After 4 previous plumbers who didn’t have a clue, Mr. Johnny and his teammate have saved the day. He made a small cut, found the issue, and fixed it swiftly. Big James, Tony and Alex provided prompt and friendly service. They were knowledgeable and explained the process as they were working. They had no problem with me observing and did not make me feel like I was in the way. The price I was quoted is the price I paid. I immediately felt comfortable with letting Johnny into my house. He was very friendly. Johnny was very thorough and cleaned my pipes of old lead solder and debris that had been slowing my hot water flow for years. He did a great job rebuilding my faucets, and I like the way they look and work.

Mike did an excellent job in restoring our hot water. He and Judge are a great team and work well together. His workmanship is top notch! Even though the work had to be completed on the weekend to prevent interruption to business operations, they were a joy to work with. In addition to the quality workmanship they were professional in regards to their lighthearted conversation and great customer service. Judge ensured that entire area was cleaned up prior to leaving. Mike was great. Unclogged the toilet and explained what caused the problem so we don’t do it again. He was professional but not condescending at all. He even took time to pet the dogs. Great service and we will definitely use again. I did not feel like I was overcharged and their service was worth every penny.They must be a good company because the first plumber I called recommended them.Universal should be your first and only call.

Our family has used Universal Plumbing for many years. So when our water heater went out we knew who to call. Our technician, Aikeem, was on time and very professional. He checked out our old unit. When the pilot light refused to light, Aikeem went over our options. When it was determined that we needed a new unit, Aikeem called the warehouse, had the new water heater delivered, and set out removing the old unit. Within four hours we had a new water heater. He did excellent work.

I called Universal Plumbing and informed them of the problems that I was having on a late afternoon and they set my appointment up for 2 days later in the morning. Johnny and associate came, looked over what the problem was told me what was going on what it was going to cost to fix it and I said well how long will that take and he said they would probably have it all done today. They took care of my problem. They were thorough and they cleaned everything up put everything back and was done and less than 4 hours which really surprised me and I'm so thankful that they were here to help me with my Plumbing issues. Rae did a very good job. I set at the kitchen table while he worked on my kitchen sink. He disconnected my old faucet and sprayer then he placed all the old pieces and parts in a trash bag and cleaned up everything before he left.
