Absolutely love Tractor Supply and this dog toy. Its a rabbit trainer and makes a grunt sound when he bites down. The store is well stocked even for the holidays and not once but twice associates found me in the aisle and asked if I needed any help! Highly recommend !

UNSANITARY WOMEN'S BATHROOMSAfter bathing my dog I went to use the restroom only to find two stalls the toilet paper was on the ground and the other was on the back of the toilet. It is very unsanitary to have multiple people handling the toilet paper including the floor. How are people supposed to feel safe to use your restrooms when there is no sanitary product's to wipe with.

TSC has the horse feed and supplies I need. They are happy to load in my car and order supplies not available in the store. They go above and beyond in getting what you need from other stores for your horses.Brought in 2 average sized halters I purchased at the Thomson store did not fit my horses. Darnell was happy to order 2 large in the colors I wanted in transit should be at store soon.Always available to help with bags of horse feed my days of lifting are long over. No long lines to check out. Always a pleasure to shop here.

Came during the end of day for propane for an emergency. They had no intention on helping us. Said it was down for the night. I asked to speak to manager. She wouldn't help or even offer any suggestion. The employee DJ was not about to help us- lazy.. Really poor customer service. The girl at the couner did make a suggestion which wasn't bad. But I wasn't going to waste my money there. Went to Walmart.

Absolutely love this place. They have tools, work clothes, shoes/boots, items for multiple types of animals and my favorite - dog bath. $10 per dog is a great deal (please clean up after yourself). They have soaps, towels and a blower. The staff is wonderful and helpful and they even have a mobile vet that comes in. My dogs love their in-house brand dog food and it saves me money after prices went skyhigh.

Watch the prices listed on the shelves at the Bobby Jones Augusta, Georgia store. I went in to pick up some bird seed that was marked for 12.99 and when I went to ring it up, it rang up for 24.99. The employee admitted that it was a mistake on their part but they would not honor the price that they had listed. The orange bag behind the purple bags are clearly marked for $24.99 but the purple bags are clearly marked $12.99. i even spoke to the assistant manager and he told me they would not honor the $12.99 price. Poor business practices. Deception!! I can't believe that this company would not own up to its own mistakes and would rather lose a customer that shops at TSC regularly. UPDATE... Since I posted this review, customer service contacted me by way of a message. They said they would love to talk to me about it if I would call them. I called them twice and left messages both times and have not heard back from them.

Order a 2 items online and wad charged for both. I didn't notice only one was available. The other was sold out until I got to the store. I get it, that happens, I understand I work in a retail atmosphere as well but the rude attitude of the manager was not needed. After a very quick conversation with him I knew that he was not going to be of any help and I might say something I would regret so I called customer service. They were very nice and helpful but I now have to drive 45 minutes to another store to complete my order. Do better. You can't be the highest in town and have bad customer service.

In a day when customer service is almost nonexistent, Darrell at the Evans Tractor Supply is a gem! I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. I was approached again minutes later to be sure I was finding what I was looking for. Unfortunately, my product was unavailable, but Darrel called the North Augusta store for me and made sure someone put their eyes on what I needed before I went over there. Thanks so much!

Always stocked store and Absolutely awesome staff!! I was in the store this passed weekend and had questions about the difference between one product and another. Not only did the guy help me and give me the answers I needed, he even carried my items to the register since I had my hands full. (I think his name was Brad ).Cutos to Tractor Supply for always having the items I need and the awesome staff to help me!

I like the store we go here allot.. but the dog wash has been down for weeks n no signs up to inform anyone not to bring ur dogs in. It's is not easy for all of us to get their fur babies to a bath station just to find out it's been down for weeks... A simple sign would of been nice on the front door and we had three bigger dogs no sorry no nothing kind of like oh well. Have a nice day. They should of gave us a rain check as it not cheap to even get there to want to use the dog wash... It's just not like it use to be.

