I came in this morning with a broken phone on a prepaid account. Cyd was absolutely amazing. She swapped me over to a postpaid account and got me the new S24 with protection.Will definitely be recommending the location to others and sending them in to see Cyd directly.

They were very helpful however I was signed up for insurance on my new phone without my permission. I found out when I received an email a week later stating I would be charged $17 a month for it. It then took me over an hour on the phone to cancel such policy. Pretty shady practice. I would suggest that you check every paper you sign as they cannot be trusted.
