I just discovered reviews for Trophy & Gift Center. Had I known I could have done this in 2008, I would have. It was then that I brought in a replica of an 1862 NCO sabre with a stainless steel scabbard to have some engraving done to it, as I was presenting it to one of my NCOs who was retiring from the Army. They were very gracious and patient while I was selecting the type of fonts I wanted to use. It was ready for me to pick up less than a week later and I was very impressed with the quality of work. I did make a point to tell other NCOs and Officers about Trophy & Gift Center, so they too may use them when needed.

Would give negative zero stars if I could. When I called to see if they did engraving the lady responded “we engrave a lot of things what did you want engraved” in a very rude manner instead of saying “hi yes! We do what were you looking to get engraved” when I went on to tell her what I wanted engraved she went “WHAT?!” After that I said nvm and ended the call. If you don’t want to work then go home and be broke there’s no reason for you to be rude to any new customers that are willing to spend money with your business.