Great store. All the employees are really nice. We were made to feel very welcome and leaving happy. There's some limited selection for some of the gardening items, but that may be due to the upcoming gardening season or supply chain issues.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have shopped at numerous tractor supplies and this was the worst experience. We called ahead of time to inquire if some fencing was in stock. We were told that there were 4 rolls there at the store. We advised we were an hour and a half drive and we were on the way to buy. From the moment we walked in the store we were met with attitude from both the employee and the manager. She said that if we wanted fencing we should have come an hour before closing (it was still over 30 minutes before closing) we advised we had called prior and was told we could come get it. After ringing up our purchase of over $1000 the manager walkies the employee and says they do not have it in stock. They had to refund our money. They offered no apology, no suggestions, no smiles or any type of empathy whatsoever.

Wow, really disappointed. Looking at screwdrivers. Factory sealed package was MISSING one of the screwdrivers. Showed an employee, he took it to his manager. Manager told him to put it back on the shelf. Said the customer won't notice. Any company willing to screw it customers like that doesn't deserve to be in business.

Long story short I ordered some shorts from pacsun, and they sent them to me with a magnetic tag on. No store in the Augusta Mall could remove it. I called here as a last hail-marry and they got the tag off! Definitely saved my day.

Very helpful staff!This is the best place to purchase large bags of dog food, medical supplies for puppies and small animals, weening kits, and pretty much any type of domestic animal food. They also have a wide variety of reference books for gardening, farming, and various other outdoor hobbies. Their gift section has unique products, and their clothing selection suits the needs for all of their clientele.

This is a great place to find deals on pet products. I come here exclusively for rabbit supplies. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If you can't find what you're looking for the staff will check the entire store to help you. Some of the aisles are a bit close together so it can feel a bit cramped but overall a great place to shop.

This is not about the store!This store has PETVET come in on Sundays, I am not thrilled with the way my family was treated. Before arriving I personally contacted petvet to make sure I had everything that was needed, which was only a 5-1 shot. Upon arrival I was told that they would not vaccinate my puppies with out the rabies shot. That’s fine, but that’s isn’t what was said, so I brought what was needed for the 5-1, and planned to return following Sunday for rabies shot. Was refused services. Then after getting results today for worms, would not give treatment advice.

They seemed a little short staffed but everyone was very helpful. The cashier actually took my big bag of birdseed to the truck for me since I only have one good arm. That says something about the customers also. They were willing to wait while she helped me out.

Love this store. Such a unique variety of items for sale. I had no idea that they sold clothes for example. We go there to buy the Claws and Paws cat litter. It has great clumping ability, far better ability than the name brand more expensive litters.

The place is obviously under staffed today, but the only saving grace was employee Urijah. He was super helpful! Even though he was juggling 8 things at once. The girl at the counter with him was zero % helpful.He was managing the phone, running back to help customers find products all the while looking into a matter for me and my husband. Before we left he had called different branches to verify that they had the product in store before sending us to to get what we needed. Thankyou, kind sir! You're the best thing in that store and deserve a raise.

Awesome customer service, as always and they have the best dog food on the market, Diamond Naturals, I give mine Large Breed Lamb Meal & Rice. Is it a little pricey? Yes, but they love it, are healthy, coats are amazing and if you offer them a choice of foods, so far, they have chosen Diamond Naturals over all the other "good" top shelf brands! They are service dogs (Tank, the orange one, is retired, Angus is active) and you can see how healthy they are from the pictures. Also, many other foods give them bad gas, as long as no one gives them table scraps, their digestive health is always perfect and regular and that is THE best part!

This place is awesome always love tractor supply but the employees here make this one stand out. Everyone was extremely helpful. Came in and got propane for our rv they were quick didnt wait more than a minute for someone to come over and help. Also bought some dog shampoo and some treatment you put on ground for flees and ticks. Both items were way cheaper than Amazon glad we stopped here! Again management needs to know these employees are awesome!!!!!

This TSC location is always clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They have an excellent selection of day old chicks. All the chicks looked healthy and well cared for. I will return to this store often.
