking, they were having personal conversations instead of stocking. People were trying to get down the aisle, and they didn't move. It was more important to discuss where they went last night to impress a girl. I don't care about anyone's love life, I just need to get my groceries and go. There are always people roaming the parking lot. Sometimes, I set in my car before I get out so I can see who is walking around.

I understand stores are experiencing great loss due to theft. Maybe there’s another solution instead of placing so much under lock and key. From soap to arts and craft material.Assistance buttons don’t bring assistance because they are short on staff. It’s too much.Walmart, I believe you’re going to find you are going to loose more money as people, like me take my business else where. My time is too valuable to run back and forth to customer service to get someone to open the lock for every item in every department that I find secured.Maybe hiring security (bonded not “hey you” assignments) would have been a better investment.Either way, it’s a no for me.

I wish I could do negative stars the manager is rude and involves cops for no reason at all I walked into the store with my 1 year old and our service dog puppy(does not have his vest yet as to why in the buggy) sittin on a blanket in the buggy with my 8 year old and 2 year old to get a few things I was heading to the restroom and right by the restroom is customer service and right there she tells me I have to leave with my dog don't give my kids time to use the restroom before or nothing and gets the cops in there cause i continued to let my 8 year old go into the bathroom before she had an accident do not go in this store also I have been in multiple walmarts with him the same way I did here and NOONE said anything.

They did not have organic peaches, which is what I specifically wanted. They did have a good range of rice and beans.There was an odor which could have been customers breath. Maybe the store can put a toothbrush and paste in the front of store to remind those of good oral hygiene and how important that is to health and those around.

All I see is employees just walking around doing nothing. I have been in automotive for 20 minutes waiting on an associate to come. I have pressed the button I don't know how many times. I have walked to electronics and asked for help. All they did was call out over the intercom. This is ridiculous. If you're no going to have anyone come then EVERYTHING DOESN'T NEED TO BE IN A CAGE

The best hands down in Augusta GA. They treat you like you're the biggest inconvenience they've encountered. After several calls and hangups later, I gave up. At 235pm today I called and was transferred to a ringing phone several times. When it kicks it back to the call center, they just pickup and hang up. I'm pretty sure someone can look up the store inventory and answer the simple question, if they have a phone in stock. Guess I'll never know. If someone doesn't want their job, go home, don't work, but don't make it harder than it should be. This is not your neighborhood Walmart, this is the ghetto give you an attitude Walmart.

Always full of customers with limited staff at registers but always three employees watching you. Uncomfortable environment, full of accusatory employees and rudeness. I only shop here because other stores are more expensive. If there was a more viable option I would never go back into another Walmart again... not in Richmond County.

Excellent customer service and hunt for duck.Picked up a Vizio for my bedroom. Everything is stocked well and the aisles are no longer packed and hodgepodge. Very clean.

I placed an order online on Friday and because it was a 2 hour delay Walmart gave me an option to either reschedule for delivery or pick up. Shovonda came out after the young man tried to help me. The order was to be delivered to my sister’s residence. But because of the two hour delay I choose to pick it up the next day on Saturday afternoon. Received messages to pick up my order. I waited patiently for 30 minutes only to be told my $127.85 order was cancelled and it was cancelled right after I chose to pick it up. Shovonda came out to tell me the order was cancelled I called customer service and they told me it’s ready for pick up. Went inside spoke to Shovonda’s boss over the phone from a kind associate I wish I knew her name to thank her on here. Long story Shovonda was off shift walking with a cart. Saw me and turned around with a quickness. Rolled her eyes when she saw me. And I told her higher ups I will be filing a complaint after she walked up to my car for the second time with an attitude telling me to call customer and get your refund. So to Shovonda Miss Lady the employees and management knows of your unprofessionalism and “Kindness goes a long way, it’s when you’re unkind it goes nowhere.”

Me and my partners went to this location to find some serious mass powder and fruits the team lead Linda didn’t know the people around her came with me and they heard her talking about me badly I don’t know her and she don’t know me but she needs to be firedI will not be coming back to this location again and I am going to put in a complaintThis type of behavior coming from a team lead I could imagine how the people that’s under her act

Not sure why they require credit card or money. They seem to randomly decide. Then the policy if no Apple or Google pay is gone. It's becoming like a circus of what they decide you can pay with. I can go online & order. But to be delivered . They hold too much money. In PA. For a $60 some delivery . They decided to charge around $230. To hold . Free delivery . To get that money back. Is a 10 day hold. Then if not. Phone calls to see why . Best bet . Order your stuff . While at home or in store . Pick it up & leave. It's easier than checkout.

Compared to some of the other Walmarts in the area, I have to give this one a 3 star. Many shelves were left unstocked or messy, the floors dirty, and just generally a little more disorganized than others. All the staff were friendly and I was able to find what I needed to.

I bought a computer table and found out it's used and broken and i also bought a office chair. Guess what it is missing the bottom base the arm rest. 😡 come on Walmart!!!!! 🤦‍♀️ I need this store to do better!!! If I pay a lot of money Please make sure all the items are in their boxes!!!!! So now I'm thinking this store doesn't check the returned items 😕 they just put them back on the shelves to be resold
