672 fury’s ferry rd AugustaMy daughter and I come to this Walgreens often. It’s close to our house. Today we came in needing dry shampoo and to pick up our photos. The last couple of dry shampoos we purchased didn’t work very well. While reading reviews on different brands several people said “spray some on a strand and see if you like it”. The world tries out body sprays and perfumes so it made sense to me. My daughter and I go and see a brand we haven’t yet purchased. Cost is about five dollars, not much at all and is a bright pink can - looks pretty! We proceed to spray a pinch and wait a sec to see if we like it while we walk towards the photo department-Ehh it’s okay. So so. While walking I leave the can on a different aisle and proceed. I purchase my daughters Christmas photos and a lady comes behind the counter holding the pink dry shampoo and says “you’re buying this correct”! My ten year old daughter is with me so I kindly respond, uhh sure and reach for the can. She pulls back from me so I cant reach it and says “no! no! I’ll ring you up right here”.. She does and I pay and turn around to leave and she very LOUDLY and condescendingly says “HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY NOW”. I didn’t fully understand what had just happened until after I was out the door and in my vehicle. She was extremely rude and made my daughter and I feel very upset. Did she follow us through the store? Did she think we were going to steal? Why did she treat us that way? Is it the way we look? Week before last when the lady towards the front of the store squirted a pinch of body spray on her wrist to try out the scent did she do the same to her? I hated every second of it and struggled answering my daughters questions because I didn’t fully know why. Still don’t. I do know that I don’t ever want her to feel that way ever again.

Pharmacy is dangerously negligent and should be investigated. They mixed up my father’s heart medications, put the same meds in two different medication bottles. Turns out my elderly father’s BP climbed up dangerously high, even though he thought he was taking his meds. When I looked at the pills closely, identical pills were in two very different medication bottles! I’m still getting to the bottom of what happened, what pills are actually in these bottles. Sadly, in the meantime my father is still trying to manage a BP of 194-100, his medical team and his family are worried he will suffer a stroke. Don’t risk your life and use this pharmacy. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this pharmacy location should be under criminal investigation.

Avoid, at least until corporate fixes their computers. Short version, bought a product, attempted to return it unopened 3 times, they claim there is no record of the sale in their system, transaction with their store number is clearly processed through my card as evidenced by record on bank app, they offer a store credit saying it’s good for anything in the store, but it isn’t, there are exceptions. Now I have a store credit that’s only good on items I wouldn’t buy at Walgreens when I wanted a refund and they have the product back.

Slowest pharmacy ever. Took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Waited over 15 minutes even after making it to the window. Then when I got home, the prescriptions in the bag were the wrong medications and were meant for someone else. The bags had my name and the bottles had someone else’s name with the wrong medication…….. how does something like this happen?

by far the worst place that I 've visited. checked in for my daughter's Covid vaccine shot and waited 30 minutes just to get the shot. And while receiving her shot, the girl didn't even pinched her arm but just stick a needle in her arm without using the other hand for support and started to squeeze the syringe into her arm. how dangerous that is!!! (I went to school for LPN) Plus, Melissa at the window was bragging her status with the company that lets her move to different store to work however, she didn't even know how to input information for customer info related to covid vaccine shot to the computer that Liz had to come to her aid 3 times in a row. In addition, on their website which allows people to schedule covid shots along with flu shots but the same girl who gave my daughter covid shot was turning people down for wanting to get two shots-flu and covid vaccine at the same time. Saying, "I don't recommend". If the store doesn't recommend something like that then, why do they allow for it to be scheduled at the same time on their website??? Someone in upper management needs to come to this store and check on their work performances or the lack of.

This Walgreens has the slowest pharmacy ever!!!! Just got in the drive thru line as the 4th car, and it was exactly 30 minutes later when done and pulling away. That is unacceptable. And this happens on a regular basis. They have no more or less staff than other pharmacies, the employees are just slow.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I know I am going to do the same.

Pharmacy staff are rude. Don't ever try to get prescriptions sent here electronically. I have to hand carry prescriptions or they will tell me I have none. I miss the Rite Aid that Walgreens bought out and closed.

Staff were cold, rude, and unhelpful to resolve a medication mixup that’s resulted in a huge amount of stress and inconvenience for our family 😕 we won’t be using this pharmacy in the future.

So tired of the excuses the pharmacy personnel use, and the way they dismiss customers. I don't care if you have a doctorate in your field your customers pay your salary . You guys better wake up and work on your customer service!
